Kevin Hart makes a living by telling jokes. But there’s nothing funny about what happened to the comedian early on the morning of Sunday, September 1. According to multiple news outlets, Hart was involved in a major car crash several hours ago, suffering “major back injuries,” per TMZ insiders, after his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda veered off Mulholland Highway, rolled over and landed in a ditch in Malibu. Details are still coming in, but here is what we can confirm at the moment: The star’s close friend, Jared Black, was behind the wheel of Hart’s vehicle when he reportedly lost control and the car went off the road and into a ditch, as explained above. From there, the car slammed through a wooden fence and the roof was crushed on impact. Black and another passenger, Rebecca Broxterman, who was not injured, were originally trapped inside. A police report obtained by Us Weekly states that Hart “left the scene to his nearby residence to get medical attention,” seemingly aware that his friends were okay. It’s unclear how he could have been confidence of this, though. The accident was so severe that firemen had to saw the roof off the car in order to free Black and Broxterman; the latter of whom is engaged to the former and who also works as a personal trainer to Hart’s wife, Eniko Hart. In footage obtained by TMZ , Hart’s car can be seen in a gully with the roof totally torn off. The website also writes that Black had to be airlifted to a local hospital, UCLA Medical Center. Hours prior to the near-fatal crash, the Jumanji actor shared an Instagram Story of himself in the blue car, screeching his tires. The man taking the video jokingly tells him to “cool out” because he was making too much noise. UPDATE : After being picked up by a member of his security team and driven to his house, Hart was later treated at the hospital for his own injuries. He is believed to be just fine at the moment, however. Police later determined that Black was not “under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.” This car was a gift Hart bought himself for his birthday in July, writing to his 78 million Instagram followers at the time: “I added some more muscle to the family for my 40th…. Welcome home ‘Menace’ #MuscleCarLover.” Kevin and Eniko got married in 2016. They share 21-month-old son Kenzo and have remined together despite Hart having admitted he’s been unfaithful to his wife. Smh wow prayers for her and baby 808’s protection.” This incident comes about a week after she responded to incarcerated and fellow Florida-based rapper Kodak Black’s threats to punch her in her stomach . “And I bought Yung Miami a ring, she wanted 808’s baby/When I see her I’mma hit that b—h in her stomach/The way I keep this shit too real f–kin’ up my money,” he said in a freestyle from jail. She, of course wasn’t with the shenanigans, but kept her thoughts on the troubled rapper’s comments brief when responding on social media: “Poor a– n—a Kodak ain’t dust s–t!” This seems to be a very volatile time for the expectant mom out of the blue. There are rumblings online that after Southside spoke out against Kodak in defense of her, he was threatened, and the shooting could have been part of that. It may be in her best interest to lay low as she finishes up her pregnancy — or at least get some tight security. Two months ago, Tasha Rosenbrook bravely asked for help as Leida Margaretha destroyed her life for a second time. Fans opened their hearts and wallets and donated, but now Tasha has announced that she's refunding them. Why? Because Leida has won. Tasha can't keep fighting. Leida Margaretha marched into Tasha's home and took everything from her — not only her father, but her apartment. Tasha had to move, and she spoke her mind — on 90 Day Fiance and on social media. Leida retaliated by securing a restraining order against Tasha for “harassment.” That means four years before Tasha can even try to bridge the gap that Leida created between father and daughter. Fans of Tasha's, plus people who just hate Leida, contributed to her GoFundMe to help her fight the restraining order in court. In a new video shared on social media, Tasha explains why that legal battle has come to an end. “We are here to update you finally on what’s going on,” Tasha says. “Unfortunately, there’s no good news here.” “So firstly, I would like to say that yes, the money from the GoFundMe did go towards the lawyer,” Tasha clarifies. “But she refunded all the money that we gave her,” she reveals. Tasha explains that this happened “because she decided to withdraw from my case about two weeks ago.” Tasha explains the attorney's decision: “she felt like she didn’t quite have what it took to do a restraining order case,” “And not only that,” the video notes. “But in order to reopen the original case we’d have to appeal to a higher court.” “Which,” it is revealed. “Would cost almost $10,000.” “It’s not that we didn’t have new evidence to present,” Tasha's roommate Jan explains. “Tasha doesn’t have the money,” she says plainly. “That’s a lot of money.” “We are giving everyone the chance to request their refund from the GoFundMe,” Jan continues. “Tasha doesn’t have thousands of dollars to take this to the state level and get new evidence presented to a new judge,” she explains. “But that doesn’t mean she’s not going to try to get her security deposit back, Eric,” Jan warns. Tasha lived in the apartment before Eric moved in as a roommate and ultimately forced her to leave to please Leida. That's not one side of the story — horrified viewers watched Leida gleefully make that arrangement on camera. “I’m not happy about it,” Tasha expresses. “I’m not withdrawing because I want to.” Another obstacle is that the statute of limitations on harassment has passed. “Too much time has passed,” Jan says. “And there hasn’t been any bashing of Tasha that we know of on social media.” “It’s not because we weren’t trying,” the video clarifies. “It’s just things weren’t working out.” “We can and can’t quite look at other lawyers,” Tasha admits. “Because honestly, between Jan and I, we’ve called about 50 at least lawyers in the area.” “No one really wants to take the case,” she laments. “Mainly because of social media.” “And also because there really aren’t a lot of lawyers willing to do harassment,” she adds, noting the exception of more expensive lawyers. “It’s just a mess,” Tasha bemoans. “It’s going to cost thousands of dollars for the new retainer if I wanted to reopen the case.” “And then it’s going to cost who knows how much more for a new lawyer too,” the roommates fear. “Plus if I found a lawyer outside of my county,” Tasha notes. “I’d have to pay for them to travel.” “It’s just not worth my mental health anymore,” she expresses. There's more than one way for Leida to win. If Tasha is (more) broken emotionally and financially, that's a win for Leida. We should note that, though Tasha has fared the worst since Leida began lashing out at her “enemies,” she's not the only target. In recent months, a number of Instagram accounts have become targets. According to complaints lodged by Reality Diggers and others, Leida has been reporting any mention of her as “copyright infringement.” This is a powerful tactic for silencing any criticism or mention of her. Reporting someone for harassment or impersonation can take ages. But social media platforms are terrified of copyright lawsuits. Leida has been chasing these blogs into hiding with her reports. And Instagram has rewarded her with the blue check mark of verification.

