Breaking Dawn Kills Brad Pitt, Rules Box Office Once Again

Not even Brad Pitt can slow down The Twilight Saga. At least not when he’s starring in an awful, awful movie. Indeed, Breaking Dawn Part 2 reigned supreme at the box office for the third consecutive weekend, raking in $17.4 million and lifting its domestic total to $254.6 million. That’s nearly $10 million more than the first Breaking Dawn installment had garnered at this stage in its run, while the conclusion to the franchise is on pace for a record $800 million around the globe. Pitt, meanwhile, flopped tremendously with Killing Me Softly , which took in a mere $7 million, earning an overall F from audience member who voted in CinemaScore. OUCH! So Hayden Panettiere showed up to the 40th Anniversary American Music Awards the other night, and that must’ve been a little awkward. I wonder if anyone told her that she’s not actually a country music star, she just plays one on TV. Oh well. Congratulations to Our First Round of Skinlympic Medalists [PICS]

The compe-TIT-ion is still heating up in our Swimming , Equestrian , Shooting , Weightlifting , and Jumping categories, and there’s much more yet to come, but we’d like to take a moment here at Skin Central to congratulate the first round of medal winners in Mr. Skin’s Inaugural Skinlympics . All our athletes are undressed to impress, but there are two groups that seem to have an edge. First, you, our judges, prefer girls who bare bush. (But when is that not true, really?) Second, your perv-triotic pride is swelling as Team USA received gold medals in four out of the six categories (so far). But Romania also had a sound showing this week, taking home both the silver and bronze medals in nude gymnastics. Talk about sticking the landing! See whose nude athleticism reigned supreme after the jump!

Weekend Receipts: Hop’s On Top Again, Your Highness Has A Schwaggy Sixth Place Debut

The Bunny reigned supreme again as Hop grabbed the top spot for a second weekend, but at the expense of Russell Brand’s other comedy, Arthur , which could only muster a distant second place finish. In fact, when final number come rolling in tomorrow, it may be beaten out by Hanna , which notched a very close third place, followed by inspirational stump film Soul Surfer . And poor Your Highness came in at 6th, proving perhaps that a little Danny McBride goes a long way. Your weekend receipts are here.
