Yes, the tabloids sure get their money’s worth out of the Kardashian clan. But the woman in charge of it claims she doesn’t mind. Kris Jenner Speaks on Tabloids, Khloe Divorce “The tabloids don’t really matter because 99.9 percent of what’s printed is made up or not true,” Kris tells The Huffington Post in the above interview. “So we don’t pay attention to that.” Jennr says she gets it: headlines about her and her loved one “sell magazine and create attention on websites, so people are going to write whatever they want.” But the mainstream media puts her daughters on respectable magazines and the fans remain totally awesome. “We have such amazing fans that really stand behind us, and love the show and love the girls, so I think that really helps when you’re trying to work through a difficult situation,” she says. “You feel that support and that love, because we get so much. I think so many people refer to the tabloids or the negative stuff, but it’s such a small, little nonsense compared to the big picture.” And in that big picture, Khloe Kardashian is going through a divorce from Lamar Odom. “She’s having a hard time,” Jenner says of her child. “She’s going through a very difficult time, but she’s doing her best. And I think that you’ll see that on the new season.” Ah yes. There it is. The plug for Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 9 . It premieres on January 19.