Ehud Arye Laniado , 65, was at an unidentified private clinic on the Avenue des Champs-Elysees in the French capital on Saturday when complications during surgery proved fatal. Belgian media reported that Laniado’s heart attack happened when a substance was injected into his penis. Mr Laniado’s company Omega Diamonds, which is based in the Belgian city of Antwerp, confirmed his passing in the following statement: ‘Farewell to a visionary businessman. Joe and Kendra Duggar have finally joined Instagram! And they’re probably regretting their decision right about now. It only took about five seconds before cruel social media users began shunning the young parents. Joe’s sister, Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo welcomed the two to IG by posting an adorable photo of their family, but rather than fans celebrating the news, they took to the comment section with questions about baby Garrett’s health. Jinger shared the photo with her brother and sister-in-law captioning it “Welcome to Instagram Joe and Kendra!” and linked their fans to their page @littleduggarfamily. The parents of 8-month-old Garrett joined Insta last week and shared a cute photo of their little guy. Saying, “We finally decided to get social media! Still trying to figure out how it works. Looking forward to keeping y’all updated on our little family.” Remind you, Kendra and Joe are only 20-years-old — not 50 — and should be well aware of social media’s functions. But their followers’ petty concerns flooded in about innocent, little Garrett (and not his parent’s late arrival to the IG party). Several users commented on his eyes asking, “Does Garrett have a lazy eye?” Followers also noted on the way the baby holds his head at a slight tilt. One user shared her undesired motherly advice writing, “It really looks like he needs a helmet not being rude or mean my child had one and i can see in the other pic this needs to be addressed i hope someone close can tell them. He probably favored a side and has a flat head which causes eye to be off.” Another added, “Adorable. In the wake of Luke Perry’s tragic death on Monday, countless celebrities have paid tribute to the last star. Each has been legitimate and heartfelt, of course, but most have also simply rundown the same sentiments of sadness and shock. This is why Colin Hanks and the story he has shared on Instagram truly stands out. The actor has found a way to not only honor what sort of man Perry was… … but also to make followers laugh out loud and to realize that Perry was just as cool in real life as he was while portraying Dylan McKay on Beverly Hills, 90210. “I only met him once but the story is too good not tell given todays sad events,” Hanks wrote late yesterday, teasing the incredible tale he was about to share. He then dove right into it as follows: “My wife and I are on a plane back from Mexico. Couple of rows ahead of us, these two brothers, young kids, are beating the hell out of each other. Their poor parents are powerless to stop the crying, yelling and screaming. “If you’re a parent you understand. Sometimes there’s nothing you can do. It was like this for close to two hours.” Yup. We’ve certainly been there. Go on, Colin… Then about 10 minutes before landing it starts to get real bad. Out of no where, a man comes from first class. Hat, beard, sunglasses, blowing up a balloon. He ties it off, hands it off like he’s holding out a sword to a king. Kneeling, Head down, arms up. Kids calm down in milliseconds. Plane damn near bursts into applause. 15 minutes longer and it probably would have started WWIII, but we landed before that could happen. As we post Hanks’ story about Perry, we’re also gonna post a few more stories about Perry that have gone viral in the day since his passing. For instance: Back to Hanks now, though: We get off the plane, are waiting on line in customs. Finally get a good look at the guy and I say to my wife “Holy shit. I think that balloon man/hero” is Luke Perry”. As luck would have it we end up standing next to each other. And now another amazing story about Perry: Again, back to Hanks: Out of the blue he turns to me and says some kind words about Fargo, which kinda blew my mind. I start singing his praises about how long I’ve admired him and also about the move with the balloon. ” That’s a pro move! You can’t teach that!” I say. He tells me he always flies with a couple of balloons for that very reason, to give to screaming kids. Don’t know if that’s true, but have no reason to believe it wasn’t. And now another incredible story about Perry: This is how Hanks concluded his message: Guy seemed like a true gent. Gone way too damn soon. Also, I’ll be damned if I don’t start traveling with some spare balloons. Wow, right? Just…. wow. It’s sad any time we lose an icon, someone whose career made us smile or cry or simply sit up in appreciation. But it really does sound like we lost an original in Luke Perry.
