Earlier this week, Briana DeJesus traveled south to undergo a cosmetic procedure at the hands of dubiously named pracitioner Dr. Miami. Briana received plastic surgery from Dr. Miami before, and it seems she was satisfied with the results, as she appeared to be excited about her second appointment with the Floridian physician. She announced her plans to go back under the knife back in September, but she went radio silent on social media in the days leading up to the procedure. So she may have wanted to keep this second round of procedures a secret. Unfortunately, she got worked on for free by Dr. Miami, which means she had to agree to allow him to share before and after photos on social media. Many of the images are highly graphic, and we’re doing you a favor by not posting the most intense ones here. (You really can’t unsee some of this stuff.) Here’s a somewhat SFW version of Dr. Miami’s Snapchat posts, provided by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. As you can see, Bri underwent a serious reshaping, and she’s likely in a lot of pain at the moment. It seems Briana brought an MTV camera crew along for the trip, so we’ll likely see some of the drama surrounding the procedures. And if you’ve been following her co-stars on social media, you know there’s been no shortage of fireworks. For starters, Briana’s rival Kailyn Lowry canceled her own Dr. Miami session after having a last-second change of heart. On top of that, Bri’s recent Snapchat posts seem to indicate that she’s already back together with Javi Marroquin after the two of them broke up just last month. Javi joined Briana on her trip to Miami, and it seems he was by her side right up until she went in for surgery. They haven’t made their reconciliation official, but that doesn’t seem like the sort of trip a casual friend would make. Whatever the case, you can bet Briana will be back on social media and sharing her own before and after photos soon. Bill O’Neill is an Ohio Supreme Court Justice. He’s also a candidate for Governor. And, to hear him tell it, he has had sex with 50 “very attractive females” during his life. Which would be fine, if he hadn’t boasted about this on social media using information that might lead to some of those women being identified. It’s a terrible political move. And yes, his campaign manager has quit. Wouldn’t you? Senator Al Franken apologized for groping and kissing a woman without her consent . But apologies don’t make things magically go away, and many are calling for him to resign. Apparently, that didn’t sit right with Ohio gubernatorial candidate Bill O’Neill, as he posted this very cringe-worthy rant to Facebook. “Now that the dogs of war are calling for the head of Senator Al Franken,” his post begins. It’s already off to a rough start, because that does not describe the state of things. (Some have called for his resignation, but a graceful retirement after a scandal is hardly the end of the world) His post gets immediately worse: “I believe it is time to speak up on behalf of all heterosexual males.” Generally, people speak up on behalf of underdogs instead of on behalf of the demographic group that dominates every nation on Earth. But please, continue. “As a candidate for Governor, let me save my opponents some research time.” (Never a good idea; make them work for that dirt) “In the past 50 years, I was sexually intimate with approximately 50 very attractive females.” One, that’s bragging and oversharing. Two, don’t refer to women or girls as “females.” It tends to rub people the wrong way. Anyway, his boastful post gets worse: “It ranged from a gorgeous personal secretary to Senator Bob Taft (Senior) who was my first true love and we made passionate love in the hayloft of her parents barn in Gallipolis.” That is way too much information. Oh, O’Neill can tank his career by oversharing about his genital adventures all that he wants. But he should not have told so much about these women. “… And ended with a drop dead gorgeous red head who was a senior adviser to Peter Lewis at Progressive Insurance in Cleveland.” Then he talks about some pretty good policies: “Now can we get back to discussing legalizing marijuana and opening the state hospital network to combat the opioid crisis.” And then he promptly makes things worse again. “I am sooooo disappointed by this national feeding frenzy about sexual indiscretions decades ago.” So, in other words, he’s completely missed the point. Nobody’s talking about “indiscretions.” Sleep around all that you like. The national conversation is about consent. it’s about sexual harassment and sexual assault. And Bill O’Neill should be ashamed of his post. At first, however, he defended making the post, saying that he opposes a “new standard” that, in his mind, means that: “If you’re not absolutely pure you’re not eligible to run for office in America. That’s wrong.” Apparently he failed to actually listen to the national conversation even once. Unless any of those 50 alleged hotties were underage or not consenting, then he didn’t have anything to worry about. By the way, in the process of defending himself, Bill O’Neill also lamented that Roy Moore’s accusations of molestation are condemning him “without due process.” That is literally not how due process works. Roy Moore can’t be imprisoned without evidence and a conviction. The presumption of innocence expands to the courtroom, not to hearts and minds. Or votes. As