Kim Kardashian: Tristan is NOT Sorry for Diddling His "Whores"

Sorry, Tristan Thompson. But Kim Kardashian is NOT buying what you are trying to sell. On this Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, viewers will witness the fallout of Thompson cheating on Khloe Kardashian, as we catch up with the latter after she gives birth to her daughter. In THIS CLIP , we see Kim seeing Tristan for the first time since this scandal broke. And in THIS CLIP , we see Khloe reading all about what transpired on her phone, while lamenting all the well wishes being sent her way. Now, in the latest sneak peek from the upcoming installment, we see Kim and Kris Jenner speaking with another member of the family about what went down when the family truly confronted Tristan about his wandering penis. “He was very remorseful and feeling obviously sick over everything that happened,” Kris explained to cousin Cici Bussey. Kim doesn't really agree with this assessment, however. “But I told him, 'I think you're more remorseful because it's affecting your job,'” she says, adding: “I think he's more embarrassed that he looks stupid 'cause the public and booing him. And I think it's more of that than anything and I told him that.” In a confessional, Kim later says that the Kardashian didn't film the meeting (WHAT?!?!?!?) because they “really wanted it to be a private talk,” where they all “expressed exactly how we felt.” ( Editor's Note : Is this not admitting that everything that is filmed is basically scripted and NOT an example of the family expressing what they really feel?) As for how Thompson reacted to this confrontation? Says Kim: “He got mad because my mom was like, 'You can make your decision. If you want to live this life of dating these Instagram whores and doing your thing, live that life.' “If this doesn't work out with you guys, we're always going to rise up.'” All these months after this episode was shot, of course, we know that Khloe and Tristan are together and trying their best to put Thompson's horrible acts behind them. At one point in the video featured here, Kris hints at why Khloe has made this decision. She really does want to be part of a close-knit immediately family. “Khloe has been so invested, moved to Cleveland, nested in this house and made it a home,” says Jenner. “She said something really interesting, she said, 'I didn't have a baby just to have a baby and move on.' “She said 'I had a baby to create a beautiful family' and that's what broke my heart. She really never saw it coming either.”

Bill Cosby Doesn’t Deserve Your Sadness

See the rest here:

Source: MARK MAKELA / Getty T ake a minute to absorb that truth for a minute: Bill Cosby doesn’t deserve your sadness. It’s a bit jarring, admittedly, to see that Bill Cosby is actually going to spend time behind bars. There are a few reasons for the surrealism of it all. First, the obvious: Bill Cosby was one of America’s most beloved figures for decades. We grew up with him and seeing him go to jail is something we never thought we’d see when we were kids. Second, there’s the fact that these allegations of sexual assault have followed Cosby for so long that it seemed like he’d never actually go to jail. It’s that second point that you need to remember. Because no matter your affinity for Cosby and his cultural contributions over the decades, he is still a man who has been accused of dozens of instances of sexual assault and, as of today, is a convicted sex offender headed to prison. So, as disorienting as it is to see Cosby in handcuffs, just remember that his confirmed and alleged victims say they have experienced worse. Save your compassion for those women. From Bill Cosby to Harvey Weinstein. https://t.co/KIfMdREA8V — NewsOne (@newsone) September 24, 2018 Don’t get me wrong: this whole situation is a tragedy. It’s a tragedy for sexual assault survivors who had to wear their pain in secret, sure that no matter what they said, the man who assaulted them would never face any punishment. It’s a tragedy for the women whose lives and careers were ruined because of the damage — physical, emotional, professional and otherwise — Cosby caused them. It’s a tragedy for a society that allows a culture in which someone like Cosby is able to thrive while having committed the crimes he’s been convicted of today. Yes, this is a tragedy. But not for Cosby. There’s another reason not to feel any sadness for Cosby: He wouldn’t feel any for you if you were on the wrong end of handcuffs like he was today, no matter the reason you were in cuffs in the first place. Bill Cosby has spent most of the 21st century chastising the most vulnerable Black Americans among us. His infamous 2004 “ Pound Cake speech ” for the NAACP  — full of false information and fake news about things like unemployment, dropout rates, incarceration rates and single parenthood — was the rallying cry for respectability politics. Cosby loved picking on poor Black people for the way they made him look in front of white people. His chiding of Black Americans, demanding that they pull their pants up, became inextricably linked to his legacy. And now, the same man who wagged his finger at incarcerated people will now spend his next few years surrounded by them. Meet the Black prosecutor who made sure time was up on #BillCosby : https://t.co/pgaIHd4ES7 pic.twitter.com/GifaPWOR9k — NewsOne (@newsone) April 30, 2018 It’s important to remember that Cosby never sagged his pants. He never said the “N” word. He came from a two-parent household. He’s well-educated. And he’s a jailed sexual assaulter. I’d like to think that we can learn lessons from all of this. That this is the final nail in the coffin for respectability politics. That those cell doors closing in front of Cosby also signal the closure of ideas that involve Black people needing to dress a certain way to avoid jail or that “Black on Black” crime is a reflection of anything more than proximity. That the era of “pull your pants up” pseudo-activism is replaced by a culture of compassion where we try to empathize for those in jail or unfortunate life situations because we understand the larger factors that put those people in those positions. The ideas that Cosby have championed should go away with him. I also hope that we learn that this wasn’t a victory for victims of sexual assault; that needing dozens of accusations of sexual assault and two trials before sending a man in his 80s to jail decades after he’s allegedly committed the acts isn’t a blueprint for true justice. Victory isn’t eventual jail for sexual assault. Victory is a society that doesn’t allow people to feel like they can commit acts of sexual violence without recourse in the first place. Victory isn’t jail. Victory is sexual assault not happening in the first place. So pardon me if I don’t feel any sadness for Bill Cosby. Excuse me if I don’t have any remorse for the perpetrator of heinous crimes. Bill Cosby doesn’t deserve your tears. He never will. Video Goes Viral Of Woman Confronting AT&T Worker Accused Of Stealing Money From Her Cash App

