In addition to winning Best Pop Music Video for “Till the World Ends” at the MTV Video Music Awards last night, Britney Spears was recognized by the event. The singer was given the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award for her life’s influence on music videos, with a two-minute dance tribute performed in her honor. None other than Lady Gaga-Jo Calderone presented the award: Britney Spears VMA Tribute Upon winning Best Pop Music Video, she took the stage and could not help getting a little choked up discussing her family and beau Jason Trawick! “Thank you so much,” Britney Spears gushed. “I wasn’t expecting this!” “First I’d like to thank God, for blessing me so much. And my beautiful family – my two boys, Jayden and Preston, Mommy loves you so much. My management team… And to all my fans! And to Jason … I love you!” Aww. She was pretty emotional.
