Nick Cannon SLAMS Ariana Grande, Calls Kate Beckinsale a Cougar

We know that  Wendy WIlliams plans to return to television . In the mean time, some special guests are filling in. One of them is Nick Cannon, who has special insight into  Pete Davidson's romance with Kate Beckinsdale . Nick calls Kate a “cougar,” but mostly takes the opportunity to roast Pete's ex, Ariana Grande. “Last night I was hanging out with my little brother, Pete Davidson,” Nick tells the audience. He elaborates, saying: “We were in Brooklyn!” “We were having some good conversation,” he shares, adding: “We were having cougar conversations.” It's no mystery what he means by that. Pete is 25 years old. Kate Beckinsale, with whom he has been repeatedly spotted in recent weeks, is 45. (She really is! I didn't believe it, either) “I taught that young boy well,” Nick brags. He is implying that it was at his instruction that Pete hooked up with the outrageously hot Kate Beckinsale. “I will take credit for it,” Nick announces. “I'm the one who told him, 'Get you an older woman, man!' I said that.” “Leave them little pop stars alone!” Nick advised Pete, he says.  “An old woman knows what she wants!” he tells the audience. “She don't play no games!” Is Nick really characterizing Kate Beckinsale as  old ? “That's what I'm talking about,” Nick says. “Get you somebody older!” “Them little pop stars,” Nick characterizes. “They don't know!” That sounds pretty condescending, but Nick does have an example. “They giving Japanese menus tattooed on their backs from the sushi restaurant,” he jokes. Ariana attempted to get “7 Rings” tattooed on her hand. Instead, the kanji spells out “BBQ.” “I'm joking,” Nick clarifies. “But that is Ariana Grande's hand.” “I think that's even after she tried to fix it,” he says. Actually,  this  image is after she tried to fix it but accidentally  made it worse . “That's some young girl stuff,” Nick declares. “Older women don't like tardy barbecues,” he says.  Nick then jokes: “They like chitlins and grits.” We cannot speak as to Kate Beckinsale's dietary preferences. Nick appears to be making a reference to some traditional Southern dishes that might be viewed as “soul food.” He's trying to speak to Wendy Williams' core audience, but he might be laying it on a little thick. Nick Cannon does admit that he doesn't have that much high ground when it comes to tattoos. He famously had a back tattoo of Mariah Carey's name back when they were together. “That was for love! That's love right there,” Nick explains “I just added to it,” he says. “I put some more on there.” That doesn't seem all that different from Ariana's tattoo. The real difference is that Ariana's tat's problem isn't the intended content, but the poorly translated execution. Pete Davidson is a comedian. He understands that his friends are going to use their conversations as material. But is Kate Beckinsale going to enjoy being called an “old woman,” or even a “cougar,” by one of Pete's friends? She'll probably just ignore it, but it's just not a cool thing to say. Don't get me wrong, I'm a lifelong member of the 30-is-old crowd, but you don't go around calling a 45-year-old woman “old.”

Bristol Palin: Teen Mom is ALREADY Destroying My Family!

