Police have signed an arrest warrant for Nyia Parler, 41, who will be charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, neglect of a care-dependent person, unlawful restraint, kidnapping, and false imprisonment. Officials said the son, who has not been identified, would have died if he had not been spotted by people walking on a nearby road. Lil Twist Charged With Six Felonies For Beating Down Kyle Massey’s Brother

Lil Twist Charged With 6 Felonies The L.A. County District Attorney has charged Lil Twist on 6 counts: making criminal threats, burglary, grand theft, battery and 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon. If convicted on all counts, he could face over 20 years in the clink. If you’ll remember, Twist was allegedly kicked out of the Massey brothers’ house back in November, and returned a short while later — breaking into the home , beating up Chris Massey with a pair of brass knuckles, pulling his pants down in front of guests to humiliate him, and stealing his wallet and cell phone on the way back out. Needless to say, there’s an arrest warrant out for Twist. No wonder Justin Bieber dropped this guy to improve his own image. SMH

Where is Justin Bieber??? After catching fade with Chris Massey last week, Lil Twist will soon be carted off to jail to face the music. Massey’s PR team released the following statement: Today a court officially issued an arrest warrant for Christopher Lynn Moore aka Lil’ Twist for his involvement in last week’s home invasion and brutal attack on actor Christopher Massey inside the Massey home. Lil’ Twist is charged with felony home invasion and robbery. According to Massey’s attorney, Courtney M. Coates, Esq., “Chris is still recovering from the shock and injuries suffered after five men broke into his home, robbed, and assaulted him.” The Los Angeles Police Department has launched a full investigation to identify the other perpetrators. Damn, homie. This is what happens when everyone wants to keep it too real…

Arrest Warrant Issued For Columbus Short Following Fight Via TMZ reports: “Scandal” star Columbus Short is now a wanted man — TMZ has learned a warrant has been issued for his arrest for felony aggravated battery stemming from a bar fight earlier this month. TMZ broke the story … Short allegedly suckerpunched a guy at an engagement party after the dude mouthed off to Short. The victim was left with a broken nose and was rendered unconscious for several minutes. Now a judge has issued a warrant for Short’s arrest on one count of felony aggravated battery. It’s a felony because of serious bodily injury. The charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in state prison. As of this post, Short has not turned himself in. Anita Baker Wanted By Police In Detroit Via TMZ reports: Anita Baker — famous for her 80s hit song “Sweet Love” — is now a wanted woman in Detroit … after an arrest warrant was issued for the Grammy-winning singer. According to court records, the bench warrant was issued yesterday after the singer failed to show up to court for a hearing in her current legal battle with a paint and decorating company. Ray Smith Painting and Decorating has sued Baker, claiming she owes the company $15,000 for services it performed inside her giant Grosse Pointe home — and so far, she still hasn’t anted up. We reached out to Anita’s camp for comment — so far, no word back. We never thought we’d see the words “Anita Baker” and “wanted by police” in the same sentence. What the sweet love hell??!

That’s a lot of “stockings” to “stuff” … Via AJC A Cobb County teenager was arrested for allegedly stealing 108 condoms from Walmart, police said. Corey Christopher Young, 18, of Marietta, was caught at the Barrett Parkway store with three boxes of 36 condoms each, valued at $42.82, according to an arrest warrant obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Said accused did exit the store with the merchandise in his pants and hoodie, passing all pay counters,” the arrest warrant states. Young was arrested Wednesday night, charged with theft by shoplifting and booked into the Cobb County jail, according to booking records. He was released early Thursday on his own recognizance, jail records show. Guess he had big plans for the ho-lidays…SMH
