LAPD Cop Facing $10,000 Penalty For Leaking Audio To Clear Himself Of Racist Accusations You may remember this story we posted back in 2014… “D’jango” actress Daniele Watts was arrested for allegedly having sex with her white boyfriend in a parked car. Following her detention, Daniele claimed she was abused and the arresting officer was a racist who hated sweet swirly couples. In order to clear his name, the officer, Sgt. Jim Parker, leaked audio of the incident to TMZ which showed Daniele as the aggressor. Now, the Ethics Committee wants Sgt. Parker to admit to violating policy. They offered him a deal, admit to the foul and pay $2,500 or go to trial where they will try to take $10,000 out of his retirement. Sgt. Actress Daniele Watts and her boyfriend have both been charged with lewd conduct over their recent parking lot car sex scandal, according to a new report. Daniele Watts Screams at Cops The Django Unchained star was infamously arrested for having sex in her car outside CBS Studios last month, at which point she played the race card. Watts said she was handcuffed and embarrassed simply for “showing affection” while “fully clothed’ and in a “public place” with Brian James Lucas . Witnesses at the Directors Guild office who witnessed the hookup told a different story, telling officers that Watts and Lucas were having sex alright. In the passenger seat, with her straddling him and the door wide open, holding the open sunroof for control. After which Lucas cleaned up with a tissue. Yeah. Lovely. In audio from the incident, LAPD Sgt. Jim Parker tells Lucas why he was called to the scene, only to have Watts jump in and bring up her race. And the fact that she has a publicist. As the confrontation escalates, Watts says she serves “freedom and love,” while the authorities “serve detainment.” She later yells: “I hope when you’re f–king your spouses you really feel alive.” Watts walked away in a fury, so they cuffed her and brought her back. Prosecutors listened to the LAPD audio, and examined various testimonies and pictures of Watts straddling her boyfriend with her breasts exposed. After weighing the Daniele Watts sex photos and all over evidence, both parties were charged with lewd conduct and face up to six months in jail if convicted. Stay tuned. We reported on Daniele Watts being detained , handcuffed, and humiliated by LAPD after she showed public affection to her white husband, Brian James Lucas. The “PIGS” thought she was a “prostitute.” Now, Daniele took to her facebook to tell about the incident: Today I was handcuffed and detained by 2 police officers from the Studio City Police Department after refusing to agree that I had done something wrong by showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place. When the officer arrived, I was standing on the sidewalk by a tree. I was talking to my father on my cell phone. I knew that I had done nothing wrong, that I wasn’t harming anyone, so I walked away. A few minutes later, I was still talking to my dad when 2 different police officers accosted me and forced me into handcuffs. As I was sitting in the back of the police car, I remembered the countless times my father came home frustrated or humiliated by the cops when he had done nothing wrong. I felt his shame, his anger, and my own feelings of frustration for existing in a world where I have allowed myself to believe that “authority figures” could control my BEING… my ability to BE!!!!!!! I was sitting in that back of this cop car, filled with adrenaline, my wrist bleeding in pain, and it occurred to me, that even there, I STILL HAD POWER OVER MY OWN SPIRIT. Those cops could not stop me from expressing myself. They could not stop the cathartic tears and rage from flowing out of me. They could not force me to feel bad about myself. Yes, they had control over my physical body, but not my emotions. My feelings. My spirit was, and still is FREE. I will continue to look any “authority figure” in the eye without fear. NO POLICE OFFICER OR GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IS MORE POWERFUL THAN ME. WE ARE EQUALS. I KNOW THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE FREE BECAUSE THAT IS THE NATURE OF MY SPIRIT. And moreover, I deeply enjoyed connecting with the cops who detained me. I allowed myself to be honest about my anger, frustration, and rage as tears flowed from my eyes. The tears I cry for a country that calls itself “the land of the free and the home of the brave” and yet detains people for claiming that very right. Today I exist with courage, knowing that I am blessed to have experienced what I did today. All of those feelings, no matter how uncomfortable. These feelings are what builds my internal strength, my ability to grow through WHATEVER may happen to me. That internal knowing is what guides me in this world. Not the law, not fear, not mistrust of government or cops or anything else. In this moment there is a still small voice whispering to me. It says: You are love. You are free. You are pure. Police Wrongfully Detain Actress, Assume She’s A Prostitute Via DishNation : Dish Nation has learned EXCLUSIVELY that Martin Lawrence’s TV daughter on the FX series “Partners” was roughed up by Los Angeles police who mistakenly thought the actress was a prostitute. Cops in Studio City assumed Daniele Watts, who also appeared in the Academy Award-winning film “Django Unchained,” was soliciting a man who she was kissing in public. The man, Chef Brian James Lucas, just happens to be her husband. An angry Lucas ranted on Facebook that he and Daniele were just “showing our affection publicly” when police accused Daniele of being a “ho” and him of being her “trick.” James explained in his post from today that police panicked when they saw a “white boy and a hot bootie shorted black girl and thought we were a HO (prostitute) & a TRICK (client).” “So they handcuffed her and threw her roughly into the back of the cop car until they could figure out who she was. In the process of handcuffing her, they cut her wrist, which was truly NOT COOL!!! Of course, they had to let her go eventually cuz we weren’t a threat to anyone.” Cops eventually let the couple go, but they’re “pissed off and humiliated,” says a friend. “They weren’t expecting D (Daniele) to be so intelligent and outspoken, and left truly feeling the fear vibration finding out that they had just fu**** with 2 celebrities (Celebrated People).” How messed up!
