Such was the case during a recent run-in with the lovely and talented Mila Kunis at CinemaCon, where we learned a little more about her character’s motivations, as well as some teasers about a short-film project Kunis made with her co-star James Franco that she promised will be better than their Funny or Die parody of “The Hills.” “Sam Raimi [directed the movie]. What else do you need?” Kunis said when asked what else fans should know about the return to Oz. “[Also] James Franco, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz,” she added. “That’s all you need.” And what about her character, Theodora? Is she good and then evil? A nice blend? Who is she? “She’s a good person who gets her heart broken,” Kunis said. “What happens to young ladies when their heart gets broken?” Josh Horowitz answered that they turn into horrible evil witches. “You said it, not me,” Kunis said with a smile.
