Evidence Released: Washington Police Publicize Surveillance Footage Showing Nelly And Alleged Rape Victim [Photos + Video]

Image via SplashTMZ/Auburn PD Cops Release Evidence From Nelly’s Alleged Rape Case As we previously reported , the rape case that was hanging over Nelly ‘s head has been dropped. Although a potential civil suit is pending, the Washington state police who were investigating the case have released evidence according to TMZ . The case is now officially close being that there the alleged victim refuses to testify and there is no further evidence to substantiate her claim. Authorities have a bevy of photos of Nelly’s arrest and security camera footage of the rapper and Monique Greene leaving the Seattle club where they met and entering his tour bus. The recording, shows Greene leaving the tour bus after Nelly gave her to call the police and report the rape. According to Nelly, the sex, vaginal and oral, was consensual, without condom and he did not ejaculate. Greene insists that Nelly stripped her of her clothes and said “you gonna take this d**k” and “thats my pu**y” epeatedly during the alleged attack. Greene also says the rapper offered her $2500, when she refused, she says $100 was thrown at her. Nelly refutes the claim saying he handed the $100 to her. Kendall Jenner Posts Butt Photo to Celebrate Kylie Jenner’s Birthday, Says She’s "Scared" For the Big Day

The world was briefly distracted by last night’s clown car GOP primary debate , but now we can get back to focusing on the much more momentous occasion that’s sure to shape the course of human events for decades to come. Yes, Kylie Jenner’s 18th birthday is almost here, and that mixture of fear and anticipation you’re feeling is perfectly normal. In fact, Kylie’s older sister Kendall would like you to know that you’re not alone. Allow her to set your mind at ease by showing you her butt. Actually, we’re not totally sure if that’s Kendall’s butt. But it’s someone’s but – and Kendall posted it on her Instagram page today, along with a caption reading, “Weekend vibes #KyliesTurning18ImScared” To be clear, Kylie doesn’t turn 18 until Monday, so you don’t have to spend the whole weekend glued to your phone, waiting to find out if she’ll elope with Tyga  or pose nude for Playboy . Frankly, we think it’s ridiculous that it hasn’t been declared a national holiday and we’re all expected to just go about our business like it’s any old Monday.  You didn’t hear any of the candidates talking about that pressing issue last night, now did you? Anyway, Kylie will no doubt do some partying on the big day, but the real festivities are going down next weekend, when she celebrates her birthday in style at Beachclub in Montreal. The drinking age is 18; the bubbly will flow like Labatt’s; and Kylie will carry on the proud family tradition of making obscene amounts of cash just by showing up and partying at nightclubs. Bobbi Kristina Brown: Drugged and Drowned By Nick Gordon, Lawyer Claims

Though the autopsy of Bobbi Kristina Brown showed no signs of foul play, court documents filed today include shocking allegations that she was drugged and forcibly drowned by her boyfriend Nick Gordon. The documents – obtained moments ago by TMZ – are part of a $40 million dollar lawsuit filed by the Brown family back in June. The suit claims that Gordon returned home at 6 am on January 31 after binging on alcohol and cocaine all night. He allegedly reviewed security camera footage and became irate over what he believed was evidence that Bobbi Kristina had cheated on him. Lawyers claim he proceeded to scream at Krissi in front of witnesses and forced her to take a “toxic cocktail” of drugs that rendered her unconscious. According to the report, he then dragged her to the bathroom and placed her face-down in a tub filled with cold water. Fifteen minutes later, she was discovered by Max Lomas – a mutual friend of Nick and Krissi’s. Nick, meanwhile, had allegedly retired to his bedroom, where he told a female guest, “Now I want a pretty white girl like you.” After nearly six months in a coma, Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26. Sources say the death was investigated as homicide at first, but Gordon was cleared of suspicion following her autopsy. In the following clip, Kris freaks out upon hearing from her assistant that someone has hacked into her closet’s security camera, seen her naked and is now gonna blackmail her to prevent the release of these lewd photos. Keeping Up with the Kardashians Clip: HACKED! We have two reactions to this supposedly real development: Who has a security camera in her closet?!? Who would want to see photos of Kris Jenner naked anyway?!? In the second clip, Kylie is sitting around with Kim and Khloe when she mentions a plan to enact Operation Find Kendall Jenner a Boyfriend. But then a huge pizza delivery arrives, equipped with a weird message for Kylie. Oh, and Khloe thinks someone stole a single birth control pill from her container. Ray Rice and Janay Palmer: New Video Shows Couple Handcuffed, Kissing After Elevator Assault

