Once again, Justin Bieber is using his fame for good. The young singer was in Georgia this week to film a PSA on behalf of PhoneGuard, an app that makes it impossible for one to drive and text simultaneously. It is “the best way for you to find your phone when u lose it and also stop you from texting and driving,” the singer Tweeted. Bieber also appears with the Brown family in the following video. They lost their daughter to a text message-related car accident and, along with Justin, are sending an important message to all. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel "Back On," Insider Confirms

We can now remove the question mark in this headline . An insider tells E! News that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are ” definitely back on ,” following a summer spent mostly apart. Biel and Timberlake were spotted at a wedding in Colorado over the weekend, which a source says was the culmination of months spent by Justin trying to win the actress back, adding simply: “He missed her…He went after her.” Since his March split from Biel, JT has been linked to hotties such as Olivia Wilde and Mila Kunis. One report even claimed he cheated on Jessica with Olivia Munn . But whatever Timberlake said to get Biel back has finally worked. We wish we knew the guy’s secret, so… eh, who are we kidding?
