Source: Netflix / Netflix We’re only a few weeks from Halloween season and to celebrate the month of October, Netflix is rolling out a gang of new horror based shows and movies while banking off it’s most popular social media term, “Netflix and chill.” For fans of the horror genre, Netflix’s new category “Netflix & Chills” is a dream come true as it will feature a gang of cult classic horror films including Pet Sematary , Poltergeist , and The Shining , while debuting some brand new bone-chilling joints such as In The Shadow of The Moon , Fractured , and Rattlesnake . Though little is known about the new Netflix flicks, the trailer released showing bits and pieces of everything that “Netflix & Chills” has in store for subscribers come October seems like it’s the kind of stuff that’ll give people a problem sleeping at night. We can’t wait. There’s a Netflix called Daybreak described as high-school during the apocalypse that’s out October 24 that looks promising. We say this just because the Black dude in the pic above has on Yeezy’s. Source: Bernard Smalls / @PhotosByBeanz Wiz Khalifa isn’t new to Hollywood, but it has been a while since he has graced the big or small screen. Apple announced that everyone’s favorite stoner will have a recurring role in the first season of the Apple TV+ show Dickinson . In the upcoming show that stars Hailee Steinfield as Emily Dickinson, the “Black and Yellow” crafter will take on the role of Death. Per a release from Apple, the character is described by Apple as Dickinson’s “muse” in multiple episodes. Wiz was not featured in the show’s first trailer which gave us a first look at the show. In it for some reason has Steinfeld’s portrayal of Dickinson twerking and shouting in the air. View this post on Instagram Because I could not stop for Death— A post shared by Dickinson (@dickinson) on Sep 13, 2019 at 3:44pm PDT Speaking on the addition of Wiz to the cast, creator and showrunner Alena Smith added in a statement: “It was a true gift to be able to cast Wiz in this series. We had a creative meeting of the minds in approaching the character, and his playful spirit fit in perfectly with the mischievous tone of the show.” Dickinson joins an ambitious slate of original shows coming to the Apple TV+. Other shows subscribers can look forward to are See starring Jason Momoa, The Morning Show with Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Anniston and Steve Carrell and more. Source: Ghostek Ghostek pretty much confirmed that “ugly” looking iPhone 11 is indeed a thing with the release of its phone latest case. 9To5Mac who is always right when it comes to Apple news says, three models of that unpopular model is coming this fall and will feature plenty of new updates. Everything we know about the iPhone 11: Smart Frame, Taptic Engine details, more https://t.co/K5u20u5jUZ by @ChanceHMiller pic.twitter.com/vPeFpvs4bP — 9to5Mac.com (@9to5mac) July 24, 2019 Like last year’s iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR, Apple will be announcing three new iPhone 11 models at an event this fall. According to 9To5Mac , the iPhone 11 will feature the company’s new A13 chip under the hood and will be bringing back the lighting port despite rumors of moving away from it. All three iPhone 11 models will feature the same screen resolution of its predecessors, Two of them will have 3x OLED Retina display. The “Max” version of the iPhone 11 will have a 2x Liquid Retina display. The iPhone 11 will also be moving away from 3D Touch reportedly and will introduce a new type of Taptic Engine codenamed leap haptics. 9To5Mac reports that changes introduced with iOS 13 and a combination of hardware improvements will make the transition from 3D Touch to the new Haptic Touch a smooth one. The goal is not to make customers upset about losing what they have grown accustomed too. As for the most essential feature, the camera, the iPhone 11 will have significant upgrades in that department. YES, that eye-sore, the raised box on the back of the phone will house the cameras. Bloomberg broke the news the extra space in the box will be occupied by a camera that is capable of capturing wide-angle photos. The new camera will have a new feature called Smart Frame. It will reportedly allow users to make adjustments to the framing or “perform automatic perspective and crop corrections in post.” The extra information will be deleted automatically for privacy reasons. The iPhone 11’s front-facing camera will also be upgraded and will add support for slo-mo recording at 120fps. So does these rumored upgrades get you excited for the iPhone 11? Candice Swanepoel pulled out her tits out at Disneyland, because she’s a trained robot who understands the importance of pulling out her tits….it’s a default setting, like when your iphone alarm is that default ring we all hate…..not that I use alarms, but I can imagine it being very annoying. She’s got this capacity to slut up all the mall brand, mall level things…from being half naked across stores around the world…to DISNEYLAND…another RATED G kind of spot you don’t really expect to go to for masturbation purposes unless you’re one of those…which I hope you’re not….but thanks to Candice…you can. The half naked underwear model…living that titty flash life…in a protest to her owners….the bra company….while she’s not wearing a bra…in what we call a subtle FUCK you to the MAN who made her. Typical unappreciative woman behavior. JOIN THE NEWSLETTER YOU ASSHOLES! The post Candice Swanepoel Disney Nip Slip of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepFather.com .