we mentioned, Bill O’Neill’s campaign manager quit. Chris Clevenger announced his departure on Twitter: “The comments made today by @ BillForOhio were both disturbing and misguided. As a victim of sexual assault, I cannot in good faith remain a part of # TeamONeill .” He followed that up with a tweet: “Sexual harassment and assault is no laughing matter. The next Governor of Ohio must take it seriously to receive my vote.” That’s a good policy to have. Finally, someone got through to Bill O’Neill, because he posted an apology on Sunday morning: “There comes a time in everyone’s life when you have to admit you were wrong. It is Sunday morning and i am preparing to go to church and get right with God. But first I have to get right with my family, my friends, and the thousands of strangers who have been hurt by my insensitive remarks.” Not to mention the two women whom he described a little too well. “I am sorry. I have damaged the national debate on the very real subject of sexual harassment, abuse and unfortunately rape. It is not a laughing matter. It wasn’t when I prosecuted sexual misconduct for the State of Ohio, and it is not now.” It’s good that he’s owning it fully. “To my daughters, Katie Corrin O’Neill, Tiffany O’Neill Scullen, and my sisters Patricia O’Neill Sacha and Mary Kaye O’Neill, accomplished women all, please accept my public apology for dragging you into this matter.” When a male politician screws up, everybody wants to know what the women in his family think. “You deserved better treatment than this. I love you, respect you, and yes. I was wrong. Thank you for loving me enough to stand up to my departure from a loving life. ” It’s still stunning that O’Neill was able to hear about all of these allegations of assault and harassment and see it as an opportunity to brag about his conquests. Hey, have you heard the good news?! Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus are officially dating! And not only that, but they seem to be comfortable enough with each other that they're working on merging their families into one, even though they've only been dating approximately three seconds! See, over the weekend, Javi threw a birthday party for Lincoln, the son he shares with Kailyn Lowry. He invited Briana DeJesus and her two daughters, and what happened next … well, you really just have to see it to believe it. But first, let's refresh our memories on this very special love story … 1. They Go Way Back! It’s true, they do — even before Briana joined the cast of Teen Mom 2, she and Javi were exchanging flirty tweets. Say what you will about their relationship, but it’s had a long, long buildup. 2. Javi’s Pursuit Though they have known each other for a while, it wasn’t until earlier this fall when Javi really began to go after Briana hard. In September, he even gave an interview to Radar in which he said that he’d “be open to dating Briana” because “she’s a really cool girl. Her whole family is awesome. She’s really beautiful. We text back and forth. We’ll see what happens.” Subtle, Javi. 3. Complicated The thought of the two of them actually getting together seemed a little far-fetched. After all, Javi already married a Teen Mom when he married Kailyn, and Briana just gave birth to another guy’s baby in July. Would forming a Teen Mom super couple really be the right move? 4. YES Apparently so: in October, Javi confirmed that he and Briana were finally officially together! It was still a little weird, because she denied it at first, but it seems she’s cool with being public now. So we’re really doing Javiana, it seems. 5. Spiteful Love As you can imagine, things didn’t go so well after the world found out about Javi and Briana’s love. Many reports claimed that Kailyn believed Javi’s just getting with Briana out of spite, and … yeah, we can see it. During this entire season of Teen Mom 2, Javi’s seemed heartbroken that Kailyn moved on so quickly, so it makes sense that he’d try to get under her skin any way possible. 6. Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi and Dorit Kemsley are all back again, with some new faces joining the fun: Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, the daughter of rock god John Mellencamp and his second wife Victoria Granucci, is joining as a new Housewife. Meanwhile former cast member Camille Grammer, the former wife of Kelsey Grammer, is returning as well, as a “friend” of the housewives. Backstabbing is not the primary focal point of this new teaser, though it does have its moments, such as Dorit calling Teddi a “psycho.” Erika, for her part, sure looks like she's coming at the new queen as well, threatening, “don't f-ck with me like that, you won't want that.” Ohhhhhhhhhh. Put on notice. Lisa, Kyle and Dorit are in a feud, meanwhile, that Erika describes thusly: “This boils down to three bitches that are competitive over friendship.” Bravo's official synopsis promises that this season, “the ladies are busier than ever, juggling life at home and in the boardroom.” Hustle and heart, so to speak. Kyle must decide whether to renovate or move out of the home where she’s raised her four kids, which truly must keep her up at night. The choices we face. Brutal. Dorit is trying to re-launch her swimwear line, which proves daunting given the time frame of just a couple of months that she's working with. Erika Jayne’s rise to the top has fueled her professional drive, with more music and a memoir