The plot thickens… Ariel Castro Accused Of Killing Ex-Wife By Ex-Brother-In-Law Maybe Charles Ramsey should have put dem paws on this sick fawker. Via RadarOnline Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus were not Ariel Castro‘s only victims. The alleged kidnapper’s ex-brother-in-law, Jose Figueroa, tells RadarOnline.com that Castro physically abused his wife Grimilda for years, so much so, he claims, it eventually killed her. “I believe he murdered my sister,” Figueroa tells RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview. “He abused her for years. She had multiple instances of serious head trauma and it created a brain tumor in her head.” She passed away on April 25, 2012. “My sister was in hell living with him,” Figueroa explains. “She was trapped there and there was nothing we could do. She was afraid of him.” “We’d go over to visit and he’d never let us in the house,” he says. “When my parents managed to go visit her, she’d make it quick and rush them out because she was afraid he’d come back and beat on her. When she visited our house with him, she’d just stand next to him and be quiet.” “We knew something was wrong with him then, but we could never have imagined something like this would occur. Hearing the news was shocking.” Ariel Castro has been living that creep life for a LONG time now….SMFH Grimilda escaped Costa’s clutches in 1996, heading to a battered women’s shelter. Her children with Castro — Angie, Emily, Anthony and Rosie — also escaped. “If she stayed with Ariel, he would have killed her,” her brother says. “She had gone to the hospital and called the police many times but they never did anything.” According to a 2005 filing in an Ohio court, Castro attacked his former wife leaving her with two broken noses, broken ribs, a knocked-out tooth, a blood clot on the brain and two dislocated shoulders. Her attorney, Robert Ferreri, requested that a judge “keep [Castro] from threatening to kill [Figueroa]” and noted that despite having no visitation right, he “frequently abducts daughters and keeps them from mother.” It’s really scary to think that someone could get away with this kinda sick isht for so long without any intervention from authorities. The last time Figueroa saw Castro was at his sister’s funeral last year. “I actually saw him at her funeral and man we wanted to do something to him,” Figueroa recalls. “My father had to pull me back and remind me that it was a funeral and it was no place for fighting. But we all didn’t like him for what he did to Grimilda.” “Everyone knew he was up to something,” he says. “Ariel mistreated my sister for years, and now this.” Similar to the case of the 3 girls Castro kidnapped, Figueroa says his sister had called Cleveland Police many, many times and nothing was ever done. Insurance Company Suspicious Of Fraud In Timbaland’s $1.8 Million Stolen Watch Claim According to TMZ reports : Timbaland is a big fat liar who’s trying to get one over on his insurance company by filing a bogus $1.8 million claim over a missing watch … this according to legal docs filed by the insurance company. TMZ broke the story … Timbaland filed a lawsuit against American Home Assurance Company claiming his 2-year-old daughter lost his Jacob & Co. watch bedazzled with 30 carats of diamonds … and the insurance company won’t ante up. But in new legal docs … A.H.A.C. claims it doesn’t owe Timbaland a dime — claiming he’s been as slippery as a seal, lying like a rug. The insurance company claims: — Timbaland bought the watch for $900,000 but insured it for TWICE the purchase price. — Timbaland reported the watch stolen … but 4 months later claimed his daughter misplaced it. — Everyone involved told a different story … the wife implicated another female, the assistant implicated the maid, the maid only copped to sleeping with Timbaland’s brother-in-law and the brother-in-law refused to cooperate. No one ever mentioned the daughter losing the watch, like Timbaland belatedly claimed. Not for nothin’ Timbo has WAY too much money to by lying about some silly-a$$ watch. That said, sometimes people just ain’t isht and even rich muhfuggas want “free” money, but maybe Tim should have gotten everyone on the same page before filing his claim. Just a thought. F*ck A Thug: Georgia Mom Shoots Home Invader In The Face While Protecting Her 9-Year-Old Twins

She fired shots at the dude five times… hitting him in the face and neck after he cornered her in the attic. And according to The Daily Mail , this sounds like a homeowners worst nightmare!! A would-be burglar was looking to cash in, but instead found himself in a world of pain when a Georgia mother who refused to be victimized shot him multiple times in the face and neck. The Loganville woman, who was not identified, was in the home with her 9-year-old twins on Friday afternoon when someone began ringing the doorbell. Thinking it was just a door-to-door salesperson, she didn’t answer. But after the ringing persisted, the person began prying the door open with a crowbar. She quickly retreated to an attic crawlspace with the children, but not before she also picked up her handgun. The burglar, whom police identified as Paul Ali Slater, did a room-by-room search of the home, and when he reached the attic, she was ready. Walton County Sheriff Joe Chapman told WSBTV: ‘The perpetrator opens that door. Of course, at that time he’s staring at her, her two children and a .38 revolver.’ She reportedly fired all six rounds, missing only once. The other shots hit Slater about the face and neck. Sheriff Chapman told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution: ‘The guy’s face down, crying. The woman told him to stay down or she’d shoot again.’ Slater did eventually get up and managed to return to his vehicle that was parked outside the home, but his injuries left him unable to drive, and it wasn’t long before he crashed into a wooded area. He was found by sheriff’s deputies, bleeding heavily in a driveway on the block. Sheriff Chapman told the paper that he was pleading with his deputies, saying: ‘I’m dying. Help me.’ He was carted off to Gwinnet Medical Center for treatment of the gunshot wounds, and he is expected to survive. WSBTV reported that Slater has a long criminal history and was released from prison in August. The woman’s husband, Donnie Herman, is just glad his wife and kids are safe. Mr Herman told WSBTV: ‘My wife is a hero. She protected her kids. She did what she was supposed to do as a responsible, prepared gun owner.’ The NRA is going to have a field day with this one! Via The New York Times : …an exhibition match between one of Italy’s leading soccer teams and a lower division club was abandoned on Thursday after a black player responded to racist chanting from fans by kicking a ball into the stands and walking off the field in Busto Arsizio, outside Milan. Video of the incident, which took place in the small stadium of Pro Patria, a club in one of Italy’s lower leagues, showed Kevin-Prince Boateng, a Ghanaian-German midfielder for the visitors, A.C. Milan, stopping play and launching the ball in the direction of fans of the home team who were chanting like monkeys. He then pulled off his shirt and walked to the locker room, followed by his teammates. Fans in the same part of the stadium had directed monkey chants at another Ghanaian player, Sulley Muntari, just minutes earlier, another YouTube clip showed. The Pro Patria players said later that they had tried and failed to convince about a dozen fans to stop the racist abuse, The Associated Press reported. “When we tried to reason with them and went under the stands, they didn’t even consider it,” Devis Nossa, a Pro Patria defender said. “They certainly weren’t our usual fans.” On Twitter, Mr. Boateng promoted the hashtag #StopRacismforever and posted supportive comments from fans and fellow players, including Patrick Viera, a former star of the French national team, the Turkish midfielder Nuri Sahin and Marco Materazzi, an Italian defender who helped his country win the 2006 World Cup. A statement on the incident on the Pro Patria Web site headlined, “Tolleranza Zero,” began: Today was supposed to be the festival of sport. The crowd for the friendly match Pro Patria vs. AC Milan was composed of women, children, families, young athletes and real fans. This festival was ruined by a small number of uncivilized people who have nothing to do with football and with the values ​​of sport, especially fair play, which are part of the DNA of the club Aurora Pro Patria 1919. This sounds like a safe idea… According to The Daily Mail , Utah lawmakers aren’t too happy about the planned weapons training convention that’s set for tomorrow: The Utah Shooting Sports Council has said they usually gather around a dozen teachers each year for training to carry concealed weapons but this year demand skyrocketed after the tuition was offered for free. The powerful lobby claims that the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Connecticut has been the catalyst for the massive interest, but Carol Lear, a chief lawyer for the Utah Office of Education said that the move was a ‘terrible idea.’ Arguing that teachers could be overpowered for their guns or misfire causing an accidental shooting, Lear said: ‘It’s a horrible, terrible, no-good, rotten idea.’ More than 200 Utah teachers are expected to pack a convention hall on Thursday for six hours of concealed-weapons training as organizers seek to arm more educators in the aftermath of the school shooting carried out by Adam Lanza in which 27 people, including 20 first-grade children died. The Utah Shooting Sports Council said it normally gathers a dozen teachers every year for instruction that’s required to legally carry a concealed weapon in public places. The state’s leading gun lobby decided to offer teachers the training at no charge to encourage turnout, and it worked. Organizers who initially capped attendance at 200 were exceeding that number by Wednesday and scrambling to accommodate an overflow crowd. ‘Schools are some of the safest places in the world, but I think teachers understand that something has changed – the sanctity of schools has changed,’ Clark Aposhian, one of Utah’s leading gun instructors, said Wednesday. ‘Mass shootings may still be rare, but that doesn’t help you when the monster comes in.’ Gun-rights advocates say teachers can act more quickly than law enforcement in the critical first few minutes to protect children from the kind of shooting that left 20 children and six adults dead December 14th at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. So basically, what you’re sayin’ is… According to Politico , the NRA made an announcement, just so they could announce that they’ll hold a press conference Friday: The National Rifle Association is promising to make “meaningful contributions” as the debate surrounding gun violence in the United States rages, the group announced Tuesday. Breaking the NRA’s five days of silence after the deadly shootings in Newtown, Conn., the largest gun rights group in the country announced a news conference in Washington, D.C., on Friday to address the issue. “The National Rifle Association of America is made up of four million moms and dads, sons and daughters – and we were shocked, saddened and heartbroken by the news of the horrific and senseless murders in Newtown,” the statement said. “Out of respect for the families, and as a matter of common decency, we have given time for mourning, prayer and a full investigation of the facts before commenting.” The group’s statement continued: “The NRA is prepared to offer meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again” Do they really think a week after this tragedy is still a good time to have a cotdayum press conference?? She lost her job after sneaking lunches to a 4th grader whose family sent him to school without food each day. According to KTVI : A St. Louis County cafeteria worker is out of a job after giving away free meals to a child in need. For two years, Dianne Brame worked as a cafeteria manager at Hudson Elementary in Webster Groves, keeping kids’ bellies full for their all-important task of learning. The lunch lady loved her job: “I knew kids by their names, I knew their likes and dislikes, so it was just fun.” But recently, she came across a fourth grader who consistently came without money. She says he used to