There are many words you could use to describe Ronnie Ortiz-Magro of Jersey Shore fame — but “subtle” is not one of them. Say what you will about the guy, Ron always speaks his mind. Unfortunately, his mind keeps changing, which can make it tough to figure out where Rahn stands, particularly with regard to Jen Harley. These days, Ron and Jen are finally broken up for good (we hope). But if you thought that would be the end of the drama, you don’t know Ron and Jen. Currently, Magro is facing six years in prison for his alleged assault against Harley. You would think with all that going on, dude would just keep a low profile, wait for his day in court, and hope for the best. But that’s not Ronnie’s M.O. No, Magro is still sharing his insights on social media, and it appears Harley is still very much on his mind. “I forgive you but stay the f–k out of my life,” reads a meme that Ronnie posted on his account over the weekend. “Everyone say it with me,” he captioned the post. For most couples, that would be a sign that the relationship is well and truly over. But Ron and Jen have always thrived on drama. So does the fact that Magro is once again posting about Harley mean that he’s hoping for a reconciliation? Thankfully, that doesn’t appear to be the case. “They are broken up for good,” a source recently told Us Weekly. “Ronnie’s priority is his daughter, so [he’ll do] whatever he has to do to make sure she’s safe. “He’s really aware of what the situation is with Jen. He’s now recognizing that the relationship is probably not healthy for him, Ariana or Jen.” As you probably recall (who could forget?), Magro was tased and arrested following an altercation with Harley at an Airbnb in LA last month. Harley’s injuries were on display when she stepped out with her daughter later in the week — and yeah, we can’t imagine how anyone is Team Ronnie after seeing those bruises. Normally, we’d say the best thing for everyone involved is to cut off all contact. But Ronnie and Jen have a child together, which means their lives are forever intertwined. It is official. It is exciting. And it is potentially the end of the line for Kody Brown and company. Indeed, TLC has not only confirmed the return date for Sister Wives… it has also released an official synopsis for an upcoming season that does not look like it will lack for drama. This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to those who have been following the constant rumors and tidbits surrounding this polarizing family. For example, Meri Brown continues to share cryptic messages on her Instagram account, prompting many to wonder whether she’s finally ready to leave the show . Then there are relatives of certain cast members who are urging them to walk away from Kody and his cult as soon and as quickly as possible. Will this topics be addressed on Season 14? Perhaps. But the description released late last week by TLC focuses far more on the Brown’s move from Las Vegas to Arizona and all the fallout that has come along with it. “The Sister Wives have just moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, where they find that the ups and downs of their family’s polygamist lifestyle are as dramatic as they’ve ever been,” opens this synopsis. It then delves into the reception of those around the Browns in their new home state. Continued this synopsis: “Angry neighbors drive one wife out of her rental house and the cost of the many properties the family needs for Kody’s four wives and many kids are threatening a financial disaster. “In hopes of reducing this burden, Kody makes plans for the whole family to build one giant house, but the wives are not so sure.” It’s worth stopping here to examine such a preview, isn’t it? Kody moved his four wives — Christine, Meri, Robyn and Janelle — to Flagstaff at the conclusion of Season 13. We know that Christine purchased a home because she was unable to find a rental that would accommodate pets. We also know that Kody and Robyn have reportedly bought a giant home together . This means that either Janelle or Meri is the wife who was driven out of her rental home, although neither has made a reference to this awkward situation on social media or anything. Shall we continue with the spoiler-filled teaser? Okay. Here goes: An argument erupts when the Browns try to divide up their new property. Tensions with first wife, Meri, are still unresolved and she goes back into therapy with Kody to try to fix their relationship. Following last season, Kody did float the idea of having all of his four wives living together… before they ultimately found their separate places. Christine was probably as vocal as any of the women upon saying via Twitter that living under the same roof together was “not happening.” But it’s clear this will continue to be a sticking point on upcoming episodes of the long-running series. First, let’s give a shout out to Tami , who, after a decade of trailblazing on the show, has decided to call it quits and move on. Golf claps for Tami! Now let’s get to the drama. Jennifer was the butt of the shade this week as she got confronted (some say bullied, even) over the fact she had Evelyn and Malaysia’s pics posted up on IG after her charity event. This is where Evelyn shade comes in: she suggests reposting the pic and taking Jennifer out. She also is part of the crew not wanting Jennifer to be at Shaunie’s opening in Costa Rica. This all led to people wondering why Evelyn is bringing up old stuff with Jennifer again.When Jennifer asks about being cropped out the pic, Evelyn brings up the time Jen talked about Shaniece from AGES ago. Again. This all led to Jennifer leaving the situation and Evelyn and OG arguing over…toes? Source: Robin L Marshall / Getty Tonight on another episode of Basketball Wives we got to see another round of these idiot grown women acting a’fool. Shaunie is getting into real estate, as we know. She wants some of her ventures to be overseas so she invited everyone except for Jenn to Costa Rica so there will be more girls trip shenanigans soon. Apparently, Shaunie is mad at Jenn again, and so is Evelyn. I don’t know what happened between the episode that they all made up and Jenn apologized, and tonight’s episode, but I guess Evelyn and Shaunie needed something to beef about because they went back to saying that Jenn wasn’t really genuine and that they were over her. It was like an episode of the Twilight Zone . Jenn has been on some BS at times during this show, but in this case, she really didn’t seem to be on her drama tip. She just left them claiming that she was done with them for real. Okay, girl. They always claim they’re done but the allure of attention via reality TV gets strong and they come running right back. Remember when Evelyn was “fixing her life” with Iyanla, got her own show and was allegedly on this positive kick? Then