on the way from this firebrand. Lisa Rinna, for her part, is channeling her inner Kris Jenner as Momager to her model daughters, who are looking to make it big. That comes with its own challenges, though, as achieving too much fame too soon in one's life makes it hard to stay grounded. Finally, Lisa Vanderpump is knee-deep in dogs. Vanderpump Dogs, her new business venture, seems to be doing well already. With trips to Berlin, NYC, Las Vegas and Tokyo on tap, the new season (kicking off December 19) promises plenty of trips. Ever since the news broke of Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy , and even before, the reality star and millionaire makeup mogul has been careful to keep her famous baby bump out of the public eye. But it looks like she’s finally slipped up, as she was caught on camera not once — but twice. We totally understand Kylie’s desire to keep her pregnancy a secret for as long as she did. After all, she got pregnant at 19. Math tells us that she was probably seeing her baby daddy, Travis Scott, for only about a month when she got knocked up. And, of course, Travis Scott was a rebound after her breakup with Tyga after two years of Kyga. That’s … well, that’s common knowledge. But ever since the news broke more than a month ago , Kylie has refused to confirm the news — even though it’s no idle rumor and has been confirmed by multiple reliable outlets. That hasn’t stopped Kylie from teasing her fans, flaunting her pregnancy curves … all the while refusing to show off her baby bump. It’s strange behavior for a young woman who has historically been anything but camera-shy. One might call her camera-gregarious . Still, Kylie is still living her life. She and Travis Scott double-dated with Kendall Jenner and Blake Griffin , which meant going out into a relatively public space. But even then, Kylie reportedly wore a huge hoodie so that random witnesses couldn’t see her baby bump. Is Kylie repulsed by her baby bump, we wonder? Or is she waiting until it reaches just the right degree of visibility before she makes her big debut? Maybe she’s planning on using the first official photos of her baby bump to promote something huge for her show or for Kylie Cosmetics. Piercings: they’re ways of accessorizing, they’re ways of getting back at your parents, they’re questionable solutions to boredom, and they’re a way of showing society exactly who you are. They’re also major milestones in the lives of many people who get them. And debate rages over how young is too young. So when Kim documented her very, very young daughter getting her ears pierced, she definitely knew that she was going to get some backlash. Kim Zolciak has haters , after all. Okay, first, we need to talk about ear-piercing and children. There are two extremes. One, the over-protective side, doesn’t think that girls should get their ears pierced until they’re tweens. (Sometimes it even goes beyond that, but that’s getting into Duggar territory with side-hugs and courting, that’s … so fringe that it’s not relevant here). The reason that these parents usually have is either that earrings are valuable and a child needs to show responsibility before she can get her ears pierced … … OR that pierced ears are “grown up” and would somehow be inappropriate on, say, a 9-year-old. The responsibility thing, we totally get. The “they’re too grown-up” thing, not so much. They’re jewelry, not sexy underwear or whatever. They shouldn’t have to wait until they’re teenagers. The other extreme gets the ears of babies pierced. And … that’s wrong. Sure, ear piercings are totally reversible, but unless it’s medically necessary, don’t poke holes in babies. That should not be a radical statement. But Kim Zolciak makes it very clear that her 3-year-old daughter, Kaia, is not a baby anymore. Kim Zolciak shared a video on Snapchat and provided narration. “The time has come for Kaia to get her ears pierced.” Don’t worry, folks — this is something that Kaia wants. “She has begged me for two years.” Waiting for those two years was the right choice, we think. “The time has come. Brielle and Ariana both had their ears pierced at like three weeks.” Okay, that is wrong, absolutely. No three-week-old is begging to have pierced ears, or capable of understanding the concept. (Again, don’t poke holes in babies unless it’s medically necessary) We’re glad that Kim has wisened up for Kaia. Kim Zolciak continues her narration … somehow making it all about her. (But you know, it’s normal for people to talk about themselves when they’re narrating) “I cried my eyes out, so pray for me.” That’s no surprise — Kim Zolciak couldn’t handle Kash going to kindergarten . Apparently, milestones get her very, very emotional. As the ear-piercing concludes, Kim shares that her emotional distress had some physical symptoms. “My stomach is so upset!” It’s actually cute that she got so worked up. And she heaped praise on Kaia for keeping cool throughout. “Your mom’s crying and you’re not. You’re such a toughie!” Kim Zolciak probably put this on Snapchat, instead of Instagram, because she didn’t want her Instagram page flooded with hateful comments. (That doesn’t stop trolls, but it can thin them out a little) Kaia looks so cute! And she clearly has the wherewithal to make a decision like that. Maybe some folks would disagree, but pierced ears are totally reversible. And if Kaia’s been asking for this for two years … more power to her.
