“In the movie Wall Street I play Gordon Gekko , a greedy corporate executive who cheated to profit while innocent investors lost their savings. The movie was fiction, but the problem is real.” And with that, Michael Douglas stumps for the FBI in a new public service announcement warning investors against financial misdeeds. Soul Surfer’s AnnaSophia Robb Is Your New Carrie Bradshaw

This just in: The makers of the forthcoming CW spin-off series The Carrie Diaries (a prequel to Candace Bushnell’s franchise-launching Sex and the City novel) have found their new Carrie Bradshaw in Soul Surfer / Race to Witch Mountain/Bridge to Terabithia star AnnaSophia Robb . The series “chronicles Carrie’s coming of age in the 1980s when she asks her first questions about love, sex, friendship and family while exploring the worlds of high school and Manhattan.” So it’s basically Gossip Girl with a Carrie Bradshaw who looks nothing like the future Carrie Bradshaw . Hunger Games Character Posters: Profiles in Kiddie Courage

The Hunger Games preys on the box office in March, but in the meantime eight of the battledome-savvy characters are squaring off in new posters for the film. Jennifer Lawrence looks fetching under a golden haze, Lenny Kravitz looks a lot like Lenny Kravitz, and Josh Hutcherson keeps looking younger and younger. Seriously, he’s wearing his Bridge to Terabithia face here.
