LAPD Cop Facing $10,000 Penalty For Leaking Audio To Clear Himself Of Racist Accusations You may remember this story we posted back in 2014… “D’jango” actress Daniele Watts was arrested for allegedly having sex with her white boyfriend in a parked car. Following her detention, Daniele claimed she was abused and the arresting officer was a racist who hated sweet swirly couples. In order to clear his name, the officer, Sgt. Jim Parker, leaked audio of the incident to TMZ which showed Daniele as the aggressor. Now, the Ethics Committee wants Sgt. Parker to admit to violating policy. They offered him a deal, admit to the foul and pay $2,500 or go to trial where they will try to take $10,000 out of his retirement. Sgt. Parker is standing his ground (no pun intended), so he’s headed to trial. This is gonna chap the azz of those who love screaming #BlueLivesMatter. Do you have any tears in your eyes for this cop? Yesterday, video of a drunk idiot screaming about mac and cheese went mega viral, racking up more than 1.6 million views in its first 24 hours on YouTube. Drunk College Student Wants Mac & Cheese, Gets Arrested Instead We eventually learned that said intoxicated jackass was a 19-year-old UConn sophomore named Luke Gatti. Today, Gatti is no longer a student, having reportedly been expelled from the university after being arrested and charged with breach of peace and criminal trespassing. It’s kinda sad to see a teenager mess his life up with one act of drunken douchery…Or at least it would be, were it not for the fact that Gatti has a habit of throwing entitled a-hole tantrums. Several media outlets are reporting today that Gatti was arrested twice in the same month while he was a student at the University of Massachusetts last year. In one incident, he reportedly called the arresting officer a “f–king n–ger.” Gatti left the school after his second arrest and somehow got accepted to UConn as a transfer student. Now that his drunken reign of terror in Connecticut is at an end, we’re guessing he’ll be taking some time off from school – and hopefully from the sauce, as well. For now, Gatti should probably just get a job – preferably someplace where he’s forced to serve food to unruly college students.
Earlier this week, former tennis star James Blake was arrested in NYC while standing outside of his hotel and waiting for a ride to take him to the US Open. It turned out to be a case of mistaken identity, aw police say Blake resembles a suspect in an identity theft ring. Blake has stated that he does not believe race was a factor, and he's accepted the NYPD's explanation for the incident. However, the 35-year-old has stated that he wants video of the incident to be released to the public so that all can see just how violent the officer's actions truly were. That video went public today, and it is now clear that Blake was certainly not exaggerating. The security camera footage shows the officer violently slamming Blake to the ground despite the fact that Blake shows no signs of resistance. Thus far, only minor disciplinary actions have been taken against the arresting officer, but many are hoping this video will change that.
Amanda Bynes has moved on from Rihanna. At least for the moment. Not long after bashing that singer for being ugly , Bynes took to Twitter once again yesterday and went OFF on the police and then on her parents. First, the star reiterated her claims that she never tossed a bong out a window last week and that she was sexually harassed by her arresting officer , Tweeting: “My lawyer and I are taking this mistake extremely seriously! You cannot illegally enter my apartment then take me to mental hospital without any grounds. I have never been so offended in my life. They found nothing criminal on me or around me, one cop then sexually assaulted me, so I’m suing for all of the above!” From there, Bynes aimed her venom at her family. “Never trust or listen to a word any person from my family says to the press,” she warned followers. “I am suing them for money laundering/unethical manager work, I never signed a contract with them, and they had been stealing my money without me knowing, claiming they were managing me somehow when they have no right to act as if they did anything to help or enhance my career and I want $ back that I earned on my own. “I’m 27 and don’t like when press talks to my parents. My parents are almost 70 years old. We are no longer on speaking terms. I would rather them be homeless than live off of my money.” That’s sweet of her to say. But this really shouldn’t be a problem much longer for Amanda. At this rate, it won’t take her long to be out of money.
2 Chainz is off the hook for his recent marijuana arrest … which is not altogether shocking when you recall that the arresting officers to pics with the guy. The ruling came down yesterday, with a Maryland judge determining there insufficient evidence to prove the weed on the rapper’s tour van was his. Somewhere, everyone on the Justin Bieber tour bus is taking notes. The rapper got popped in February when cops pulled over 2 Chainz in a van he was riding in with six others. Chainz was the only one cited at the time. 2 Chainz complained later on Twitter about the “dam police f*ckn wit a n**ga. …. Locked me up and then Wanted pictures smh (shakin’ my head).” Well, at least now he can shake this off and move on. And roll a giant ass blunt .
Actor Jason London was dazed, confused and worse for the wear Sunday night after being arrested for assault and disorderly conduct at a bar in Scottsdale, Ariz. He allegedly sneezed on and then slugged a fellow patron. London, showing “extreme signs of alcohol impairment,” started cursing at the paramedics who were trying to assess him for injuries inside the Martini Ranch. Police say London tried to shove another officer, who then kneed the actor’s outer right thigh to get him to sit down. The fun/insanity did not end there. After London had ultimately refused medical treatment, the 40-year-old actor allegedly replied, “F–k you! You won’t do s–t for me, you f–king hillbilly!” “I know what you f–king are! F–k you; I want to go home!” En route to the police station, London continued to rant, asking the arresting officer if he liked being a cop and becoming irate when the officer didn’t answer. “Guess what, f—-t? I f–king love this!” he exclaimed. “I f–king own you guys so hard. I’m rich and a motherf–king famous actor! F–king look me up, bitch!” “It smells like s**t in your car and your breath smells like diarrhea,” he added, then leaned to the left and crapped in his pants, adding “I told you I’m happy as s**t.” When they tried to question London at the stadium, officers say he flipped him off with both hands and stuck his tongue out, They asked if he understood his rights. “I’m a f–king movie star, I know what the f–k to do!” was his reply. Police eventually called London’s wife, Sophia, to inform her of her husband’s arrest, to which she replied, “I know he’s an a–hole when he drinks.” That settles that. London was cited for assault and disorderly conduct and was released early Monday after joining THG’s Celebrity Mug Shots Hall of Fame.

This is ironic: A state prosecutor has been charged after biting a man’s leg during a drunken fracas at an adult store, authorities said. Sarah Naughton, an assistant state’s attorney for four years, was facing charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal trespass after the attack on Saturday night. Naughton and a male companion both appeared to be intoxicated, according to police, and were asked to leave shortly after they entered Taboo Tabou in Chicago. However, 31-year-old Naughton became belligerent and bit a manager. According to authorities, her friend, Bradley Gould, shoved the worker and made ‘menacing gestures’. The store owner took the manager to a nearby hospital for treatment and he was later released. Police arrived and placed the lawyer in handcuffs. She began wailing loudly that she couldn’t feel her hands because they were ‘too tight’. She rocked backwards and forwards on the curb, crying hysterically and at one point, called the arresting female police officer: ‘A f****** b**** w****.’ Her behavior was captured on video by a passer-by. After being taken away in a police van, Naughton was charged and released on bond. Taboo Tabou owner Mark Thomas told ABC: ‘My staff asked, ”Have you folks been drinking? Maybe you should come back when you’re sober.”’ Mr Thomas then said that Miss Naughton became enraged and started to tell them what she did for a living, pulling out a badge and adding: ‘You can’t do this to me…I’m a state’s attorney.’ Cook County spokesman Andy Conklin said Naughton had been placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
