Catch Fade: ASAP Rocky Charged With Assault After Allegedly Slapping Female Fan At Made In America Concert

ASAP, you got some explaining to do. ASAP Rocky Charged With Assault What is up with these rappers slapping female fans? According to TMZ Rapper A$AP Rocky — the guy behind the hit “F***n’ Problems” — has been slapped with an assault charge in Philadelphia after allegedly getting all Rick James on a female fan this weekend … TMZ has learned. We know … the alleged victim, a young mom, filed a criminal complaint with the District Attorney’s Office today claiming she was attending the Made In America concert on Saturday when the rapper got violent. The woman claims A$AP was trying to make his way through a crowd of dancing fans — with a bunch of girls pulling on his shirt — when A$AP turned and fired off an open-hand slap, connecting with her face. The woman claims she was injured from the alleged slap — suffering whiplash from the impact. The D.A.’s office reviewed the case and has decided to charge A$AP with misdemeanor simple assault. We reached out to A$AP’s camp for comment — so far, no word back. Sounds like those fans were excited, wouldn’t let him go and he pulled a Rihanna on her. He is still wrong if this true…whiplash though? WENN

Dave Chappelle Calls Crowd Who Heckled Him In Connecticut “Young, White Alcoholics…” Says He Wanted To Pull A Reverse Kramer [Video]

Dave said phuck CT. Dave Chappelle Responds To Hecklers Tell ‘em how you really feel Dave. According to TMZ Dave Chappelle is lashing out about the people who heckled him in Hartford, CT last week … calling the crowd a bunch of “young, white alcoholics” and saying he wanted to pull a “reverse Kramer.” Chappelle took the stage at a show in Chicago last night … and immediately went off on Hartford — where he engaged in a nasty stand-off with the crowd after several loudmouthed fans heckled him during his set. “I don’t want anything bad to happen to the United States,” Chappelle said … “but if North Korea ever drops a nuclear bomb on this country, I swear to God I hope it lands in Hartford, Connecticut.” Chappelle then called the crowd “evil” … and described them as a bunch of “young, white alcoholics.” “I wanted to pull a reverse Kramer and call them all crackers or something crazy like that.” Chappelle was obviously referring to the TMZ footage of Michael Richards during his insane N-bomb tirade at the Laugh Factory back in 2006. In the end, Dave says the crowd in Hartford was lucky to see him “freak out” that night — explaining, “That s**t’s like being at a f*****g tiger show the night Sigfried and Roy got their throats bit out by the tiger … you don’t go to see somebody be safe.” Remind us to never come for Dave Chappelle. Rumor Control: Chris Rock Talks Comedy Tour With Dave Chappelle

Love or hate either comedian, talks of a tour have got people wondering if this will really go down. Rock and Chappelle have been trying to collab for a while now, and according to Slate Magazine , things are still in the ‘works’: Rumors of a Watch the Throne-style Dave Chappelle/Chris Rock comedy tour have circulated for almost a year now. Last October, the online magazine Humor Mill reported that the two had been spotted at a New York comedy club, and had discussed doing a comedy show together. Then in January, Vulture asked Rock about the rumors when he was at the Sundance Film Festival. “You know I’m not the hard one,” he told them. “But I’m trying to make that happen. After seeing Kanye and Jay-Z, I was like, ‘Me and Dave should do this.’” Several months passed, but lately Rock has been doing frequent surprise spots at the Comedy Cellar (a venue you may recognize from the opening credits—and many stand-up sets—on Louie), and not long ago the two showed up there together. Rock tweeted a photo of himself and Chappelle, with the enticing caption: “Me and Dave at the comedy cellar watch the throne.” Finally, on the Today Show earlier this week, Rock was asked about whether he was going to do another comedy tour any time soon. “Maybe,” he said. “Me and Chappelle have been working out, trying to get some stuff together. But we will see.” Here’s the real question. If the tour gets the green light, would you want to go check it out? Images via WENN