Teen Mom OG has added Bristol Palin, and Bristol’s family dysfunctions are obvious. But apparently what viewers are seeing on camera is only the tip of the Alaskan iceberg. A new report says that Bristol’s family is clashing — and Bristol’s new TV role is at the center of their feud. RadarOnline ‘s inside source has revealed that  Bristol Palin’s family  is being torn apart by her new role on  Teen Mom OG . Some within her divided family think that it’s a “great opportunity.” After all, this way, Bristol gets exposure and a hefty source of income — we know how sweet that  Teen Mom  money can be. Not everyone is onboard with Bristol’s newly revived reality TV career, however. And apparently the biggest critic of her casting is her new brother-in-law, Ricky Bailey. Ricky married Bristol’s sister, Willow, just days ago in what was reportedly a sweet ceremony in Alaska. Bristol ditched the ceremony . Apparently her issue was over her brother, Track, being invited. Track has a history of arrests for domestic violence .  Not-so-fun fact: he ended up missing Willow’s wedding himself because he was arrested for domestic violence  yet again . But Bristol skipping the wedding is only  one  factor in her current family troubles. “Ricky is so against having cameras around,” the insider reveals. MTV’s cameras followed Bristol for Willow’s bachelorette weekend in Arizona, and it wasn’t exactly Willow’s dream come true. “Willow didn’t approve of the cameras filming for her bachelorette weekend,” the source says. “But,” the insider continues, she “ended up giving in to Bristol.” “It was more of a favor,” the source characterizes. That favor ended up costing Willow. “All of the conversations during Willow’s bachelorette weekend ended up being all about Bristol,” the insider reports. That is very natural when cameras are present. It also just … sucks for Willow. “It was so sad for Willow,” the source laments. But there’s more to the Palin family’s concerns than intrusive cameras. Apparently Track isn’t the only family member who loses it sometimes. “Bristol’s siblings believe she is totally crazy and really volatile,” the insider says. “Her family knows Bristol is trying to keep it together for the  Teen Mom  cameras,” the source acknowledges. However, they allegedly fear that it is “only a matter of time” before Bristol totally loses her composure while the cameras are rolling. In the mean time, Bristol has been posting about a fresh start now that it is finally October. Bristol took to Instagram to write that it is a “new month.” She said that this means that she has a “new slate.” (She probably means fresh slate or clean slate, but let’s not get nitpicky) Bristol may not see eye to eye with her family on everything. An Uber Driver Got Suspended After Secretly Live Streaming Hundreds Of Passengers

The driver–identified by  The St. Louis Post Dispatch  as 32-year-old Jason Gargac–filmed his interactions with passengers using a small camera mounted on his windshield, and streamed the footage live on Twitch. Some of the conversations Gargac recorded revealed passengers’ full names, where they lived, and more according to reports. Uber announced that it ended its “partnership” with Gargac, while Lyft said it had “deactivated” his account. Unfortunately beyond that, the driver faces no legal repercussions for his behavior because Missouri has “one party consent” privacy laws–this means that only one participant in a conversation needs to agree to its being recorded. Crazy, right? “In regards to our policies, under our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, we do not allow people to share content that invades others’ privacy,” a Twitch spokesperson commented. “If reported to us by the person whose privacy was invaded, we would take action under our Community Guidelines to remove the content.” A lot of people believe that this case highlights a major disconnect between existing privacy laws and modern technology; “When these laws were drafted and enacted, I don’t think any of these states could have envisioned what we have in this case, where you have livestreaming video,”  said  CNN legal analyst Page on Sunday. According to Gargac, the camera was primarily a security measure, saying he knew “if something happens, immediately there can be a response, versus hopefully you’ll find my truck in a ditch three weeks later.” He said the streams were “secondary” but added “I try to capture the natural interactions between myself and the passengers — what a Lyft and Uber ride actually is.” What would you do if you found out your Uber driver was live streaming your ride?!

