Lamar Odom: Alex Roldan is Khloe Kardashian’s Father!

Of all the crazy rumors surrounding the Kardashians, one of the craziest of all just will not go away, and has come back with a vengeance yet again: Alex Roldan , long rumored to be Khloe Kardashian’s biological father, is the subject of tabloid speculation once more this month, with a big twist: According to insiders, Khloe reportedly confessed to her estranged husband Lamar Odom that Robert Kardashian Sr. was NOT her real father! “Khloe told Lamar that she knew that she didn’t have the same dad as her sisters,” says a source of the couple, who are still not divorced. Tabloids have also hinted that Robert Kardashian Jr., a.k.a. Rob Kardashian, plans to OUT Khloe’s secret in a tell-all interview as payback. Payback for Khloe saying Rob partied with whores at her house on a recent episode of E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians , that is. Speaking of the family franchise, an Australian gossip magazine says Khloe will “face her father” on the Season 10 finale later this year.  Some of the stuff writers make up is just hilarious. Almost as much so as reports that the biological father of the youngest of the three Kardashian sisters is not Rob Sr. OR Alex but … O.J. Thomas Scotto, O.J. Simpson’s friend, has spoken on the topic before and said that he believes the Juice could, in fact, be Khloe’s dad. He said, “O.J. shared [this] with me on a few occasions … to put this rumor to rest, I suggest that O.J. and Khloe submit to a simple DNA test.” “That would end all speculation and rumors.” “The truth can be revealed once and for all. Simple, if she wants everyone to know that he is not the father, otherwise she wants to hide the results .” The only truth we can attest to for certain here is that this has been one seriously entertaining article and enjoyable read from start to finish. 98 Degrees Reuniting: Which Other Boy Bands Should Follow Suit?

O-Town, ‘NSYNC make our list of boy bands that should get back together. By Jocelyn Vena 98 Degrees in 1999 Photo: Jeff Kravitz/ Getty Images It’s about to get 98 Degrees and hotter in the boy-band bonanza. Nick Lachey’s old group is rumored to be getting back together to launch a summer tour. Sources tell Rumorfix that the band, which has been on a decade-long hiatus, is about to announce a 15-city trek set to take place in July and August. A formal announcement should be made in the next week. One source told the site that the tour would serve as a thank-you to the band’s fans. Rumors of a reunion kicked off on Wednesday, when the band’s website got a face-lift that includes a spanking new logo and a Twitter feed with the guys’ official pages scrolling through the homepage. A rep for the band had not responded to MTV News’ request for comment by press time. Given all the love boy bands are getting these days ( see One Direction and the Wanted ), there are still some that might want to capitalize on the mania sweeping the world. Here are MTV News’ picks for the groups we’d love to see get back together. O-Town O-Town was the product of the reality show “Making the Band.” Once managed by imprisoned boy-band impresario Lou Pearlman, the guys managed to put their reality-show pedigree behind them and launched a short-lived, successful run that included hits like the chart-topping “Liquid Dreams.” ‘NSYNC This would be the gold-star reunion. ‘NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys were the two boy bands of the late-’90s revival that reached mega heights of fame and success. Several albums into their career, there appeared to be no stopping Justin Timberlake and the boys. But in 2002, they went on a “temporary hiatus” and have never looked back. Westlife Westlife plan to break up later this year after they wrap up their 2012 tour. But now seems like the right time to keep it going a little bit longer. Given America’s love for boy bands that hail from the U.K., Westlife, who found fame under the guidance of Simon Cowell and serenaded ladies with tracks like “Swear It Again,” might just want to stick around and ride out this latest wave of boy-band love. Which boy band would you love to see get back together? Tell us in the comments!

Yellowcard Return With ‘Awesome’ New Album

When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes marks band’s return since dissolving in 2008. By James Montgomery Yellowcard’s Ryan Key Photo: MTV News Back in 2006, things were starting to go bad for Yellowcard . They had parted ways with longtime guitarist Ben Harper , under less than amicable terms. They were forced to scrap a run of shows when frontman Ryan Key underwent vocal surgery . Lights and Sounds, the ambitious follow-up to their breakout Ocean Avenue album, had tanked, and the band began taking swipes at one another in the press as a result. Things only get worse from there. Their next album — 2007’s Paper Walls stiffed to such a degree that their label, Capitol, refused to continue promoting it — and by the end of 2008, Yellowcard were left without a label and decided to call it quits. So, it may have come as a surprise to their die-hard fans when YC announced that they were re-forming in August, with plans to record a brand-new album, to be released on a brand-new label (Hopeless Records) in March. Though, according to Key, the news really shouldn’t have shocked anybody. After all, despite what you may have thought, Yellowcard never really went away in the first place. “We took a break in ’08, and it just felt like it was time to step back a little bit, and everybody went off and did their thing,” Key told MTV News. “And earlier this year, our drummer, Longineu [Parsons], was the one that kinda started making phone calls, just saying, ‘What do you guys think about maybe getting back together?’ And then all the rest of us started talking and, uh, it just seemed like the right thing to do.” Of course, given their rather rocky history — not just Harper’s departure, but the constantly changing status of long-time (and now former) bassist Pete Mosely — getting the band back together wasn’t as easy as a few phone calls. There were things that needed to be said (and unsaid), and they needed to be done face-to-face. “We definitely sat down with each other and talked about all the things in Yellowcard that had worked and not worked, and what we would need it to be this time around to make it work, and everybody really seemed to be on the same page,” Key explained. “The record is just awesome. … We’re so excited about it, and it was because, I think, we did get some of that stuff worked out and talked about and, you know, you’re friends for 15 years … so there’s stuff that you gotta work out with each other to be able to keep working together.” And though neither Harper nor Mosely are taking part in the 2010 version of Yellowcard, Key is determined to press on with the core of the band — himself, Parsons and violinist Sean Mackin — intact. And as proof, he offers up the title of YC’s new album: When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes a handle he probably couldn’t have thought up back in 2006. “It actually came from a young lady I was trying to, uh, take out for an evening, and she had mentioned that she was kind of seeing someone else, and had to think about it,” he laughed. “I wrote her a text message back that said, ‘When you’re through thinking, say “yes,” ‘ and it just kind of resonated, I guess. As lame as it may be, it’s from a text message.” Related Artists Yellowcard
