After four sometimes bruising second round matchups, the semifinal round begins now, with Robert Pattinson taking on Miley Cyrus for the right to make the finals. Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman: It’s Over

Actress Debra Messing and her husband, writer-producer Daniel Zelman, have separated after more than a decade of marriage, according to news reports. People first reported that the couple – parents to a 7-year-old son, Roman – separated privately earlier this year. The news was shared publicly this week. Messing, 43, and Zelman, 44, met when both were pursuing graduate degrees in acting at NYU during the early 1990s. They married in September 2000. A photo of Debra Messing and her husband from 2009 . Us cites an individual close to the pair who says the former Will and Grace star and Zelman recently moved to New York and are still living together. “It’s very amicable,” the source explains of the two. After eight sometimes bruising first round matchups, the quarterfinal round is now underway, with Kate Middleton and Miley Cyrus kicking things off yesterday. Today’s matchup: Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, against Robert Pattinson! In round one, Pippa took it to Charlie Sheen, while Rob edged Selena Gomez in a tightly-contested battle.
