OK, so I’m not sure if Lilly Ghalichi technically counts as a “celebrity” or just another Kim Kardashian wannabe, but since I’m a sucker for hot busty nobodies in short skirts, here’s the Shahs of Sunset star posing for a photoshoot in LA.
