We promise you won’t be missed!! A Muncie man who repeatedly sexually abused a 4-year-old girl, in the process infecting her with genital herpes, was sentenced Tuesday to 90 years in prison. Jarrad Lee Mastin, 23, received maximum sentences from Delaware Circuit Court 2 Judge Richard Dailey for each of three child molesting convictions. The judge also ruled that the sentences would be served consecutively. Jurors — who deliberated for about 20 minutes July 19 before convicting Mastin — viewed a videotape of a confession Mastin gave to police. The victim’s grandmother testified that after the girl was found to be suffering from the venereal disease, the child recounted secret “night-time games” that she had played with the defendant. Mastin — who did not testify at his trial — on Tuesday said he regretted his actions, but he maintained he did not have genital herpes, test results showing otherwise aside. The victim’s grandfather testified Tuesday that the now-7-year-old victim prays each night that other children be protected from what Mastin did to her. Aware of her infection, the grandfather said, the girl sometimes asks, “Will I ever be pretty?” Is 90 years really enough time for this piece of sh!t??