New security camera footage from the night that Ray Rice assaulted Janay Palmer was released today. The tape shows Rice and Palmer being handcuffed by police and kissing while in custody. Ray Rice-Janay Palmer Arrest Video The video – portions of which were released moments ago by ABC News – contains  45-minutes of previously unseen footage  from February 15, when both Rice and Palmer were arrested for assault at an Atlantic City casino. Palmer’s charges were eventually dismissed, while Rice’s charge was upgraded to aggravated assault. The video begins with what appears to be Palmer shouting at Rice in the hotel lobby, angrily shoving him away when he tries to approach her. Hotel security intervenes, and eventually police arrive on the scene.  Both Rice and Palmer are handcuffed and escorted to an elevator, where they appear to kiss briefly while in police custody. Following the incident, Rice received a modest two-game suspension from the NFL. Just days after the start of the 2014 season, however, TMZ released new footage that showed  Rice knocking Palmer out  inside an elevator. The video shocked the public, and resulted in an indefinite suspension from the league, as well as a terminated contract with the Baltimore Ravens. Rice avoided criminal charges by entering a pretrial intervention program. The NFL made him eligible to play again on December 1, but thus far no team has shown an interest in Rice.  Janay Palmer and Ray Rice Photos 1. Kristen Stewart is the latest issue of Marie Claire Australia … but don’t stare too closely at the photos, people! Seriously. Don’t do it! “I’m particularly weird because I don’t even like being looked at,” the notoriously shy actress tells the magazine. “A lot of actors love it and they love going out and literally doing it as an activity. I hate it.” Stewart, who is definitely back together with Robert Pattinson and who has signed on to star alongside Ben Affleck in a future vehicle, added of her life/career: “I’m sort of bored now. I wanna work on something and maybe it doesn’t have to be an acting job. I’ve been hanging out with my dogs and my family and, to be honest with you, I’m still catching up on sleep.” Doesn’t have to be an acting job, huh?!? Might Kristen be hinting at that rumored wedding to Pattinson ? You’re right. Probably not.

Track Palin Divorce: Sarah’s Son, Wife Britta End Marriage

Sarah Palin’s oldest son, Track, is filing for divorce from his wife. Track Palin and his wife, Britta, jointly filed divorce documents in an Alaskan court, which required they watch a 48-minute video about the impact of a failed marriage on a child. Under Alaska law, by filing together , they signal that they have settled all property and custody issues, including child support. They have a one-year-old daughter, Kyla.  Track Palin and Britta married in 2011. He is an Army reservist and served time in Iraq. He works as a commercial fisherman and plans to go back to college. Sarah has five kids: Trig, Track, Willow, Piper and Bristol Palin .

Justin Bieber: Targeted for Assassination by Convicted Killer

A frightening new report confirms that Justin Bieber was at the center of an assassination plot last month, one both planned and eventually called off by a convicted killer and rapist named Dana Martin. Serving a pair of life sentences for his crimes, Martin allegedly tasked Las Cruces prison inmate Mark Staake to carry out the awful deed once Staake was released. Sources tell KRQE News that Staake and his nephew, Tanner Ruane, were scheduled to actually kill Bieber and then castrate him with a paisley tie (in the manner Martin committed his murders) in New York City last month. It’s unclear why this evil plan was hatched, but Martin has a tattoo of the singer on his leg and a purpoted obsession with the Biebs. However, for unexplained reasons, Martin told the authorities of the scheme just in time – and Staake was recently arrested (on outstanding warrants) in Vermont. Ruane, meanwhile, did actually arrive in New York, but cops nabbed him before he could carry out his orders. The hired gun, eerily, was found with a pair of pruning shears on his person. Somewhere, Selena Gomez is grateful they were never put to use.
