Mel B Files For Divorce From Stephen Belafonte Another one bites the dust… After 10 years of matrimony-dom, Melanie “Scary Spice/Mel B” Brown has filed for divorce from husband Stephen Belafonte. People acquired the divorce papers. In the file, Mel B lists the date of separation as December 28, requests joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Madison Brown Belfonte, and requests to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support. The timing seems very sudden, especially given the fact that just last month — just over a month after the listed date of separation — Mel still seemed to have lots of love for Stephen , even dedicating a “Ten Years of Marriage” post to him: The couple married back in 2007 after just five months of dating and with Mel B having just given birth to daughter Angel, fathered by Eddie Murphy, only two months prior to their secret wedding. Altogether, their blended family included 5-year-old Madison, 9-year-old Angel Iris Murphy Brown, 17-year-old Phoenix Chi Gulzar from Mel’s previous marriage, and 12-year-old Giselle Belafonte from Stephen’s previous relationship. So sad to hear another long-term couple calling it quits like this! Especially with all their daughters.
On The Walking Dead Season 6 Episode 3 , we learned that Rick, Daryl, Glenn, Michonne, Abraham, Sasha, Nicholas and Heath were up to while Carol was fighting off wolves in Alexandria. We opened the intense hour with Rick discussing a new plan for the aforementioned survivors, along with a few other residents. They would go home and he would go back to the RV, leading away half of the herd being drawn to the horn in the process. Rick then spoke only to Glenn and Michonne, explaining to them that some of the Alexandrians would likely die, a prediction overheard by Heath. Once Rick had left for his part of the mission, he spent most of the rest of the episode running… and running some more, taking out the occasional walker along the way while checking in with his crew via walkie talkie. The Alexandrians were a mixed bag when it came to fighting, though no one fared worse than Sturgess, who actually shot a neighbor in the led by accident by running off into the woods. Nicholas later found Sturgess’ remains. This group eventually hit in a pet store in order to patch up the gunshot victim’s leg, with Glenn coming up with a plan to prevent the oncoming herd from making to Alexandria: he would set a building on fire as a distraction. Aiming to help redeem Nicholas, Glenn invited him to do the fiery deed to a nearby feed store with him. Once this pair left, Heath talked trash to Michonne about how they do not “leave people behind.” This led to some back-and-forth between Michonne and Heath, as they argued about their past experiences and the sacrifices they had to make at times. Unfortunately, Heath learned what Michonne meant in the end because the group made a run for it in the face of a walker attack… and Heath was the one to say they had to leave a newlywed resident behind in order for the rest to survive. Things weren’t going much better for Glenn and Nicholas, who discovered that the feed store had already burned to the ground. Pondering what to do next, they ended up trapped by endless walkers atop a dumpster. Unable to handle the pressure, Nicholas thanked Glenn… and then shot himself in the head. He accidentally took Glenn down with him into a sea of walkers… and yeah. Glenn was devoured by the enemy. To close this painful episode, Rick arrived at the RV and was jumped by two wolves. One of them had a jar of Judith’s baby food on him. Rick was left to shoot down several other wolves, yet was finally able to lead the herd away… except the stupid RV wouldn’t start! So, as we mourned Glenn and were left shaking our heads over his death, we were also left wondering about Rick when the hour cut to black and he was surrounded by wolves. Yikes. If Lamar Odom even thinks about dabbling in drugs ever again, Khloe Kardashian is ready to rekindle her divorce papers, according to inside sources. It was not even two weeks ago that Lamar was found unconscious, nearly brain dead and on the brink of death in a Nevada brothel after an overdose. It was not even one week ago that Khloe tore up their divorce papers , agreeing to nurse him back to health and give their marriage another shot. Khloe and Lamar both signed off on the paperwork to dismiss the divorce case, which was all but final and just needed a judge’s approval. No longer. Provided, that is, he stays clean for good. According to TMZ, citing sources close to the reality star, Khloe is annoyed by people on social media calling her naive for calling off the divorce. She may be in love, but Khloe is no fool. Well, she’s somewhat of a fool, but only for caring what trolls on Twitter say about her. When it comes to her husband, she’s aware of the situation. She’s lived through this too, after all. Lamar, to this day, is on the Kardashian health insurance policy and needs to stay on it in order to shoulder the high cost of his treatment and therapy. Despite his NBA career earnings, insiders say Odom lacks the financial wherewithal to pay for this on his own, which is somewhat hard to believe. That $75,000 he spent on those two drug-enabling prostitutes had to come from somewhere. On the one hand, if he did that sort of thing regularly … Either way, if Khloe wanted out of their marriage, she could easily cut ties and buy him a new policy whatever the cost. So her heart is in this too. Still, he’s gone if he goes back to coke. And presumably hookers. We doubt Khloe would be happy to see Madison Montag and Ryder Cherry show up. Just a hunch. Sister Wives finally showed us if the family’s efforts to adopt Robyn’s kids – Dayton, Aurora and Breanna – were successful last night. The affable polygamist patriarch with the bizarre hair, Kody Brown, and his wives had been lobbying for this for so long. Did they achieve the goal? “Congratulations,” the judge said on Sister Wives Season 6 Episode 10 , fittingly titled “A Judge Decides,” approving the adoption requests at last. And that was that. “[The adoption is] so vital to our family,” Kody said, repeating what he’s said so many times. “It’s so important, but we don’t know if it’s going to happen.” Christine, Kody’s third sister wife, also reiterated that their entire effort is likely to “come down to the judge and how he feels about plural families.” Kody hoped the judge would see “value” in their large and loving family, however unconventional it may seem, and after a “tense” hearing, he did. “This is what it was all about – it was all about the kids,” states Meri, Kody’s first sister wife, who divorced Kody so Robyn could legally marry him . “It wasn’t about me or a legal marriage or a legal divorce. It was about the kids. And it was definitely worth it,” even though for her it was the hardest. But the adoption of Dayton, Aurora and Breanna isn’t the only exciting moment Sunday. Madison Brown , the daughter of Kody and Janelle, is dating! “There’s a guy, and we’re pretty serious,” Madison teases her parents. “And you know him.” He’s Caleb Brush, the brother-in-law of Kody’s brother. “This isn’t some weird second-cousin marriage thing,” Janelle interjects, explaining to viewers that it sounds off, but there is no blood relation involved. “Hey, hey!
