I go back and forth on the whole model thing…part of me is a traditionalist and I like the elitism that comes with being scouted, making a bit of a career for yourself, landing an action star, and continuing to model here and there well into your late 30s…like Rosie Hungington…but realize that that despite being lovely as fuck, there’s no real difference from instagram models of today….if anything it gives her more ego and attitude because she didn’t have to build her audience, her agents got her work and it just happened…. While these instagram models, most are rich kids, sure, but they know how to not be total cunts, to not alienate their audience, because they only get work because of their audience…and even if they have teams updating their shit and strategizing…the idea that they did it themselves…rather than just lazily…even if they are all lazy…it’s modeling we are talking about…a fucking joke of a job…. While Demi Lovato is living all three, who you know before being fake diagnosed bi-polar when she was “out of control” Disney star, was fucking all kinds of people during her manic episodes…how else would she be able to lockdown womanizing Wilmer Valderammma… I think I just analyzed Demi Lovato’s sex life…I can die now, not because this has completed my quest on earth, but because it’s the fucking worst…Well, not quite as bad as this Latina pig half naked..which is the worst..but close… She’s really milking this…”love your body”…thing…no retouching…no make-up….not cute…but “real”…because that’s where the market is..that is what people want to see. She’s milked mental health prior to this, why wouldn’t she find some new cause to justify her existence and make excuses….. I think she probably thinks she’s doing a great things for girls…a great thing for society…making a real difference…and I assume the media will eat this angle up…but remember..she’s a money grubber..never trust a money grubber…especially when she says she’s worked on her spirituality…she’s full of shit and just finding a markeitng hook…serioulsy..I’m onto puppet… Watch this on The Scene . If you look close enough, you can see her asshole…no not Wilmer Valderammmmma..but yes…her smug face lying to you…but really believing her bullshit.. Taylor Armstrong: Why I’m Sharing My Story Now

Taylor Armstrong will release a memoir in February that details the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of estranged late husband Russell Armstrong. Given the timing of the book, along with the numerous interviews this Real Housewife has given on the topic since Russell killed himself in August, it’s impossible not to wonder why Armstrong is speaking out now. It’s a matter of safety, Taylor claims. “Until Russell’s suicide, I didn’t feel safe to tell anyone for fear of my own safety and the safety of my daughter,” Armstrong tells ABC News. “With Russell’s passing, I now feel safe to bring my story into the light, to help all battered and abused women, and men, and aid them in their struggle. “From the bottom of my heart, I believe if my book can help others find the courage to deal with the pain and fear of their abusive relationships, I will have made a real difference in their lives.” What do you think of Armstrong releasing such a memoir? until my husband Russell’s suicide, I didn’t feel safe to tell anyone for fear of my own safety and the safety of my daughter. Woody Allen: Religions Are ‘Delusions to Keep Us Going’

Legendary filmmaker Woody Allen recognizes that religion makes people happier, but still views religious faith as a “delusion” worthy of the same respect afforded a fortune cookie. In an interview  published Sept. 15  to promote his upcoming movie, “You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger,” Allen told The New York Times, “This sounds so bleak when I say it, but we need some delusions to keep us going. And the people who successfully delude themselves seem happier than the people who can’t.”  “To me, there’s no real difference between a fortune teller or a fortune cookie and any of the organized religions,” Allen told reporter David Itzkoff. “They’re all equally valid or invalid, really. And equally helpful.” When asked whether he thought reincarnation was more plausible than the existence of God, Allen said, “Neither seems plausible to me. I have a grim, scientific assessment of it. Open Thread: Big Labor Takes a Hit in Arkansas

Ben Smith says he was contacted by a “senior White House official this morning” regarding union support for Sen. Blanche Lincoln’s opponent in the Arkansas runoff. “Organized labor just flushed $10 million of their members’ money down the toilet on a pointless exercise,” the official said. “If even half that total had been well-targeted and applied in key House races across this country, that could have made a real difference in November.”… Lincoln foe Bill Halter had the unstinting support of the AFL-CIO, SEIU, AFSCME and other major unions. And labor officials Tuesday evening were already working to spin the narrow loss of their candidate, Bill Halter, as a moral victory, but the cost in money and in the goodwill of the White House may be a steep price to pay for a near miss. Lincoln is probably a more electable candidate given her state, so should conservatives be pleased at this turn of events?
