Bieber will hit the road for a headlining tour in support of his fourth album on September 29 with a show in Glendale, Arizona, with fans who purchase tickets to the shows getting a chance to pre-order the disc. The “Believe” outing will hit 45 cities before wrapping up in Miami on January 26, 2013, with prot
