The “Thotiana” rapper is facing years in prison after he was caught possessing an unregistered handgun. The Blast reports : According to L.A. County D.A.’s office, the “Thotiana” rapper was just charged with possession of a fully-loaded, unregistered handgun from an arrest on February 1. He was arrested after LAPD rolled up on a large group of people he was hanging out with, causing everyone to scatter. Multiple people tried ditching their guns, but Blueface and two other men, were arrested. The charge is a felony and carries a maximum sentence of 3-years in prison. It also comes on the heels of another charge the rapper was given for a different possession of a firearm. Back in November, Blueface was busted in Santa Clarita, CA for his alleged involvement in a robbery and vehicle-to-vehicle gunfight. He was in a car that crashed into the center divider on the freeway, and he was arrested on a $50,000 bond for assault with a deadly weapon. As for his November arrest, the 22-year-old artist born Jonathan Porter is due back in court this week and faces up to a year in jail for the misdemeanor charge of possessing a legally registered handgun. — Photo: Getty

Sunday marked one year to the day since actor Paul Walker was tragically killed in a car crash, making for an emotional outpouring of memories and tributes. Just 40 years old, Paul Walker was killed on November 30, 2013, along with his longtime friend Roger Rodas, leaving fans, friends and co-stars devastated. George Zimmerman Threatens to Kill Man in Road Rage Incident, Report Indicates

George Zimmerman had yet another brush with the law this week after he allegedly threatened to kill a man following a road rage incident. Seriously. WSVN reports that the altercation took place in Lake Mary, Florida. The man, whose name has not been reported by local media, also told the police that Trayvon Martin’s killer was waiting for him at his work afterward. Zimmerman reportedly admitted to police that he had an altercation with the man, but won’t face any legal action, as the man has declined to press charges. The 30-year-old, acquitted in the Martin case last July, has avoided protracted legal battles two other times in the past year for exactly that reason. In December, Zimmerman’s girlfriend Samantha Scheibe declined to press charges after initially claiming he pointed a shotgun at her face during an argument. Last September, George’s ex-wife Shellie Zimmerman declined to proceed with a case against him after she claimed he threatened her and her father with a gun. A previous report on this week’s alleged road rage suggested that Zimmerman was working as a security guard at the time of the confrontation. Teresa Giudice to Be Placed Under House Arrest?

At some point, it really will happen: Teresa Giudice will be sentenced for committing various forms of financial fraud. Giudice and husband Joe pleaded guilty to a number of charges a few months ago, a development chronicled this past Sunday night on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Their sentencing was originally pushed back until September 23, due to the death of Joe’s mother, and now Teresa’s lawyers are angling to get it pushed back again , this time until October 2. As for what a judge may decree once sentencing does come down? “She will probably get house arrest,” a source tells Us Weekly of the reality star, who has admitted to her role in a bankruptcy scheme and mortgage scheme and now faces up to 27 months in prison. Ironically, Teresa recently listed her $4 million mansion in New Jersey, so if she is legally stuck at home for awhile… she’ll need to actually find a new home first! “The great likelihood is that Joe will get some jail time… It’s just a matter of how long,” says Joe Giudice’s attorney, Miles Feinstein. There’s also been talk that Joe could be deported to Italy when this mess is finally sorted out. It’s also worth mentioning that the Giudices have four kids. The late, beloved actor Paul Walker would have turned 41 today, September 12. and his family, friends and fans are paying tribute to the man on his birthday. Remembering Paul Walker (1973-2013) 1. R.I.P. “Fast And Furious” Actor Paul Walker Killed In Car Accident

Gone far too soon. Paul Walker has reportedly been killed in a car accident. According to TMZ reports Paul Walker — best known for his role in “The Fast and the Furious” movies — died Saturday afternoon after a single-car accident and explosion in Southern California … TMZ has learned. The accident happened in Santa Clarita — north of Los Angeles — and according to multiple sources connected to Paul … the actor was in a Porsche when the driver somehow lost control and slammed into a post or a tree … and then the car burst into flames. Several of our sources — some who are still at the scene of the accident — tell us Paul and another person in the car were killed. Law enforcement is still on the scene, and we’re told the L.A. County Coroner’s Office is on the way. At this point, it’s unclear what caused the accident, or who was behind the wheel when it happened. Paul was 40 years old. Sources close to Paul tell us he was in Santa Clarita for a car show to support the Philippines typhoon relief effort, and had been taking friends out for rides in his new Porsche GT. The accident happened during one of those test spins. He died while out doing charity. God bless him! R.I.P. Paul Walker we are definitely going to miss you.