Source: Charley Gallay / Getty There’s actually a scientific reason for the front camera fat face we all experience when flipping the camera to selfie mode. I'm not fat, it's the front camera . . . . . . . . . . . #selfietime #selfie #instaboy #boy … https://t.co/0UGj9o2Jt6 — Mash Box (@MashBoxVE) August 31, 2017 According to a new study published in JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery , your nose gets distorted and appears around 30% bigger in selfies taken close to your face. Plastic surgeon Boris Paskhover told the Guardian , “If the camera point is closer to something that projects out, like your nose, it is going to make everything that is closer to that camera look bigger compared to the rest of the face.” *opens front camera* wtf.. my phone is possessed by a fat ugly monster — …ya (@xiaogunian) February 25, 2018 The site published an article entitled “Nasal Distortion in Short-Distance Photographs: The Selfie Effect,” in which a research team proved that a face-on portrait taken from 12 inches away makes the nose’s breadth appear about 30% larger than it really is. He added that that 60 inches “is actually a standard photographic distance — photographers take portraits at 5 feet. When I take pictures of patients, I take them at 5 feet.” But how does one actually take the perfect selfie without having to edit it all crazy after? According to an article in Allure, there are five easy tips to help you take a good selfie: Look up toward the camera. Extend your head away from your neck Instead of holding your phone in front of you, hold it to the side for a flawless angle. Relax your mouth, and exhale, blowing air through your lips. In your selfie-ready position, slowly spin until you find your best light. So the next time you criticize yourself over a selfie, realize that it’s not your fault. Blame the Iphone.
Flying can be a nightmare, and passengers can make that worst. That was one woman’s experience just a few days ago. Just last year, Southwest made an emergency landing due to one creepy dude. This time, their flight attendants were prepared. When a woman was being harassed by an anonymous fellow passenger, they leapt into action. A woman named Kat Pitman took a Southwest Airlines flight from Louisville to Chicago. The 40-year-old frequent flyer was lucky enough to secure an aisle seat. While Flight 1388 was still boarding, she spent time texting her husband on her iPhone. This is when she received an unexpected message — an AirDrop request. For those of you unaware, this is a way of sending things to nearby iPhone users based upon location, even if you do not know them. Unfortunately, this particular AirDrop was not a funny meme or a helpful piece of information. Instead, Kat was on the receiving end of a highly unsolicited, extremely NSFW image. It was porn. Some anonymous stranger, with whom she was trapped in a metal tube, had sent her porn. “It was just very explicit,” she told USA Today. “It just shocked me.” Understand that isn’t being a prude when she says this. This is about consent. There is a considerable difference between personally enjoying naked photos and having them forced upon you by a strange man. The first is the behavior of a normal person. The second is sometimes a prelude to stalking or a physical assault. As you can imagine, Kat immediately turned off AirDrop. However, after a moment, she gave it a second thought, and reactivated the function for a specific reason. She wanted to take a screenshot of the username of the creep who had sent her the unsolicited photo. By this point, the same user had sent her two additional unwanted messages. The user’s name, by the way, has been described as an nsfw twist on the The Lord of the Rings character, Bilbo Baggins. In other words: Dildo Baggins. Dude, you’re not creative. The short flight was still boarding at the time, so Kat took her concerns to a pair of flight attendants. She had mixed feelings about issuing a complaint, but it occurred to her that the offender might even be in her row. We’ve all heard horror stories of women being groped or otherwise harassed on a plane. She was afraid that things might escalate. “I know this sounds crazy …” Kat began. However, Southwest’s flight attendants knocked it out of the park with their response. It sounds like these flight attendants didn’t miss a beat. They listened to Kat’s concerns and one promptly used the intercom to address “Mr. Baggins.” The unidentified man was instructed to stop AirDropping. “There was no question,” Kat recalls. “They weren’t like, ‘What’s AirDrop?’ They just took care of it.” “They continued to check on me during the flight and as I left the flight,” Kat reveals. She gushes: “I just was incredibly impressed.” Southwest spokesman Chriz Mainz confirmed what went down, and issued a statement. “The safety and comfort of all of our customers is our highest concern,” the statement affirms. “And we don’t condone such inappropriate behavior.” “Our crews are equipped to respond quickly and appropriately to address these concerns expressed by our customers,” Mainz notes. He then praises: “which is exactly what they did in this case.” Airlines rarely receive good press these days, for a host of reasons. But these flight attendants are a great reminder that flying doesn’t always have to be a nightmare. View Slideshow: Woman Annoyed Over Fellow Passenger Letting Himself Have it on Southwest Flight
