Another day, another school shooting . SMH. Three People Shot On Bus At Santa Monica College According to The NY Daily News Three people were shot on the campus of Santa Monica College on Friday. Witnesses said a man with a semi-automatic weapon got out of a car and began firing at passing vehicles, including a city bus. The college was quickly put on lockdown, and a suspect was found in the school’s library and taken into custody, the L.A. Times reported. After hearing reports of additional shots being fired after the initial suspect was arrested caused police to continue a search for a possible second gunman. The violence needs to cease. Breaking News! ANOTHER School Shooting Has Taken Place! This Time At Lone Star College In Houston, 3 Confirmed Injuries Reported!

When is this foolishness going to end??? Lone Star College In Houston Terrorized In School Shooting Via FoxNews Lone Star College, located in north Houston, was put on lockdown Tuesday after reports of several people being shot and injured on campus, MyFoxHouston.com reported. A federal law enforcement official told Fox News that one person is in custody and it is unclear if another suspect is on the run. Police are, however, searching the nearby countryside for a second shooter. Three victims were transported from the scene to area hospitals. Moments after the shooting, students could be seen being led out of the sprawling campus with their hands on their heads. Police SWAT teams were searching the campus. Details of the events leading to the shooting is unclear, but reports indicate that the incident stemmed from an earlier argument near the school’s library. An emergency alert was sent to students advising them and faculty to take immediate shelter and not to enter the campus until notified further. Other local school were also placed on lock down. The community college is a two-year school with about 28,000 students. The school is located just outside the George H.W. Bush International Airport. Weezy speaks on the Newton, CT school shooting Lil Wayne Says He Regrets Catching A 2007 Gun Charge Following Sandy Hook Shooting YMCMB bossman Lil Wayne rarely expresses regret for much of anything, but when recently asked to talk about the tragic Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings, he revealed that it made him wish he could take back being popped for gun charges back in 2007. via MTV News Lil Wayne isn’t the type of guy who lives life with too many regrets, but the Sandy Hook tragedy has him reflective. Turns out if there was one thing Weezy could take back, it would be his 2007 gun arrest. “Before I leave, I want to say you mentioned that in 2010, I was locked up for a weapon. If there was anything I could do in my life that I could ever change, it’d be that,” the Young Money boss said when he appeared on “Jim Rome on Showtime” this week. “Sandy Hook Elementary, my heart goes out to you.” If there’s one thing Weezy seems to be genuine about, it’s his 9786 kids, so it’s we’re not surprise to hear that this is how he feels. So basically, what you’re sayin’ is… According to Politico , the NRA made an announcement, just so they could announce that they’ll hold a press conference Friday: The National Rifle Association is promising to make “meaningful contributions” as the debate surrounding gun violence in the United States rages, the group announced Tuesday. Breaking the NRA’s five days of silence after the deadly shootings in Newtown, Conn., the largest gun rights group in the country announced a news conference in Washington, D.C., on Friday to address the issue. “The National Rifle Association of America is made up of four million moms and dads, sons and daughters – and we were shocked, saddened and heartbroken by the news of the horrific and senseless murders in Newtown,” the statement said. “Out of respect for the families, and as a matter of common decency, we have given time for mourning, prayer and a full investigation of the facts before commenting.” The group’s statement continued: “The NRA is prepared to offer meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again” Do they really think a week after this tragedy is still a good time to have a cotdayum press conference?? A young singer, raised by a single mother in Canada, is discovered by a major hip hop star on YouTube and goes on to enjoy mammoth, global success. It would make quite an interesting TV show, huh? That’s what ABC thinks. The network is reportedly planning a sitcom around the life of Justin Bieber. TV Guide broke the news and says the show would be produced by Bieber and manager Scooter Braun. It would center on the crooner’s life prior to Justin striking it rich and famous. On the small screen, Bieber has guest-starred on CSI , hosted Punk’d and appeared in the special Justin Bieber: All Around the Worl d. Would you watch this show? And what should it be titled? Hero Teacher: Kaitlin Roig Describes Barricading Students in Bathroom During Shooting

Heroic teacher Kaitlin Roig did whatever she could to protect students as gunman Adam Lanza stormed Newtown, Connecticut’s Sandy Hook Elementary School. In an interview with ABC News, the third grade teacher described how she barricaded all 14 of her students into the bathroom connected to her classroom: Kaitlin Roig, Hero Teacher “I put one of my students on top of the toilet,” she recalled. “I just knew we had to get in there. I was telling them ‘It’s going to be OK, you’re going to be alright.’” “I had pulled a bookshelf, before I closed a door, in front of it, so we were completely barricaded in.” Her quick thinking likely saved the lives of 14 young people and herself Friday morning. She told students that they had to remain absolutely quiet fearing that the gunman or gunmen might hear them and begin shooting at the bathroom door. “There are bad guys out there now, we need to wait for the good guys,” she told them. Adam Lanza killed 26 people at the school, including principal Dawn Hochsprung and 20 children. He also killed his mother and himself, bringing the toll to 28. The Connecticut school shooting ranks among the worst mass murders in United States history. President Obama will visit Newtown on Sunday.
