Exclusive Details: Rapper Jim Jones Arrested In Manhattan

Jim Jones must really think his Capo status is more than the name of his new album and his pretend Dipset responsibilities. Bossip has obtained exclusive details regarding the rapper’s arrest earlier today in New York City. According to the NYPD, Jones was arrested around 12pm in Downtown Manhattan after being pulled over for driving his 2007 Bentley in a bus-only lane on Broadway. During the course of the routine traffic stop, Jones was unable to provide the arresting officer with his driver’s license, which, as it turns out, is currently suspended. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to obey a traffic device. Jones was issued a desk appearance, which means he will be released today. At press time, however, it is unclear whether Jones remains in custody. His court date was not immediately available. Jones’ fifth studio album, Capo is set to be released next Tuesday, April 5, via E1 Records.

Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga Push for Japanese Disaster Relief

Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga have lent their name and their words of encouragement to a great cause. Both artists have recorded videos in which they send prayers and urge fans to donate whatever they can afford to the victims of this month’s earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Bieber will also record a song for a CD whose proceeds will benefit those affected, while Lady Gaga’s bracelets have raised $1.5 million for the crises. Britney Spears Performs Surprise Live Show in Las Vegas Nightclub

In what you could call an open secret of a show – she acknowledged it was in the works but with little official PR – Britney Spears rocked the Palms Casino Resort’s Rain Nightclub in Las Vegas Friday, performing three tracks from Femme Fatale. In a 45-minute set that included three short breaks for costume and stage changes – during which Jersey Shore’s Pauly D kept the crowd of about 1,500 warmed up – Brit performed ” Hold It Against Me ,” “Big Fat Bass” and ” Till The World Ends .” Here’s the last of the three songs … Britney Spears – Till The World Ends (Live in Vegas) In her first public performance since her Circus tour in 2009, Spears was cheered on by boyfriend Jason Trawick and father, Jamie Spears, among other excited fans. Femme Fatale will be released next week.

Scott Disick Puts Price on Son

It’s a question all fathers have asked themselves: How much should I charge a network for featuring my son on a reality TV show? For Scott Disick, that answer is reportedly $5,000. For producers of Kourtney & Kim Take New York , which debuts January 23 on E!, their response is: HA! $mile, $on! Sources close to the show say E! offered $1,000/episode in exchange for Mason to appear on the upcoming spin-off, but Disick “played hardball” and “bungled negotiations, so you won’t see Mason at all.” Scott’s greed, of course, will likely benefit to Mason in the long run. But, don’t worry folks, there are still more Kardashian-related programs on the way. Khloe and Lamar Odom have signed on for a new reality show . Thank goodness .

Kelsey Grammer is ignoring the advice Kanye West offered all men in “Gold Digger.” Despite the fact that the actor might be on the hook for $50 million to ex-wife Camille, a friend tells Pop Eater he won’t force new fiancee Kayte Walsh to sign a prenuptial agreement. “Kelsey is deeply in love with Kayte and can’t imagine spending the rest of his life with any other woman in the world,” the source says . “He knows she’s the one and wouldn’t insult her by asking her to sign a pre-nup.” Perhaps Grammer really is in love after all. This insider certainly backs up the star’s claim of that being the case. “Kelsey doesn’t care about the money. He never has. This is about being happy. Finding someone who is your best friend. He doesn’t want to wait any longer.”

JWoww on Jersey Shore Season 3: Crazy Drama!

JWoww promises plenty of drama when Jersey Shore returns for Season 3 next week. We’re inclined to believe the fake-breasted, hot-headed star. Frequent sparring partner Angelina Pivarnick may be gone, but according JWoww (Jenni Farley), tears and tirades are still to come on the MTV hit. “There’s a whole lot of drama!” JWoww said, admitting that she is at the center of much of the action herself, thanks to her split with Tom Lippolis . BUSTIN’ OUT : JWoww is so ready to this season. “You will see that I go through a bad breakup, and I find new love,” Jenni says . “Everyone finally gets to see my side. I come out of my shell.” JWoww’s pissed off ex publicly accused her of cheating – and cheating her out of royalties – last summer, but the starlet is hardly heartbroken. Instead, she’s turning her misadventures in love into the third season of her hit show, along with a dating advice book to be released next year. The choice of healthy food and to grow food as you see fit is a human right. Access to food is a human right. I am a firm believer in food sovereignty and the right to farm sustainably and am appalled to see how it is slipping away in America, a land that claims to be about freedom. FOOD RAIDS? When we have bankers and government agencies robbing us blind daily in collusion with companies like Monsanto that toxify this planet with disease and death going scott free? As you celebrate your Thanksgiving this year in whatever way you do, not only be thankful for your food, but aware that the freedom to grow, process, distribute, and eat what you want is being sacrificed to industrial agriculture and factory farms in collusion with food chains looking to make big money from eroding the very principles that made this country what it once was. Farmageddon is hopefully going to be released next year. It is a 90 minute documentary on the dwindling food sovereignty we see in America and the extreme measures being implemented to attack farmers who are growing healthy food. Kate Hudson And Ginnifer Goodwin Remain Friends

Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin seem at ease with each other in real life as well as in character. The pair are filming in the East Village in New York for the upcoming movie adaptadion of Emily Giffin’s book Something Borrowed . The story goes that Ginnifer’s character Rachel (Goodwin) ends up sleeping with best friend Darcy’s (Hudson) fiance Dex played by Colin Egglesfield . Hopefully the relationship won’t go sour! Along with co-star John Krasinski they spent the day supping drinks and filming scenes for the film released next year.
