‘I miss hanging out with the guys,’ actor Oliver Phelps tells MTV News at Wizarding World of Harry Potter event. By Josh Wigler Rupert Grint Photo: MTV News ORLANDO, Florida — ” Harry Potter ” fans, you’re not the only ones who adore Daniel Radcliffe , Emma Watson and the rest of the Hogwarts gang. The film series’ co-stars share your feelings. When MTV News visited the Wizarding World of Harry Potter’s celebration of the ” Deathly Hallows Part 2 ” DVD and Blu-ray release, we asked your favorite actors what they miss most about working on the eight-film fantasy epic. The answers we received were unanimous: the “Potter” cast miss one another. “I miss hanging out with the guys,” lamented Oliver Phelps, one-half of the hilarious Weasley twins. “A Harry Potter film isn’t like a normal movie. It’s stretched out for nine months, it’s big-budget … but we’d all just have fun, though. It’s not like there’s all this stress to do anything. I miss hanging out with everyone all the time. But we still keep in contact and I know we’ll continue to do that.” “It was a really nice atmosphere,” agreed Jesse Cave, who played Ron Weasley’s obsessive stalker Lavender Brown. “And I’ve worked in some horrible atmospheres. This was like being on a holiday. It was nice to be treated nice!” For actors Devon Murray and Alfie Enoch, who starred in all eight “Potter” movies as Gryffindor supporting players Seamus Finnigan and Dean Thomas, respectively, leaving the franchise behind was like saying goodbye to family. “It was a real family, to use a clich

MC also tells MTV News that hit ‘How to Love’ was inspired by Tupac’s ladies’ anthem ‘Keep Ya Head Up.’ By Rob Markman, with reporting Rahman Dukes Lil Wayne Photo: MTV News Tunechi’s back and Tha Carter IV is done! During an interview with MTV News last week, Lil Wayne confirmed that the recording of the highly anticipated fourth installment of his Tha Carter series is finished and will drop at the end of August, a day after the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards air live on August 28. “The album is done and it’ll be out August 29. It’s totally done,” Wayne told us. While the MC’s upcoming mixtape, Sorry for the Wait, will no doubt feature Wayne spewing rapid-fire rap over concussive beats, judging by the latest Carter IV single, the album will offer even more diversity. According to Wayne, the acoustic-flavored, sing-songy “How to Love” was actually inspired by Tupac Shakur. “That song is just sweeping the world. It’s touching every woman, that’s what it was for,” Wayne said. “It was like Tupac had ‘Keep Ya Head Up’ and it was a message to women and little girls across the world just to keep your head up even though things are hard. That’s what my song was.” ‘Pac’s 1993 song became one of his biggest hits. On it, Shakur rapped about the plight of single mothers and battered women. For “How to Love,” Weezy also lends a sympathetic ear. “A lot of women don’t know how to love because there’s deep reasons for them not knowing how to love,” he explained. “And what I mean by deep reasons is deep and dark reasons. A lot of people don’t open up that can and I figured that I can open up that can of worms and see what happens.” How do you think Wayne’s “How to Love” compares to Tupac’s “Keep Ya Head Up”? ‘We had to look like we wanted to do it, when in reality we really didn’t,’ he tells MTV News of lip-lock with Emma Watson. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Rupert Grint Photo: MTV News While fans have long been waiting for Ron and Hermione to lock lips in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2,” Rupert Grint and Emma Watson have said that it was not so much fun to film the highly anticipated scene. And, according to Grint, it was not any easier watching said kiss on the big screen — “especially in 3-D.” MTV News caught up with the “Harry Potter” star over the weekend, and he seemed to find it just as difficult discussing the scene now as he and Watson did after they filmed it in 2009. In fact, Grint couldn’t even remember how many takes of the kiss they had to go through before director David Yates finally yelled, “Cut!” “I have no memory of that day. I’ve kind of erased it,” Grint said. “I think it was about four.” After seven films of buildup, Grint’s Ron Weasley and Watson’s Hermione Granger finally culminate the romance that has been budding since their characters first met inside the Hogwarts Express. But as Hermione and Ron grew to love one another romantically, Watson and Grint became more like brother and sister, making the snogging scene all the weirder for them. “It was a tricky one, because it had to be believable. We had to look like we wanted to do it, when in reality we really didn’t,” Grint said. “We were soaking [in the scene], and that kind of made it a little bit easier, I think, because it was kind of this outburst of adrenaline.” When MTV News chatted with Watson about the kiss back in 2009, she echoed similar uncomfortable sentiments. In fact, she said she was so nervous during the first take of the kiss that she ended up pouncing on Grint in order to get the scene over with. “The only good side to it was the fact that we were both in the same boat,” Watson said. “We were both just like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe we have to do this. This is so awkward. Really awkward.’ So I could take comfort in the fact that Rupert felt the same way. We were both giggling. We were like 12-year-olds. We were like giggling children, where you just couldn’t keep it together.” We’re streaming live from the red carpet at the New York premiere of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2” on Monday (July 11) at 4:30 p.m. ET. ‘I think it’s important at this stage in the game to show my support,’ the ‘Voice’ judge says of the Femme Fatale singer. By James Dinh Christina Aguilera Photo: Florian G. Seefried/ Getty Images Since the beginning of their careers in the late ’90s, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears have been portrayed in the media as pop-star rivals. However, years down the line, Aguilera says she’s got her fellow “Mickey Mouse Club” alumnus’ back. According to OK! magazine, Xtina had some kind words for Britney when she was asked during the promotional blitz for her new gig as a judge/mentor on NBC’s upcoming TV talent competition, “The Voice,” if she’d heard Spears’ new album, Femme Fatale . “I’ve been really hard at work on this show. I haven’t had quite the chance to go through the whole thing,” Aguilera admitted, but added, “I am a huge supporter of [Britney] in light of the fact that both of our careers started off together and are still going and going strong. I just think at this point in the game it’s extremely important to be supportive of fellow artists and especially females who get pitted against each other and torn apart.” Aguilera, who also endured comparisons with Lady Gaga during the release of last year’s Bionic album, further commented on the special place that the “Hold It Against Me” singer holds in her heart because of their shared career beginnings. “As an old friend of mine from the Mickey Mouse Club, I think it’s important at this stage in the game to show my support,” she continued. With new projects on both of their plates, Aguilera took to Twitter just last week to send out well-wishes to her fellow pop vixen on her new release, writing, “Hey @BritneySpears Congrats on Femme Fatale release! Can’t wait to see what you bring in the next video. xo.” Spears responded shortly thereafter, tweeting, “Thanks @TheRealXtina. Can’t wait to watch you on your new show. Hope we get to hear that voice on The Voice.” Would you like to see Britney and Christina collaborate together? Share your thoughts in the comments. ‘With Narcissa, we actually filmed four different endings and I filmed three different battles,’ actress Helen McCrory tells us. By Eric Ditzian, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Helen McCrory Photo: Joe Kohen/ WireImage Take it from actress Bonnie Wright: The ending of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2″ is, as she bluntly put it during our live-stream event on Monday, ” really weird .” What else would you expect from a flash-forward finale that has the Hogwarts kids caked in prosthetics to make them look as if they’re approaching their 40s? But it seems that Wright and her co-stars are not the only ones who had an odd experience shooting their final scenes in the blockbuster franchise. According to Helen McCrory, the actors who play the Malfoy family also were up to some surprising stuff. “It’s quite strange, because we haven’t seen the last film,” said McCrory, who plays Narcissa Malfoy, mother of Draco (Tom Felton). “For instance, with Narcissa, we actually filmed four different endings and I filmed three different battles.” In the final book, Narcissa lies about the death of Harry Potter in an effort to locate her son, a fib that results in the Malfoy family avoiding imprisonment after Voldemort’s death. That much we know. What we don’t know is how exactly these various endings and battles will play out and bring the Malfoys’ story to a conclusion onscreen. Not even McCrory herself is sure, nor was she keen to spill the beans on the red carpet with months still to go before the film’s July release date. “I don’t know which ones the three Davids are going to pick,” she said, referring to director David Yates and producers David Heyman and David Baron. “We haven’t final full stop onto that.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com .
