Her name is Charli XCX, she’s some new generation hipster popstar, and I guess she’s figured out the very basic and simplistic way to get noticed when you’re given the opportunity to participate in events that have paparazzi on the red carpet…and that is to show off you tits, wear sheer clothing, in a “look at me! look at me!” pretending to be an “artist”…kind of way.
