Yandy Smith Supports Her Boyfriend Despite Child Sex Allegations It looks like Love and Hip Hop New York newcomer Mendeeces’ 15 minutes of fame might be up before we even cared it even started. The New York native, who was introduced on the show last week as LHH cast member Yandy Smith’s baby daddy, is reportedly set to stand trial later this month for allegations that committed “inappropriate sexual acts” with a 15-year-old girl 2 years ago. via North Jersey News Jury selection began Wednesday in Hackensack for the trial of a hip-hop reality TV reality star accused of “touching” an underage girl in Lodi two years ago. Mandeecees Harris, a 34-year-old actor on the VH1 reality show “Love and Hip-Hop,” is charged with performing various sexual acts with a 15-year-old girl and inappropriately touching her at his former home in Lodi. Bergen County prosecutors allege that Harris asked for and received “mouth” sex from the girl and “touched” her on various occasions between September 2009 and April 2010. He was arrested later that year and charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison. And to top it all off, the unconfirmed world on the street is that the teenage girl in question is the daughter of his first babymama…..also know as…..his son’s sister. SMDH!!