Journalist Slams Anthony Bourdain as "Gaping Assh-le," Gets Savaged on Twitter

The name David Leavitt might not be familiar to you, but there’s a very good chance you’ve seen his awful attempts at humor or insight clogging up your social media feeds. Many people first became aware of Leavitt when he famously thought the correct way to respond to news of the Manchester bombing that claimed 22 lives was to make jokes at the expense of Ariana Grande . “MULTIPLE CONFIRMED FATALITIES at Manchester Arena,” Leavitt tweeted. “The last time I listened to Ariana Grande I almost died too.” And folks, the rib-ticklers didn’t end there. In response to criticism, Leavitt decided to keep his “dad-joke night in the Catskills” routine going by tweeting: “Honestly, for over a year, I thought an Ariana Grande was something you ordered from Starbucks.” Leavitt was swiftly and rightly roasted to a crisp on that memorable occasion, and while most people would’ve taken their licks and happily limped back into obscurity, it seems Dave has fallen in love with his new career as a professional troll. As you’ve likely heard by now, the world awoke today to news that beloved chef, writer, and television personality Anthony Bourdain passed away . It’s difficult to think of an international celebrity who cultivated such an intimate relationship with his fans, and millions are mourning a death that feels much more personal than the passing of most public figures. So leave it to Leavitt to solidify his reputation as the world’s most tone-deaf dumbass by thinking today would be a good day to settle his long-simmering feud with Bourdain. In the wake of the Manchester incident, Bourdain was one of thousands who pointed out to Leavitt that he’s the very worst kind of person. “You, sir, are truly a steaming, gaping,” Bourdain tweeted with his trademark candor. When Anthony Bourdain describes you as a piece of anatomy he wouldn’t eat on the Mekong Delta in front of a camera crew, you know you effed up, and it seems Leavitt really took the insult to heart. “Selfishly taking your own life and hurting your friends and family makes you the steaming, gaping asshole Anthony Bourdain,” Leavitt tweeted this afternoon. He then doubled down by casusally informing his followers that Bourdain is burning in hell: “You don’t go to heaven when you kill yourself. It’s incredibly selfish. Don’t do it,” he tweeted, adding: “If you’re religious, then you believe there’s a special place in hell or purgatory for people like Anthony Bourdain who take their own lives.” Leavitt then attempted to score points on Kate Spade’s suicide , accusing the late designer of courting depression by chasing “material goods and ego boosts.” After being ratioed within an inch of his life and losing over 1,000 followers in an hour, Leavitt attempted to backtrack and play the old “actually, I’m more affected by this tragedy than you are” card. “A couple close friends have taken their lives,” he tweeted. “That’s why I’m opinionated on this.” It’s hard to know what to say when a life as big and bold as Anthony Bourdain’s ends in such a tragic fashion, so we’ll just encourage you to call the National Suicide Prevention hotline at 1-800-273-8255 if you’re plagued by thoughts of self-harm. Charles Krauthammer, Conservative Pundit, Confirms Death is Near

Charles Krauthammer, the long-time conservative columnist and television pundit, informed readers on Friday morning that he is confronting an aggressive form of cancer. He says he will be dead within the next few weeks. “My doctors tell me their best estimate is that I have only a few weeks left to live,” Krauthammer wrote very simply in The Washington Post earlier today. Krauthammer passed along this devastating piece of news in a short, matter-of-fact note on the website of the aforementioned newspaper, for which he’s worked as a columnist since 1984. “I leave this life with no regrets,” Krauthammer added in the farewell message, which has been making the Internet rounds all day. He continued: “It was a wonderful life — full and complete with the great loves and great endeavors that make it worth living. “I am sad to leave, but I leave with the knowledge that I lived the life that I intended.” That’s a pretty amazing and admirable attitude for anyone to have, considering what Krauthammer is facing right now. Krauthammer has also worked as commentator for Fox News over the past few years. However, he was forced to step away from both the newspaper and the cable network last August for surgery to remove what he called at the time “a cancerous tumor in my abdomen.” It appeared at one point as if the cancer was in remission, but Krauthammer confirmed on Friday that this positive news was only temporary. “Recent tests have revealed that the cancer has returned,” he wrote. “There was no sign of it as recently as a month ago, which means it is aggressive and spreading rapidly.” In his note to readers, Krauthammer thanked co-workers, readers, and viewers “who have made my career possible and given consequence to my life’s work.” He added: “I believe that the pursuit of truth and right ideas through honest debate and rigorous argument is a noble undertaking. “I am grateful to have played a small role in the conversations that have helped guide this extraordinary nation’s destiny.” A handful of folks in the world of TV and politics have also chimed in after learning of this tragic news. For example, Rupert Murdoch, the executive chairman of Fox News, said in a statement Friday afternoon: Charles has been a profound source of personal and intellectual inspiration for all of us at Fox News. His always principled stand on the most important issues of our time has been a guiding star in an often turbulent world, a world that has too many superficial thinkers vulnerable to the ebb and flow of fashion, and a world that, unfortunately, has only one Charles Krauthammer. H is words, his ideas, his dignity and his integrity will resonate within our society and within me for many, many years to come. And Vice President Mike Pence Tweeted the following: Karen and I were saddened to learn that Charles ⁦@krauthammer⁩, a man we greatly admire, is nearing the end of his extraordinary life. His wit, his wisdom, and his tireless defense of Western values have made an indelible mark on the minds of millions of Americans.

