Justin Bieber Bieber was born in London, Ontario. Many Americans wish he’d stayed there. 4. Nina Dobrev Nina Dobrev was born in Bulgaria but raised in Canada, where she rose to fame as actress and model. She played the role of Mia Jones, the single teenage mother, on Canada’s popular Degrassi: The Next Generation, in Seasons 6-9. 5. Seth Rogen Rogen hails from Vancouver.
