Here’s some info on the season finale Cynthia Bailey “wedding” episode of RHOA: Her tumultuous relationship with fiancé Peter Thomas was played out in front of the cameras for the current season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. But viewers will be pleased to know that model Cynthia Bailey ended up going through with the wedding and marrying Peter as planned. The self-confessed ‘runaway bride’ became engaged after boyfriend of three and a half years Peter gave her an ultimatum. And judging by her wedding pictures, the 43-year-old couldn’t be happier to have finally taken the plunge. Wearing a very unusual Rubin Singer gunmetal grey wedding dress, Cynthia glowed with happiness as she posed with her restaurateur husband. The wedding took place on July 24 at Atlanta’s grand Fernback Museum of Natural History, with fellow Atlanta housewives NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak, Sheree Whitfield, Phaedra Parks and Lisa Wu Hartfield in attendance. ‘I felt 100 percent sure when I got ready to walk down the aisle,’ Cynthia told Life & Style, adding, ‘Peter is the one. ‘It was an incredibly emotional day. It was exactly the day I wanted, and we couldn’t be happier!’ But the ceremony wasn’t without drama: the event was allegedly held up for 45 minutes by Nene Leakes, who barged into Cynthia’s bridal suite and demanded her hair and makeup be done. Meanwhile Kim Zolciak got into a fight with boyfriend Kroy Biermann, who ‘was checking out a hot redhead while puffing a cigar. Kim caught him in the act.’ Kim has since confirmed that she is pregnant with Biermann’s baby. Peter and Cynthia met 18 years ago on a flight from Miami to New York. They reunited three years ago and started dating. She also has 10-year-old daughter Noelle from a previous relationship. SMH.