her show got canceled and she went running right back to Basketball Wives and it didn’t take her long to revert back to her old evil self. Anyway… The episode ends on another wack note with Evelyn and OG arguing again. OG is a straight shooter, and she’s not scared of these women, nor does she try too hard to be their friend, which they don’t seem like. So, Evelyn’s “Toe-gie” comment came up again and they started going back and forth about that. Basically, OG doesn’t appreciate Evelyn’s ish talking because if it were the other way around Evelyn would be trying to throw drinks, hands and whatever else, and we’ve seen it numerous times. They claim they don’t like OG because she’s aggressive but OG never actually acted on any of her threats. She has kept it quite calm throughout the entire season. There was even a moment where OG invited the group to a party that her family threw because she wanted them to get to know her and see her culture. Only Jackie and Jenn actually showed up (Cece couldn’t make it). OG was disappointed because it was her once again attempting to extend an olive branch only for her to b dismissed. To make things worse, word on these cyber streets is that OG wasn’t even allowed to film the reunion on stage, which was taped last Monday. Girl, they had her in another room communicating via satellite because the other women didn’t feel safe. Mind you, people who were there say there was fighting and object-throwing happening on stage. Obviously, none of that was OG. So, once again, we’re back wondering why they were so afraid of OG. She did make some threats here and there but again never actually acted violently and she only verbally sparred with people who came at her first with whatever shady comment they felt like making that day. It’s no different from when your mom threatened to kill you but never actually did. So, say it with me, colorism (might even be xenophobia too). OG even seemed to agree but according to MadameNoire, when it was brought up, she was dismissed, which is what people usually like to do when dark skin girls bring up colorism. Such a shame. Amid rumors that the Sister Wives family may be falling apart , we now have a new rumor to consider: Could the Sister Wives family actually be expanding? By which we mean the following: Is Mykelti Brown pregnant?!? One of Christine and Kody Brown’s daughters — the fifth overall for the latter and second for the former – has been in the news of late for what initially appeared to be a rather harmless Instagram photo. In this picture, which Mykelti shared on September 6, the 23-year old wrote the following: “I need more coffee, to be honest, but since I can’t have that yet, I have Mitzi.” This brand name-drop is a reference to the top Mykelti is donning in the following image: Typically, in this sort of situation, followers think they see a baby bump and decide to share this belief with the entire social media universe. But that’s actually not what happened here. Instead, fans analyzed what Brown actually wrote about the outfit, along with her diet, honing in on Mykelti claiming she “can’t have [any] coffee.” Could this be because there’s a child growing inside of the reality star’s womb?!? “Pregnant???” one fan wrote simply in the comments. Another asked: “Are you having a baby?” And someone else wrote: “Pregnancy hint?” To all of these questions and comments, Mykelti replie with a single word: “Nope.” Oh. Okay then. But what about her statement about not being able to drink any caffeine, which is something many pregnant women try to avoid? “It’s because I ran out,” Brown explained of why she was unable to drink coffee at the time the above photo was snapped. Source: David Livingston / Getty Tonight’s episode of Basketball Wives starts with Tami and her business partner, and shoe designer, Jessica Rich going over prototypes for Tami’s shoe line. And then OG walks in. Tami invited her because she wants to make sure she’s okay after that brunch. That’s the real reason they’re there. Tami said she’s disappointed in how the brunch went. Obviously, OG is happy to have at least one person in her corner. I other news, Jennifer meets up with Kristen to deliver a letter for her to give to Shaunie. We don’t know what’s in the letter, but basically, Jenn says she’s ready to take some accountability for her messed up actions. Now we’re at Byron and CeCe’s engagement party. Everything looks nice. Malaysia and Jackie come through, and CeCe is happy to see them. However, Malaysia is bummed that Kristen and her husband aren’t there because she feels like their feud with CeCe is killing her family. And guess what, OG ends up showing up later. Malaysia decides to take this time, because it’s the most appropriate moment, to confront OG. Basically, Malaysia tells her that Byron said he never told her to tell that secret. In Malaysia’s mind, OG said that Byron told her to tell everyone. In reality, Byron told OG that it’s okay to talk about it because people already know. There is a difference. Malaysia says it’s the same thing. OG says it’s not. They go in circles for a second, but Malaysia surprisingly decides to shut this conversation down so they can talk another time. Now we’re at Shaunie’s house for her son’s 16th birthday party. The house looks kind of like the house from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air , so that’s the party theme. But the meat of this moment is that Kristen pulls Shaunie aside to give her Jenn’s letter. Shaunie decides to read it in front of Evelyn and Jackie. Basically, Jenn wrote some fluff about how it was nice to see her at her other son’s party, but it’s still a non-apology. Despite that, it’s enough for Shaunie to consider inviting Jenn on their upcoming girls trip to San Diego. Evelyn is definitely not feeling that, but we all know Shaunie is going to invite Jenn. Tami finally reveals that she and Reggie are married. She had a cute little party at her house to make the announcement. Everyone seemed happy for her, even Jackie, who was mad at her but also happy at the same time. You know how Jackie does. Let’s fast forward to San Diego. We find the group headed there in two separate cars. Jenn is present with her friend, Dominique, because she needs at least one person on her side. Feby, Shaunie, and Evelyn ride in one car and the rest, minus Tami, are in the other car. When it comes up that Jenn brought Dominique, it turns out that Evelyn and Dominique don’t like each other either (so, Jenn knew what she was doing). Ev’s group arrives first. The second group of women arrives shortly after and Evelyn gets annoyed at the sight of Jenn from jump. They manage to pick rooms without a hitch and tonight’s episode ends on a low-key note, but next week, the turnup cometh. Evelyn and Jenn are going to get into it for the 1,422,343,415,251 time.
