Atlanta Falcons Star Wide Receiver, Roddy White has agreed to pay 3,200 a month in child support, legal fees and take out a massive life insurance policy for a child he recently fathered. Stacey Hott sued White for child support, claiming he was the father of her young son. TMZ, citing court documents it said it had obtained from Georgia, said a judge signed off on the payments this week. TMZ said White also agreed to take out a “massive” life insurance policy on himself with the child as beneficiary and agreed to pick up Hott’s legal tab. Source: TMZ

Terrell Owens Seeks Reduction in Child Support

Not a great stretch for Terrell Owens these days. The former NFL great wore out his welcome with the league and wasn’t asked to any tryouts this fall. Then he possibly tried to off himself by OD-ing last week. Now, dude’s battling child support woes as well. Terrell Owens’ rep says he should be paying less in child support to baby mama Monique Reynolds than back in the days when he, you know, got paid a lot. Owens wants a judge reduce the payments he’s making, and for them to “mirror his income today and not be based on income from over four years ago.” T.O. was due in court in Northern California for a child support hearing on October 24, but he did not show up. Lawyers for Reynolds wouldn’t reschedule. The former Pro Bowl wide receiver’s audition for prospective NFL teams was the next day. No one showed up to that one either … besides T.O. that is. Maid Says Kelis’ Moneygrubbin’ Azz Won’t Pay Her For Services Rendered

Kelis must be spending that $25,000 a month in child support on tacky outfits cuz she sure ain’t using it to pay her bills. Her former maid claims the moneygrubbin’ musician failed to pay her for cleaning her house and took advantage of her immigration status to skip out on the bill. According to TMZ , Kelis’ housekeeper claims the R&B singer owes her $900 in unpaid wages but sources say, there’s one major problem preventing her from seeking justice … she’s an illegal alien. Reportedly, Kelis’ maid earned $150 a day for her work … and since she only worked one day a week, that means Kelis somehow fell six weeks behind on her payments and the housekeeper is currently trying to lock down a lawyer to see if she can file anything with the California Labor Commission. Courtney Love Being Sued By American Express

A lawsuit filed against rocker Courtney Love by American Express is set to move ahead. A Los Angeles judge has set a mid-December date for a status conference in litigation between Love and the credit card company, which alleges she owes more than $300,000 in unpaid charges and other fees. The complaint, filed in late May in LA’s US District Court, contends that the 45-year-old widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain “has failed and refused to make the payments” on her Amex Gold card.

Michael Jackson’s three children may have lost their father, but they are being well taken care of – both financially and by the star’s mother Katherine. Court documents released Thursday show that Katherine is receiving $86,804 per month from her son’s estate to support herself and her grandkids.
