According to TMZ: The estranged wife of Raphael Brown — one of the members of the 90s R&B group Next — claims he viciously kicked her while she was pregnant and brutalized their daughter. Juliette Gil-Brown got a restraining order against Raphael — obtained by TMZ — in which she claims on multiple occasions he hit and shoved her, grabbed her by the neck, punched her in the mouth and kicked her in the stomach … and some of the violence occurred when she was pregnant. Juliette also claims last month Brown became enraged at their 4-year-old daughter after she refused to kiss him on the mouth. She says he yelled at the kid and shoved her into the car seat. She says he then started yelling about not having herpes, even though no one brought up herpes. And Juliette says Raphael looked at freaky flicks on the computer when their kids were in the room. According to Radar Online Just two days after George Zimmerman‘s wife called the cops on him alleging he punched her father in the nose and had a gun he was threatening to shoot them with, Shellie Zimmerman appeared with her attorney at a press conference where they explained they’d like the divorce to “end with a whimper, not a bang.” Shellie’s lawyer, Kelly Sims, did all the talking at the news conference on Wednesday stating that his client could not speak out on the incident because it’s still being investigated and she’s currently on probation. According to Sims, a miscommunication — which can be seen in text messages between Shellie and George here — led to Monday’s incident in which he claims George was at the home when Shellie was trying to move stuff out, just watching silently and taking photos. Sims said George “knew he wasn’t supposed to be there.” “Shellie had a valid reason why she believed George was armed,” Sims said, citing a newly purchased shoulder gun holster they knew George had recently purchased. “Shellie Zimmerman wants this relationship to end with a whimper, not a bang.” Karma is a beyotch. As Radar previously reported, Shellie filed for divorce from George last week. “Apparently the young lady that was with him (George) indicated that there were guns in the car,” Sims also said. “The bottom line is, Shellie had every reason to believe there was a gun and to want the police there.” Authorities are still working to retrieve footage Shellie took on her iPad — which was destroyed by George during the altercation — of the incident, which Sims says will prove Shellie had reason to feel afraid. “The complete evidence is the iPad, which you saw, was destroyed by the other guy,” Sims said of George. And when asked what life has been like for Shellie since George’s acquittal in the controversial shooting death of teenager Trayvon Martin, Sims described it as “like she’s been on the Tower of Terror and she’s falling.” “These folks need to be on opposite sides of the country,” he continued. “Shellie’s desire is to stay as far away from him as she can… And hopefully he feels the same way about her. “She’s said it many times to me, when you don’t know anymore the person who used to sleep next to you,” Sims concluded. “No more needs to be said.” He may have got off for killing Trayvon Martin, but trouble will follow him for the rest of his life. Stephen Perry of Carmel Indiana is currently locked up awaiting trial after enlisting his black co-worker to kill his estranged wife, which he thought would help resolve serious debt issues the couple faced. According to JCOnline reports : Last month, Perry offered a co-worker $15,000 to kill his estranged wife so he could collect the money he thought she owed him and get rid of his former lover for good, police records say. Perry, 27, faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder while he sits in Hamilton County Jail. In mid-November, while working at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Carmel, Perry asked a co-worker whether he knew someone who could kill another person, according to a probable cause affidavit. Perry went to the co-worker, Adrian Howard, because Howard is black, the affidavit says. “You’re black,” Howard later recalled Perry saying, according to the affidavit. “I know ya’ll know people.” Howard initially thought Perry was joking, the affidavit says, but started to believe him after Perry said he wanted his estranged wife dead to settle their divorce and gain some money. On Dec. 8, Howard recorded two conversations with Perry on a cellphone while they were alone at work. During the conversations, Perry offered Howard $15,000, and a machine to print counterfeit money, to kill — or have another black person kill — his estranged wife, the affidavit says. “I just want this to be over and done with,” Perry said, according to a five-minute recording described in the affidavit. “So if she dies, I can drop the divorce lawsuit, she’s dead and I’m free.” Howard replied, “That ain’t what you want, man.” Perry, the affidavit says, then said he wanted the woman “done.” Perry handed Howard a paper with his estranged wife’s name and address, the affidavit says, and said she was living with her grandparents. Perry allegedly told Howard: “Do you want me to draw you a map of the house, how it’s laid out so you don’t kill her grandparents, just take care of her?” Howard then took the paper and said he would call some people. Perry, according to the recording, asked that Howard keep the killer’s identity secret. “I don’t want to know who, all right?” Perry allegedly said. “And if they can make it look like an accident. I mean we live in Carmel. So, you know. Black people in Carmel?” Later that month, Howard searched online for the name of Perry’s estranged wife, Allison Mayer. Mayer is the owner of a photography shop in Carmel. Howard then texted Mayer and said it was “very important that she contact him,” the affidavit says. The two met at a Starbucks, and Howard played two recordings between him and Perry. Mayer took the recordings to Carmel police. She told a detective that she and Perry had been married since December 2009 but that he had moved out in March 2012 and filed for divorce in Marion County about two months later. Several hearings on their divorce had been delayed, causing the divorce process to stretch for more than half a year. Mayer told the detective she and Perry were $200,000 in debt and that $170,000 of it came from her living expenses and college tuition. The rest, she said, came from credit cards and a civil judgment involving an apartment where they had lived. Perry, Mayer told police, believed she owed him $15,000 and told people she had stolen it from him. This woman would probably be dead if not for that black co-worker — cuz from the sound of it Perry would have kept looking until he found a “black person” who would have carried out the job. SMH! Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s estranged wife Mary Kennedy died as a result of asphyxiation by hanging, confirming a report that surfaced yesterday. Now it’s official, according to the Westchester County medical examiner. The medical examiner’s report does not use the word “suicide,” although it’s being widely reported (and probably accurate) that Mary committed suicide . Police found Mary Kennedy dead yesterday afternoon at her home in Bedford, N.Y. She was already dead by the time authorities arrived at the home. According to the Bedford Police Department, officers responded to Mary’s home to investigate a possible ” unattended death ,” meaning no one saw it. Mary and RFK Jr., the son of Robert F. Kennedy and the nephew of president John F. Kennedy, had four children. They separated back in 2010. Her death marked the final event in a life that had turned tumultuous of late and adds yet another dark moment in the Kennedy family’s history.
