It features the solo artist hanging around the background of an ABC 7 news report about how Red Rocks has just been declared a national monument. The cameraman is speaking to a pair of locals, but the young women can't help but be distracted by the famous individual waving and being all silly behind them. Smith later shared a couple photos from his prank on Instagram and wrote along with them: “Photobombing the news.”
