Khloe Kardashian‘s BFF Malika Haqq is on the chopping block thanks to her DUI arrest, as Kris Jenner reportedly wants her gone from DASH Dolls. Following a car crash that ended in Malika Haqq arrested for DUI , she apologized for her “poor behavior” and took full responsibility for her actions. Still, that doesn’t mean she’s off the hook with the law – or her boss. “After Malika’s DUI, Kris got so much backlash because, not only did she drive drunk, but she also crashed her car on the 101,” an insider said. No one was injured in the accident, but Kris is still furious. Says the source close to the Momager: “Kris was more concerned with how this would affect the Kardashian brand and her new show DASH Dolls .” Retribution was swift, in other words, and blunt. “Kris told Malika that she has invested a lot of time and money into her, and that she either had to [apologize] for her actions” or get the chop. Jenner made it clear she would be “forced to cut her from the show,” the source tells Radar . “Kris forced Malika into doing the apology.” “Of course, Malika complied.” That wasn’t the end of Jenner’s crackdown, either. Kris also told all of the girls, including Khloe, that from now on they all are to take private drivers.” “Every single time they are going out,” she says, “whether they want to or not. Kris said that she would even be willing to pay for the drivers.” Obviously, that’s a great rule and we respect Jenner a lot for instituting it … but one wonders why this wasn’t obvious to all of them before!? Jason Biggs’ wife Jenny Mollen posted a photo of him naked and dropping trou on Instagram, only to reveal more than the couple intended. Later, she decided to “sack” the photo … if you follow: The Biggs family jewels were exposed when Mollen took a selfie of herself in the mirror, her husband nude and squatting on the pot behind her. It looks pretty clear – especially knowing this couple’s sense of humor – that this was planned out for their enjoyment – and ours on social media. Jenny, 36, captioned the picture, “Is this a cute sweater?” It totes is. Jason clearly agrees from the look on his face. Perhaps they didn’t mean to go balls to the wall, though. Jenny deleted the post from her Instagram after people remarked on Jason’s testicles. If there’s a silver lining in all this? Downey Jason Biggs in “American Reunion” Photo: Universal Pictures Jason Biggs famously humped a dessert in what became the most memorable scene in “American Pie.” Now, more than a dozen years later, an older (but obviously not much wiser) Jim Levenstein ups the ante in “American Reunion” by going full-frontal in that very same kitchen. “My penis — the nerve, you ready? — went and got an agent after the first test screening of the movie,” the actor joked with MTV News while doing press for the fourth theatrical “American Pie” flick, on which he served as a co-executive producer in addition to reprising the role that made him famous. “It tested through the roof, my penis did. It was the highest-scoring character in the movie. It scored a 97, which — I don’t know if you’ve been to these things — is amazing. It went and got an agent, signed with [Creative Artists Agency]. I’m not even with CAA.” “American Reunion,” as the name implies, reunites the cast from the raunchy but warm-hearted teen comedy series that began with “American Pie” in 1999. “American Pie 2,” “American Wedding” and a handful of direct-to-DVD “American Pie Presents” movies followed. In “Reunion,” the gang gets back together in their old town. Jim is still married to “band camp” gal Michelle (Alyson Hannigan). Now raising a young son, the couple is going through some difficulties adjusting to adulthood. After a night out with Stifler (Seann William Scott), Finch (Eddie Kay Thomas) and the rest of the boys, Jim awakens in his old kitchen stark naked. Michelle and Selena (Dania Ramirez) burst in on him unexpectedly and they see everything. So will audiences when the film opens on Friday. “If they didn’t show Jason Biggs’ penis [in ‘American Reunion’], I was out,” joked Scott, who also served as a co-executive producer. “Or John Cho’s mustache,” added Thomas. “I needed both of those things in big bold letters at the top of the contract. Neither are on the poster, which is weird.” Biggs is aware that the risky full-frontal scene puts “Reunion” in the same category as last year’s critically acclaimed drama “Shame,” which generated quite a bit of buzz thanks in part to Michael Fassbender’s similar bravery. “‘Boogie Nights,’ ‘Shame’ — those are [my penis’] competition. It’s an elite group of penises out there right now,” Biggs said, smiling widely. “The thing is, he’s got a lock on the comedy. Well, that’s not true, because of [Jason] Segel [in ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’]. Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke , 38, faces five to six years in prison when he is sentenced on May 18 for conspiring to distribute more than 100 kilos of marijuana. The often silent partner of the Roc plead guilty to the charges after he and several cohorts, including an editor of High Times magazine , were nabbed in a federal drug sting in New York City. Under the plea deal, Burke agreed to forfeit cash, his New Jersey house and a BMW. Biggs was arrested with over 50 others in 2010.
