The CW has released the first promotional photo of AnnaSophia Robb from the set of The Carrie Diaries , that network’s upcoming pilot based on the high school years of Carrie Bradshaw. What do you think? Can she pull off the curly high? The designer clothing? The overall look that Sarah Jessica Parker made famous for years on HBO and then on the big screen? Compare the two actresses now: Says executive producer Amy B. Harris of casting Robb in this huge role: “Her grace, intelligence, sense of fun and her empathetic nature make her the perfect girl to bring [the character to life.] The fact that she loves a gorgeous pair of heels doesn’t hurt either.” Will you be tuning in for The Carrie Diaries? What do you think of Robb as a high school version of Bradshaw?

Tori Spelling Pregnant with Fourth Child!

Tori Spelling has big news: her family is about to get even bigger. Just five months after giving birth to a daughter , the former Beverly Hills 90210 star announced today that she and husband Dean McDermott are expecting their fourth child. “Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way,” Spelling wrote on her website today in a blog post titled “Baby Makes 6!” “We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us. Love, Tori xoxo.” Aside from very little Hattie, Tori and Dean parents to son Liam, 5, and daughter Stella, 3. We wish the ever-expanding family full health and happiness!

PETA on Kim Kardashian Flour Bombing: Fine By Us!

Upon dousing Kim Kardashian with flour last night, a woman reportedly referred to the reality star as a “Fur Hag!” Does this mean PETA, who has called out the ex-sex tape star in the past for her fur coat affections, orchestrated the attack? No, the organization insists. But that doesn’t mean it’s sad the incident took place. Kim Kardashian: Flour Bombed! “It was not [us],” a rep for PETA tells TMZ, adding: “PETA has tried everything from polite letters to public protests, but Kim Kardashian has not been moved by the news that animals are beaten, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for real fur garments. Whoever threw that flour may reach her when our polite appeals did not.” And, hey, if flour is unsuccessful, no doubt a message from Courtney Stodden will do the trick.

Dave Navarro: Nude for PETA

That’s it! We’re never wearing fur ever again. After all, Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro has now bared it all for PETA, once again sending animal haters an important message: If you continue to make a fashion statement out of God’s creatures, more and more attractive celebrities will pose nude. The THG staff is very much anti-fur, but we’re also anti-PETA and its attention-grabbing ads. For the price of these billboards, they could have actually saved a few lives. Says Navarro: “Several years ago, I saw video footage of animals being skinned alive and screaming, and it, it honestly is the most horrific, inhumane thing I’ve ever seen… Some of the simple things you can do to help save animals is not buy fur, stay away from products that have been animal tested.” Again, we agree. But look at some of these hot, naked celebs for PETA . If donning a mink coat or two leads to a few more supermodels taking off their clothes, this is a sacrifice we may have to make.
