Debbie Rowe , the ex-wife and biological mother to two of Michael Jackson’s three children, has kept a low profile since the icon’s death on June 25. But now that a hearing has been scheduled at Los Angeles Superior Court July 20 for temporary guardianship of the children, Rowe will be seen.