be on the free lunch program, but language barriers got in the way of reapplying: “I sent them paperwork so that they could get back in contact with me, but it didn’t happen,” she says. For days, Brame snuck the boy lunches. She explains, “I let his account get over $45 which I’m only supposed to let it get over $10, and I started letting him come through my lunch line without putting his number in, and they look at that as stealing. I thought it was just taking care of a kid.” She was trying to protect him from the bullying: a cruel side dish to the default cheese sandwich given to kids without lunch money. “The kids would ridicule and tell them, ah you don’t have any money, that’s why you have to eat cheese sandwiches every day,” Brame says. On Tuesday, word got around to Brame’s supervisor, who put her between a rock and a hard place: either leave, or move to another school in a demoted position. The 60 year-old former manager felt she didn’t have a choice. “My husband died in February, I lost my home, car got repo’ed,” she explains, “Hudson is in walking distance from me, so I took the firing. Fire me.” Gary Woodruff, whose daughter attends Hudson Elementary, finds the punishment to be harsh: “It just seems a little excessive that they would do that to a lunch lady, I mean it’s a little bit ridiculous, especially nowadays with the economy and what not.” Now, jobless and with the holidays right around the corner, Brame is on a tighter budget—giving cookies instead of pricier presents. According to Brame’s employer, she does have the opportunity to appeal the decision. But Brame says she doesn’t want to bother, especially because she knows she violated protocol. Looking back, she says she wouldn’t change a thing: “I don’t think any kid should be hungry. I don’t. And it’s my belief that some of these kids who go to school and get meals, that may be the only meal they eat that day.” SMH…you can’t even feed hungry kids now. SMH… the GOP ripped her up and spit her out. Barack Obama came to Susan Rice’s defense again today, but this time it was after he announced her request to withdraw her candidacy. According to NPR , the bullies won and now the GOP has to find someone, or something else, to knock down: Moving to withdraw her name from among those being considered to be the next secretary of state, embattled U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice has told President Obama she does not want to be nominated. The White House just released a statement from the president that says, in part: “Today, I spoke to Ambassador Susan Rice, and accepted her decision to remove her name from consideration for Secretary of State. For two decades, Susan has proven to be an extraordinarily capable, patriotic, and passionate public servant. As my Ambassador to the United Nations, she plays an indispensable role in advancing America’s interests. … “I am grateful that Susan will continue to serve as our Ambassador at the United Nations and a key member of my cabinet and national security team, carrying her work forward on all of these and other issues. … “While I deeply regret the unfair and misleading attacks on Susan Rice in recent weeks, her decision demonstrates the strength of her character, and an admirable commitment to rise above the politics of the moment to put our national interests first. The American people can be proud to have a public servant of her caliber and character representing our country.” ‘If nominated, I am now convinced that the confirmation process would be lengthy, disruptive and costly — to you and to our most pressing national and international priorities,’ Rice wrote in a letter to President Obama, saying she’s ‘saddened by the partisan politics surrounding her prospects.’ Rice has been the target of sharp criticism from many Republicans because of what they have charged were misleading statements she made in the days after the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, in which the ambassador and three other Americans were killed. Critics say she downplayed the role that terrorists played. The administration says she relied on information provided by the intelligence community. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has said she plans to step down sometime in the coming months. Among others thought to be leading contenders for the job is Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass. R.I.P. Lil’ Man: 7-Year-Old Boy Beaten To Death By His Parents After Lying About The Bible!! [Video]

He was killed by his parents because he didn’t read the good book or do his homework. This poor little boy was beaten on the regular and his Mom and Stepdad are facing murder charges after doctors find markings of repeated abuse. According to The Huffington Post : Roderick “RJ” Arrington Jr., was admitted to an area hospital on Nov. 29 because he was unresponsive, according to the Las Vegas Sun. Personnel there called officers to the scene after they observed severe bruising and brain swelling, according to a police report. The boy died the following afternoon. Police arrested the boy’s mother, Dina Palmer, 27, and stepfather, Markiece Palmer, 34, and charged them with the murder of the boy. Investigators said that Palmer “stood by and let her husband” shake and beat the boy to death. According to KLAS, the arrest report detailed “open abrasions on [Arrington’s] buttocks, severe bruising to his thighs, marks and bruises on his back and shoulders and evidence of previous beatings.” Markiece Palmer stated the second grade student was spanked on Nov. 27 because he had lied about reading the Bible; he said the boy was also spanked the following day for not finishing his homework, according to police. Police claim the boy’s stepfather beat him with a spatula, belt and possibly a wooden paddle. Dina Palmer allegedly struck her son on his buttocks with both a belt and her hand. The couple reportedly called a pastor before dialing 911. KSNV writes, “Pastor Kenneth Hollingsworth says he’s as shocked as anyone that Markiece Palmer chose to call him before first-responders.” The Palmers appeared in court Tuesday and each face charges of murder, child abuse and neglect, the station reports.
