After aliens attack Earth, a military training academy pegs the young Ender as the next great military leader. Harrison Ford stars as Colonel Graff, with Abigail Breslin, Hailee Steinfeld, Aramis Knight, Moses Arias, Viola Davis, and Ben Kingsley ( Iron Man 3 ) also star. Ender’s Game will premiere November 1.

Yes, Pretty Little Liars Season 4 kicks off on June 11 and ABC Family has just released a slew of photos from the premiere, eerily titled “A is for A-L-I-V-E.” They feature all five Liars – yes, we’re now including Mona – looking very worried over a new message, along with the debut of Sean Faris as a Pennsylvania state police officer who will make things more interesting than ever in Rosewood this summer. In a new interview, 19-year-old aspiring model Ali Lohan (short for Aliana) speaks out about her own career prospects, and also her maligned older sibling. The younger Lohan, who recently signed on with Wilhelmina Models and posed for Elle Korea, says “I would like to be known as my own person.” “I don’t need to ride on any coattails. I just want to make my mark myself.” The coattails of Lindsay Lohan are definitely not worth riding on these days, but regardless, she adds, “I definitely have to prove myself in my career.” Ali Lohan only had glowing words to say about her family, calling big sis LiLo, 26, a “good roommate,” and her mother, Dina Lohan “the best mom ever.” Clearly she has a lot to learn, but she’s only 19. Other excerpts from her WWD interview … On Lindsay’s advice: “She’s awesome. She just says the main thing is to do your best and to do what you love. We’re very close and speak very often.” On learning from Lindsay’s fame: “I just want to make the most out of the word ‘fame.’ I want to do good things with my fame, or whatever it is.” “I want to do charity work. There’s something going on in Chile right now with the water, so I think I’m going to down there in a month to help out.” “My grandfather worked with charities his whole entire life, and we grew up living with him. He always told me about the world and everything that’s going on.” On the ups and downs being a Lohan: “We’re just like any other family. We’re close, we love each other and we have arguments like any other family.” “At the end of the day, I only trust my family. I feel that so many things have happened, but at the end of the day, they’re always going to be there for you.
It sounds like Justin Bieber isn’t any better of a driver overseas than he is on American soil. The superstar reportedly triggered a number of cameras while performing in Dubai over the weekend, as his white Lamborghini was eventually pulled over due to what sources say were a “number” of violations. An official in Dubai simply confirmed that Bieber was fined for his actions and few other details are available at this time. Bieber, of course, is a notoriously dangerous driver . He was also in actual danger himself on stage Saturday when a concert goer attacked Bieber on stage . Fortunately, security jumped the moron and Justin remained safe. But that may not remain the case if he continues to drive in such reckless fashion. Slow down, man. Take in the beautiful sights.
Rob Portman has stopped the presses once again. About two months after announcing that he has switched his views on gay marriage , the Ohio Senator has made headlines for admitting the unthinkable in an interview Monday night: He’s smoked marijuana! Rob Portman Admits to Marijuana Use Portman admitted to making like Justin Bieber during a BuzzFeed Brews Q&A this week when he was asked by John Stanton if he’s ever smoked weed. “This is all off the record,” Portman joked before answering with a simple “yes.” The 57-year old Republican didn’t include any further details, but said that he’s been closely involved with drug-prevention measures and programs since his first year in Congress in 1993. He has concerns about substance abuse overall in Ohio, most notably when it comes to heroin. “It can devastate your life and it has for many people,” Portman said. The Senator concluded that he’s been honest with his kids about his past, opening up to them them about how he did “experiment” when he was young, but experience has taught him better and he hopes they do not follow suit. “I tell them [that] having spent a lot of time now in this field,” he said.