Source: Chesnot / Getty This shouldn’t really come as a shocker, but according to the ever so reliable site 9to5Mac , Apple has just filed model numbers for three new handsets the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max and an upgraded version of the iPhone XR. The Apple news source reports this news with the utmost confidence being that Apple devices always show up in the Eurasian Economic Commission regulatory database usually ahead of their official announcements and releases. According to the website the 2019 iPhone models reportedly showed up in this group of model numbers A2111, A2160, A2161, A2215, A2216, A2217, A2218, A2219, A2220, A2221, and A2223. Models A2220, A2221, and A2223 more than likely represent the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max, and the upgraded XR model. Rumors are already swirling about the handsets with leaks of its new design and specs getting Apple fanatics talking and cringing at the phones new triple camera design. Per 9to5Mac : This year’s iPhones are expected to largely feature the same outside appearance as the 2018 iPhone flagships, although Apple may switch to a more matte finish for the back glass. In addition to upgrades like bilateral wireless charging for AirPods and the more powerful Apple A13 chip, it looks like the 2019 iPhones will focus on camera upgrades. Apple is adding an extra camera to both the XR and the XS; the 2019 iPhone XR will feature a dual-camera module and the iPhone 11 and 11 Max will feature a triple-camera system for the first time. The iPhone will seemingly include a larger, square camera bump to accommodate the new cameras. The additional lens in the triple-camera system is believed to be an ultra-wide camera made by Sony, expanding the range of zoom available in the iPhone Camera app. Apple may also use computer vision technology to blend data from each of the three cameras together to take more-detailed photos at a standard zoom level. The front-facing camera will also be upgraded to take better quality shots. Apple is currently playing catch up with Samsung and Google , whose current flagship phone models are ahead of the curve with their new camera systems. Source: Stephen Lam / Getty Apple’s long-rumored second generation AirPods might come with a feature the company promised for some time now. According to rumors, the tentatively named AirPods 2 will feature a wireless charging case that achieves a full charge in 15-minutes. The case along with the AirPower mat was promised by Apple with the announcement of the iPhone X. Leaker Max Weinbach who doesn’t really have a great track record when it comes to his rumors drop the news about the AirPods 2 on his Twitter account. He states “wireless charging will happen” and will apply to both the case and the AirPods. The case will be able to achieve this “super fast wireless charging” by utilizing Qi coils, the technology that can already be found in Apple’s iPhone 8, X, XS, XS Max, and XR smartphones. While this is a huge improvement from generation 1’s current 3-hour battery life after a 15-minute charge, there are some downsides. Weinbach reports that the case will be “bigger in one direction and heavier,” fans should not be worried though. So the Apple news. AirPods wireless charging will happen. It will be VERY fast (0-100 in 15 minutes.) That speed is for the AirPods AND the case. It will probably use Qi charging. There will be a downside though, the case will be bigger in one direction and heavier. — Max Weinbach (@mweinbachXDA) March 3, 2019 The new case will also have a new look going for a more matte look ditching the glossy look taking cues from the Apple Pencil 2. Weinbach says we can expect the AirPower and AirPods 2 wireless charging tech to be released in the next few months. Keep in mind Samsung is dropping their new Galaxy Buds with a wireless charging case on Friday (March 8), alongside its family of new Galaxy smartphones , so they are well ahead of the curve in this field. — Photo: Stephen Lam / Getty
