Massey’s PR team released the following statement: Today a court officially issued an arrest warrant for Christopher Lynn Moore aka Lil’ Twist for his involvement in last week’s home invasion and brutal attack on actor Christopher Massey inside the Massey home. Lil’ Twist is charged with felony home invasion and robbery. According to Massey’s attorney, Courtney M. Coates, Esq., “Chris is still recovering from the shock and injuries suffered after five men broke into his home, robbed, and assaulted him.” The Los Angeles Police Department has launched a full investigation to identify the other perpetrators. Family Sues Direct TV For Hiring Registered Sex Offender Cable giant Direct TV is facing a lawsuit from a family who is livid that the company hired a registered sex offender who ended up taking photos of their 12-year-old daughter during an installation service visit. via Huffington Post A Dallas family has sued satellite television provider DirecTV after a man making a service call at their home was found to be a registered sex offender who took photos of their 12-year-old daughter, their lawyer said on Friday. DirecTV said the man had absolutely no affiliation with the company and was brought to the house by a contractor, who has since been fired for violating company policy, spokeswoman Jade Ekstedt said in an email. Wahren Scott Massey, 48, was arrested as a result of the August 2012 incident. Massey pleaded guilty in October to attempted indecency with a child and attempted sexual performance of a child for the pictures he took of the girl. He was sentenced to four years in prison, according to legal documents. The family said in court documents Massey went into a room where their daughter, who was 12 at the time, was alone. The daughter, who is a gymnast, was stretching and said Massey asked to take photos of her on his cell phone with her legs in the air, according to the police report. When Massey left the room, the victim told her mother, who called police. Officers performed a background check on Massey, discovered he had been a registered sex offender in Texas since 1998, and issued a criminal trespass warning. This perv should be ashamed. SMH. Bristol Palin, Kyle Massey and Lifetime have buried the hatchet over the abysmal reality show Life’s a Tripp . Phew. You may now return to your lives. Palin’s former Dancing with the Stars cast-mate and his brother were suing her and the show for $500,000; they claimed the idea was stolen from them. We know … they should compensate the U.S. that much for having subjected us to it. Still, the Massey bros claimed it was their idea and they were cut out of the final project about Bristol Palin and her move to L.A. They were far from pleased. They filed suit, but apparently it’s been resolved, amicably. A rep for the Masseys now confirms that all is settled and that an undisclosed settlement was reached, with the brothers “pleased” by the terms. That also sums up America’s reaction to its cancellation.
On December 21 2011, I don’t even know how to put it into words, I saw Justin at Massey Hall in Toronto for his Home for the Holidays show. This is what happened: It started a week before, I woke up, got ready for school, went to have breakfast, until my friend texted me saying, “TURN ON CP24 NOW, YOU’RE GOING TO FREAK OUT!” I rushed to the TV, put CP24 and they where talking about Justin coming back home and doing a show. At this point I already spit half of my milk out of my mouth. I was so ready to do whatever it took to see him! I missed him so much! The only thing that sucked was that they couldn’t tell us where the show was being held. It was being taped for MuchMusic & CTV. I ended up waking up everyday at 5:30am to see if CP24/MuchMusic said anything about tickets being sold or where the show might be at. Nothing. I tweeted pretty much half of the Beliebers in Toronto to see if they new any info about the show. After a few days of being frustrated and stressed, I was getting ready for bed and checked Twitter. I saw CP24 tweet “Tickets for @justinbieber Home For The Holidays on sale this Sunday at 4pm” I legit booked out of my room, went to tell my parents and they told me to be ready! I was so confident on getting these tickets. I kept saying never say never, I can do this, I can do this! Finally Sunday came and I had the website open at 7am even though it didn’t come on sale until 4pm. Hours later I had 2 computers, plus my iphone. At 3:58pm it said “Buy Tickets.” My parents where doing everything they could but I couldn’t get through the site. I got a tweet to my phone saying it was sold out in less then a few minutes. I couldn’t handle it. I thanked my parents for trying but I just went into my room and cried for probably 3 hours. My parents felt really bad so I told them that there’s tickets being sold on Ebay/Kijiji, but they where so much money. I almost got a ticket but I also almost got scammed so that didn’t work out. I started entering every contest I could, but i still had no luck. My only shot left was to go to Massey Hall the