But Miley reportedly has a plan to fix this problem, and it involves going under the knife. “Miley thinks new boobs will make her look more womanly and help her get taken more seriously,” a source tells The Daily Star. It is true that among the many criticisms of her Video Music Awards performance, some viewers took issue with Miley’s body. Cher even said it looked like Hell . But would Cyrus really take such a step? At 20 years old? The artist is clearly aware that she lacks the sort of curves that make men drool over women such as Kim Kardashian. A mall in Nassau County was the sight of a tragic shooting this afternoon, as a man believed to be 63-year old Sang Ho Kim killed his former boss and injured an ex-colleague. Police have described Kim as a “disgruntled contractor” who had been working for a the lighting company Savenergy. He allegedly walked into a store where four employees were present; entered a room; and shot the store’s owner, along with another man. He then fled the scene in a white Honda. “At this point and time we believe that this suspect is armed and very dangerous,” Nassau County Police Chief of Department Steven Skrynecki told reporters. “Right now we are involved in a very massive hunt for this individual.” N.Y. Mall Shooting: Sang Ho Kim Identified as Suspect Skrynecki added that this appeared to be an isolated, personal incident that stemmed from some kind of “bad business deal.” Nassau County Community College and Hofstra University were shutdown soon after the incident took place, but have since been re-opened. The unnamed second victim is in critical condition at a local hospital, while several streets near the mall in Garden City have been closed. “We’re very confident he’s not in this immediate area now. We have nothing to suggest this individual is on a random shooting rampage,” police said of Kim, adding that he used a handgun in his attack, though no weapon was discovered at the scene and no records exist that show Kim had a license to carry a gun.

James Holmes has been identified as the suspect who opened fire inside a Colorado movie theater early this morning, injuring over 50 attendees and killing at least 12 people on hand to watch a screening of The Dark Knight Rises . The 24-year old is in police custody.

George Zimmerman Makes First Court Appearance Neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman made his first court appearance Thursday on a second-degree murder charge in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, as a court document provided new details on the prosecution’s case. During the brief appearance, Zimmerman stood up straight, looked straight ahead and wore a gray prison jumpsuit. He spoke only to answer “Yes, sir,” twice after he was asked basic questions about the charge against him and his attorney. His hair was shaved down to stubble and he had a thin goatee, which appeared consistent with his booking photo from the day before. He had resurfaced Wednesday to turn himself in after weeks in hiding. Judge Mark E. Herr said he found probable cause to move ahead with the case and that an arraignment would be held on May 29 before another judge. A document prepared by prosecutors shed some light on why they chose to charge Zimmerman. The affidavit says Martin’s mother identified screams heard in the background of a 911 call as her son’s. There had been some question as to whether Martin or Zimmerman was the one calling for help. Prosecutors also interviewed a friend of Martin’s who was talking to him just before the shooting. The affidavit says Martin told the witness he was being followed and was scared. Martin tried to run home, the affidavit says, but was followed by Zimmerman: “Zimmerman got out of his vehicle and followed Martin.” The affidavit says that “Zimmerman disregarded the police dispatcher” who told him to stop, and “continued to follow Martin who was trying to return to his home.” The Orlando Sentinel obtained the affidavit of probable cause before it was filed with the courthouse. Speaking to reporters after the hearing, attorney Mark O’Mara said he was concerned that the case up to now has been handled in the public eye, with details coming out in piecemeal fashion. “It’s really supposed to happen in the courtroom,” O’Mara said, deflecting questions about evidence in the case and his client’s mental state. Earlier Thursday on NBC’s “Today” show, O’Mara said Zimmerman is stressed and very tired and hoping to get bail. Source

UPDATE: A teenager wanted by the FBI on adult charges in Atlanta is in custody after turning himself in to Erie, Pennsylvania police on Wednesday night. Dareal Demare Williams, 17, turned himself in at 10:30 a.m., according to GoErie.com. He was turned over to the FBI. The FBI said he was believed to be staying with friends and relatives in the Erie area. PREVIOUS: FBI agents have identified the third Atlanta gang member who they say was videotaped beating a 20-year-old gay man in Atlanta’s Pittsburgh community earlier this month. The videotaped attack was posted online and went viral. The AJC reports that Dareal Damare Williams is wanted for his part in the Feb. 4 robbery and attack on Brandon White. FBI agents in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania said they believe that Williams, 17, is hiding out in the Erie, Pennsylvania area and have issued an alert in western Pennsylvania. Mayor Kasim Reed raised an Atlanta Crime Stoppers reward several times. The reward is currently $25,000. Police said the responding tips led to the arrest of Christopher Cain, 19, a week after the incident. On Feb. 17, 19-year-old Dorian Moragne turned himself in to police. All three teens are said to be members of a neighborhood gang called 1029 Jack City or Pittsburgh Jack City. The 1029 represents the address of the gang’s hangout, 1029 McDaniels Street. Anyone with information of Williams’ whereabouts are asked to call Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477 or Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers at 1-800-472-8477.
