Lisa Robin Kelly, RIP: 1970-2013

Actress Lisa Robin Kell y, best known for her role on That ’70s Show , has passed away in California. Raised in the historic New England town of Southington, Connecticut, Lisa made her big debut on the small screen in an episode of Married… with Children , before landing more boob tube roles in shows like Silk Stalkings , Murphy Brown , The X-Files , and more. In 1996 she made her one and only nude appearance, going top free in the 8th installment of the Amityville Horror franchise, Amityville: Dollhouse . It was brief, but boobiful. Her wild blonde mane and sultry bad girl image made her a perfect fit for the role of Eric Foreman’s ultra-hot older sister on That’s ‘70s Show , although substance abuse problems eventually brought her career to a standstill. Kelly’s agent confirmed that the actress passed away in her sleep Wednesday night at a rehab facility in California. Rock and roll all night in heaven, Lisa!

Just call her Lord of the Olympic Rings. Four-time swimming gold medalist Missy Franklin recently celebrated her historic efforts in London by getting a new tattoo. “All inked up! AHH! Can’t believe it! My one and only!” Tweeted the 17-year-old. Missy Franklin’s tattoo, obviously, is of … Did Franklin’s parents not only approve, but accompany her to get it? JEAH ! “Hahaha yes they did!” the minor tweeted when asked, by fellow swimmer Matt McLean, if her parents had to go with. “They were very professional :)” Missy says this was a one-shot deal, and “never something I ever thought I would do,” but it has “so meaning to it and it is really something that you have to earn.” Not sure you have to earn a tattoo (it’s no gold medal), but fair enough. Even the ballinest of the ballin’-a$$ rappers can’t floss like this… Martian Pink Diamond Sells For $17 Million At Hong Kong Auction The largest round fancy intense pink diamond to ever appear at auction sold for $17.4 million at Christie’s Hong Kong Magnificent Jewels sale Tuesday. Known as the “Martian Pink,” the extremely rare diamond was owned by a private collector. It was purchased from Harry Winston in 1976—the same year, the United States launched its first satellite on a mission to Mars: The Viking Landers. Ronald Winston named the diamond to honor the historic event. It sold for approximately $1.5 million per carat. Its estimate was $8.4 million to $12.3 million. The diamond is mounted on a size-7, 18k gold ring. Do you see how big the muhfugga is?! Let’s be clear, if a man buys you a ring like this and you all get divorced this IS your divorce settlement! Last night Will Ferrell — excuse me, boys and girls, San Diego newsman, jazz flautist, and scotch enthusiast Ron Burgundy — dropped by Conan O’Brien’s set to jam, give Conan unsolicited grooming tips, and OH YES — make an announcement: “As of 0900 Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman .” Caress some mahogany, smoke a little tea, and rejoice the good word with a clip of the historic announcement! According to Deadline , the pieces finally fell into place on the long-hoped for Anchorman 2 , which will be directed by Adam McKay and written by McKay and Ferrell. Today was a big day in Hollywood for The Muppets, they were honored with their very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.The unveiling ceremony for the honor, was held in front of the historic El Capitan Theatre. “We are just really happy to be on Hollywood Boulevard today, joining some of the greatest names in show biz,” said the most famous Muppet, Kermit the Frog, according to City News Service. Other Muppets on hand were Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Animal, and, of course, Miss Piggy.