Will You Be Watching? Kevin Hart And TI Team Up For New Showtime Comedy About The Music Industry

TI And Kevin Hart Producing Showtime Comedy Series If you were wondering what Tip has planned after putting an end to his family’s hustle …Kevin Hart has the answer. The two tiny titans have teamed up to create a new original show for Showtime. “The Studio” will focus on the daily and nightly circumstances and antics that take place inside a Hip Hop music studio. Described as “a music-themed office comedy,” the comedy will poke fun at the conversations and characters that pop up on the late night as rappers and singers record their work. According to Deadline , both TI and Kevin are expected to make occasional guest appearances on the program. The pair has also recruited Ayesha Carr, best known for her work on “Everybody Hates Chris,” to take the reigns with the writing. Carr also has credits on comedy hits like “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and “The Carmichael Show,” so clearly she knows what she’s doing. Sounds kind of like “Entourage,” don’t you think? Shea Moisture Apologizes for Controversial Ad: We Really F–ked This One Up!

Shea Moisture isn’t often confused with PepsiCo. But, like the soda giant just a few weeks ago , the beauty brand has been forced to issue an apology in the face of mounting criticism over an ad its long-time customer base finds very distasteful. First, let’s take a look at the commercial in question: Shea Moisture Ad As you can see, the spot opens with an African-American woman who says she was mocked throughout the years for her natural curls. The video then transitions to a blonde woman who explains that she didn’t “know what to do” with her hair, followed by a redheaded woman complaining about dyeing her locks. The overall message here is for people to “break free from hair hate.” Unlike that horrid Kendall Jenner ad , It may be difficult to understand the controversy behind this commercial at first. A bit of background helps: The company was founded by Richelieu Dennis, who came to the United States from Liberia and who has always focused on women of color. As a result, those who have used and followed Shea Moisture for years believe this spot is an example of the company turning its back on its roots in the black community. Critics think the above commercial is an affront Shea’s core customer. Others don’t fault Shea for certain aspects of the ad, but believe the company wasn’t really seeing the big picture: “Seeing Shea Moisture make a campaign trying to expand their brand to white people by getting rid of their target audience is upsetting,” wrote another user. And these critiques didn’t fall on deaf ears. In an usual move, not only did the company yank this commercial… it issued a detailed, honest, sort of hilarious mea culpa in response. “Wow, okay – so guys, listen, we really f–ked this one up,” Shea wrote on Facebook, adding at length: “Please know that our intention was not – and would never be – to disrespect our community, and as such, we are pulling this piece immediately because it does not represent what we intended to communicate. “You guys know that we have always stood for inclusion in beauty and have always fought for our community and given them credit for not just building our business but for shifting the beauty landscape.” The statement concluded: While this campaign included several different videos showing different ethnicities and hair types to demonstrate the breadth of each individual’s hair journey, we must absolutely ensure moving forward that our community is well-represented in each one so that the women who have led this movement never feel that their hair journey is minimized in any way. Thank you all, as always, for the honest and candid feedback. We hear you. We’re listening. We appreciate you. We count on you. And we’re always here for you. Thank you, #SheaFam, for being there for us, even when we make mistakes. Here’s to growing and building together… Pretty good response, right? The Facebook post above has been Liked nearly 6,000 times in just a few hours, so it looks as if the company is on the right track.