day of the show for one more shot on trying to get a ticket. That Wednesday I couldn’t skip school because I had a huge project to do, but I swear I couldn’t think ALL DAY! I was shaking because this girl Stephanie that I met in the line of NML texted me that she found a ticket for $250 from a scalper. Steph and I got to Massey Hall at around 4:30pm. I waited around until the guy showed up that we were suppose to buy a ticket from. As I’m waiting in line, there was a crowd of people around. “SELENA COME HERE!!!!” Stephanie yelled. People where telling me that Justin was going to come through this door, HOLYCRAP. My heart stopped, I didn’t know what to do but cry. As I was standing there freaking out, I started to here a lot more screams. I turned around and I legit bumped into SCOOTER BRAUN! I was like, “SCOOTER, OMG OMG I LOVE YOU!!” He was like, “Thank you but I cant stay, I have to go inside.” I felt like I was dreaming. At this point it was almost 5:30pm and we where suppose to meet the guy to buy the tickets. All of sudden Scooter, Alison & Scrappy all came out , people started to scream so loud you have no idea. They must be doing something, omg wait..no way. “OMG THEY’RE HANDING OUT TICKETS!!!” All of sudden Alison came over and started to give out tickets to these girls in front of us. As soon as they got out of the way I made it up to the gate and was like, “ALISON PLEASE I DONT HAVE A TICKET!! PLEASE I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERYTHING!” and that very moment she gave me a ticket, I got another one for Stephanie and I told her we had tickets. We both fell to the ground crying you can imagine. I ran across the street and told my mom we got tickets! She started to cry with me lol. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Also after 30 mins Justin finally arrived to Massey Hall! I saw him go inside and I told him I loved him but he couldn’t come out and sign autographs because he was caring Jazzy. It was just TOO MUCH TO HANDLE! When we got into Massey Hall, our seats where just PERFECT! I sat in my seat just staring at the stage, I started to cry, I was so blessed & grateful. When Justin hit that stage with Dan I couldn’t stop crying. He told stories, sang like an angel, he just seemed like such a down to earth person , which I knew he already was! Never give up on your dreams, because I’m telling you, I never gave up ONCE and LOOK WHAT HAPPENED! Anything is possible with some faith! My name is Hailey, I’m 14 years old, I’m Canadian and I’m a huge belieber! December 21, 2011 was when Justin was in Toronto for his concert ‘Home for the Holidays’ at Massey Hall. I found out about him coming home about 2 weeks in advance, but I had no clue where he was going to be. About 2 weeks before I knew any of it, my best friend Maggie and I decided we would plan out what we will do to see him! By that, I mean we wrote down what we were going to do to get noticed, what would we say to him if we met him, how we will get tickets and so much more! We did a whole wack of stuff like the for about 2 weeks. Then on December 16 we found out that he was having a concert at Massey Hall and tickets were going on sale December 18! Short time notice! On the day the tickets went on sale, we stayed on the website for an hour with our mouse on the “Get Tickets” button. There it was, 1 minute until they went on sale, my heart was pounding so much! 3.2.1 TICKETS WERE ON SALE. We tried SO hard to get tickets on that website but we weren’t giving up. We stayed on for an hour trying to get tickets until it said, “All Sold Out”. We were devastated but we told each other to Never Give Up and to Stay Positive! We were still going to go and wait outside of Massey Hall and try to get tickets, until i get a Facebook chat from Maggie saying, ”MY MOM GOT TWO FRONT ROW TICKETS ON EBAY FOR $2000” I couldn’t believe it, but I did! It was REAL not a dream, I was crying so much from happiness. I was so thankful! Two days before the concert we got EVERYTHING ready! Then December 21 2012, was the day! We skipped school to get ready and to go earlier! We waited outside of Massey Hall and we saw all these girls crying with the saddest faces. We told them to stay positive because that’s what we did and look were we got! The concert stared and I was SO happy. I started crying as soon as he came out! After he was done playing guitar, I looked at his guitar pick and thought to myself, ‘what if he threw it and I caught it’, and guess what, he threw it and I got it! Later, during ‘Mistletoe’ he came near my side of the stage and he was really close. He put his hand out and I grabbed it for about 5 seconds. A little while after that Justin said to the crowd, “Does anyone have any songs they want me to sing?” and I rose my hand as quickly and as I could, he pointed at me and said “You” and I said, “Pray”. He’s like “Pray” and I’m like “Yea!” and he sang it. It was absolutely the best day of my life. I’m so thankful for for everything! Stay Positive like we did, and something good will come out, I promise.
