Right on cue, the duo was spotted looking lovey-dovey and perfectly content together arriving at LAX, and quietly confirmed that everything was peachy between them when pressed: Of course, our sources did mention that Vince and Tamar take special care to make public displays of unity and affection after each one of their marriage messes leaks to the public…so it’s possible that this was a ploy to PR the situation away. Diddy Avoids Criminal Charges In UCLA Coach Assault Case Diddy will NOT face any felony or misdemeanor charges after catching fade with his son Justin’s college football coach. If recall, Diddy got pretty pissed back in July, after his son Justin was being repeatedly singled out and picked on by his team coach Sal Alosi, eventually getting sent home from practice for what Diddy saw as unjust reasons. When Diddy went back to campus chat with the Sal, words were exchanged, things got heated, and Diddy allegedly picked up a kettle bell laying nearby and swung it in Sal’s general direction to drive his point home. Sources close to the case tell TMZ that the L.A. City Attorney plans to hold an informal office hearing with Diddy and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, and other parties involved in the incident on October 15th. This could either result in a warning for Diddy or possibly a recommendation for anger management classes. Either way…far better than jail, right?
After keeping mainly mum since the November 5th physical altercation that landed Yung Berg in jail and her as the butt of LAHHH cast member criticism , Masika Tucker is finally speaking out on what happened that night and whether or not she is sticking with the man who allegedly beat her. Via Sister2Sister : Masika Kalysha hasn’t had a lot of contact with “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” co-star Yung Berg since he allegedly choked, dragged and kicked her in a New York hotel. “My focus right now is him being better. The focus should not be on us being a couple right now,” Masika told Sister 2 Sister. “It’s best that we don’t communicate as we were.” More than anything, Masika said she wants Berg to get help, and his issue isn’t abusing women. “I feel like the only abuse issue that he has is alcohol abuse. I do feel like he has a drinking issue and that’s the issue at this time,” she said. “It was not an abusive situation.” According to Masika, she and Berg did “cause quite a disturbance,” but the entire incident was blown out of proportion, in part, because it was a ritzy hotel, late at night and several guests in the hotel called the police. “The stories were just erroneous,” Masika said about all the rumors that circulated after the altercation, which took place after 17 hours of taping the season 1 reunion show. As a result of the melee, Berg was arrested and charged with obstruction of breathing. And although Masika skirts the specifics of what actually transpired between her and Berg that night, she is very particular about what she says did NOT happen: Though Masika understands some may accuse her of defending her abuser, she’s not worried about what others think because she said knows what really happened that night. “It was not an abuse situation. He did not attack me; he did not knock me out. He did not beat me up, none of that happened,” said Masika who could not confirm reports that Berg has been fired from the show. “He was very drunk. It was to the point where he didn’t really know his bearings,” she said. “He needs to be focused on getting these charges dropped and getting the drinking under control.” Interesting….do you think she’s just protecting Berg?? Where is Justin Bieber??? After catching fade with Chris Massey last week, Lil Twist will soon be carted off to jail to face the music. Massey’s PR team released the following statement: Today a court officially issued an arrest warrant for Christopher Lynn Moore aka Lil’ Twist for his involvement in last week’s home invasion and brutal attack on actor Christopher Massey inside the Massey home. Lil’ Twist is charged with felony home invasion and robbery. According to Massey’s attorney, Courtney M. Coates, Esq., “Chris is still recovering from the shock and injuries suffered after five men broke into his home, robbed, and assaulted him.” The Los Angeles Police Department has launched a full investigation to identify the other perpetrators. SMH According to TMZ… The woman Floyd Mayweather Jr. beat in front of their children is a forgiving soul, claiming she no longer holds a grudge and wants to bury the hatchet. Josie Harris tells us, she and Floyd are trying to put their fighting past behind them so they can raise their three kids in a stable environment. You’ll recall … Floyd was popped back in 2010 after Josie accused him of striking her “multiple times in the head with his fist” and then threatening to kill her. Josie and Floyd’s children were present. Floyd later pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence and served two months in jail. Now Josie says, “S**t happens. I’m not mad at him at all … I love Floyd to death.” She adds, “[Floyd] loves his kids and is a great father. Hot damn, Diddy did it again. Not everyone thinks Sean (Diddy) Combs rules. The hip-hop star and entrepreneur has been hit with a lawsuit over the name of his “Empress” perfume for women. Empress Hair Care is claiming Combs went ahead and stole the regal name for its Sean John scent, knowing full well he had no right to use the name, according to documents filed in a U.S. District Court in New York on Jan. 10. In February 2010, Combs had reached out to the Texas-based company, asking if a deal could be worked out where he could use the Empress name. The hair-care company declined to do business with him for fear it would lead to market confusion. Lawyers for Sean John attempted to trademark the name “Empress Sean John” but ran into similar problems. The plaintiffs say Combs was undeterred and released the fragrance anyway, along with the contested name. Empress Hair Care, which sells products for women of color, is crying foul and claiming infringement of a federally registered trademark and unfair competition. MAC Cosmetics and Estee Lauder are also named in the lawsuit. This seems like the kind of problem that should go away easily if Diddy just throws enough money at it. Riiiiight? Source More On Bossip!
