Tony Dovolani to Caitlyn Jenner: Come Dance with the Stars!

Caitlyn Jenner has a very busy dance card at the moment. She's featured in the new issue of Vanity Fair, she will anchor I Am Cait  on E! this summer and she will receive a special award at the ESPYs in July. But Tony Dovolani stopped by The Wendy Williams Show yesterday and came up with another idea for Caitlyn: she should fill up an actual dance card… by appearing on Dancing with the Stars! “Why not? We're groundbreaking people,” Dovolani said of the possibility. “I think she's going to be inspiring for a lot of people out there.” Caitlyn's stepchildren Rob Kardashian and Kim Kardashian have bother already competed on the ABC reality show. Moreover, Chaz Bono became the first openly transgender person to be featured on a network TV show for something un -gender related when he shook and moved on Season 13. Hurricane Sandy Update: President Obama Orders Federal Aid for NYC

In the wake of unprecedented damage to various areas of New York, President Barack Obama has ordered federal aid for the region in order to help quell the tragic mess of Hurricane Sandy. ConEd Plant Explosion As of 6 a.m. EST, here is the latest update to the storm: There has been an explosion (above) at a Con Edison Plant at East 14th and FDR Drive. Subways remain out of order in NYC. There have been 83 total deaths. Over 50 homes burned to the ground in a single six-alarm fire in Queens. Over 7.5 million people are without power around the country. Downgraded from a hurricane to an “extratropical cycle,” Sandy is now moving westward across Pennsylvania. Please be safe out there, everyone. This is a big deal, Lindsay Lohan .

Dancing with the Stars Recap: Who Was Perfect?

The first perfect 30 of the season was handed out on Dancing with the Stars last night. And then, not very long afterward, the second perfect 30 was awarded! Indeed, it was a stellar evening for both Sabrina Bryan (who Rumba-ed the evening away with Louis van Amstel) and Apolo Anton Ohno (who Waltzed his way into first place). Watch both examples of perfection below: Sabrina Bryan and Louis van Amstel: Perfect 30! Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff Score 30! Elsewhere, despite a neck injury , Melissa Rycroft, came oh-so-close to matching the above pair of performance, earning a 29.5 on her Waltz with Tony Dovolani. Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough, meanwhile, settled for 28 with an impressive, country-based Cha-Cha.