See original here:

Source: pixelfit / Getty Don’t ever try to steal from a Black woman! This is a lesson that a white AT&T worker had to learn the hard way when a customer accused him of using her phone and stealing $50 bucks from her via a cash app. According to the Shaderoom , the woman was having internet installed in her home when the AT&T worker asked could he use her phone to test to see if the WIFI was working. Well, let the woman tell it, he did more than just that: She claims he stole her coins! When she realized that her money was missing, she confronted the worker, recorded the confrontation and posted it online for the world to see. Looking at the video, the unnamed cable and phone worker initially denied stealing from her and said that the transfer may have happened by mistake. But soon after he changed his tune, asking multiple times, “How can we make this right.” The woman’s response: You better make it right since that money was her fiancé’s and not hers. Welp! The Shaderoom wrote that they later spoke to the woman who claimed that she complained to his supervisors and for the man fired. If this story is true, what a damn idiot. Fifty-dollars is not worth losing your job over. South Carolina Woman Drives Drunk, Says She’s Too "White" to Get Arrested

A resident of Bluffton, South Carolina was pulled over for reckless driving last Saturday morning and arrested on a number of charges. This, despite the fact that she was white. That statement may seem like a ridiculous non-sequitor, but it was actually the argument used by Lauren Elizabeth Cutshaw at the time over her run-in with the law. As documented by The New York Post, the 32-year old was caught by police officers blowing through a four-way stop sign at 60 miles per hour around 1:45 a.m. on August 4. With eyes described in the official report as bloodshot and glossy, Cutshaw told the cops that she had only two glasses of wine. But she was allegedly slurring her words and there was a strong scent of alcohol emanating from the vehicle. “I mean, I was celebrating my birthday,” Cutshaw told the cops when they asked her how big the glasses were for her pair of drinks, according to the report. This is a rather aburd excuse for two reasons: Her birthday is on August 9.  One’s birthday is not an excuse for breaking the law. But this seemingly typical arrest has gone viral for a different reason. Cutshaw gave the officers what she believes were perfectly reasonable explanations for why they shouldn’t place her under arrest. To wit: She maintained perfect grades during all of her school years… she was a cheerleader … she was a member of a sorority. Oh, and also: “I’m a white, clean girl,” Cutshaw said, according to the report. For some reason, however, this defense did not mean anything to the arresting officers. When the officers asked what, exactly, Lauren meant by this announcement, she replied: “You’re a cop, you should know what that means.” (Translation: You guys only shoot and harass black people. So come on! Give me a break! ) What did mean something to these authority figures? The fact that Cutshaw failed sobriety tests; and that a breathalyzer showed that her blood alcohol at the time was .18 percent (the legal limit in South Carolina is 0.08 percent). The report actually cited Cutshaw’s “white” remark, noting:  “Making statements such as these as a means to justify not being arrested are unusual in my experience as a law enforcement officer and I believe further demonstrate the suspect’s level of intoxication.” And also of her white privilege. In the end, Lauren was booked on charges of speeding, disregarding a stop sign, simple possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Father Spots Creep Snapping Upskirt Photos, Tackles Him in Target

Not all heroes wear capes. But some heroes, it seems, shop at Target. A surveillance video is making the rounds after it shows one seriously creepy dudes snapping upskirt photos of girls … and then paying the price. It was a father, out shopping with his daughter, who noticed what the man was up to and took action. Take a look: On Wednesday, August 1, 29-year-old Jorge A. Ibarra Jr. was arrested. The arrest was over “suspicion of invasion of privacy,” which seems like a major understatement after you watch this video and hear the story of what went down. See, surveillance photos appear to have captured him snapping “upskirt” photos of girls, some of whom were minors, at a Target store in Cypress, California. If you're not familiar, “upskirts” are what they sound like — a man takes pictures up a skirt, hoping for a glimpse at a girl's thighs and underwear and any potential glimpse of their butt or genitals that might come with it. Upskirting is gross, it's predatory, it's a nightmarish invasion of privacy, and, in this case, it will get you tackled in a Target store. Ismael Duarte is the hero of the hour. He was shopping with his 15-year-old daughter on Tuesday, July 1 while Ibarra was allegedly on the prowl. According to Duarte, he noticed that something was odd about Ibarra's behavior. It sounds like it didn't take long before he realized that the man was (allegedly) snapping upskirt photos of unsuspecting women, including his own daughter and another girl. Duarte leapt into action, chasing and tackling Ibarra, who fled the store. “My daughter, and the girl that actually was getting their picture taken without her being known,” Duarte says. “That’s what got me” The surveillance video appears to show Duarte kicking the man's phone away and then chasing the man, confronting him, and perhaps pushing him. The man, later identified as Ibarra (who looks 46 and not 29; we don't know what that's about), flees from Target. Duarte gave chase. Though Ibarra did get away, Duarte was able to snap a photo of the man in his car. Duarte provided his photo and a description of what happened to the police. Though he wishes that he had somehow been able to do more, Duarte says that he did not appreciate Target's security team's inaction during the confrontation. “All they did was stand behind,” Duarte laments. “And that's very disappointing.” Target released a statement, affirming that “the safety and security of our guests is very important to us and we have no tolerance for this behavior in our stores.” “Immediately upon learning of these recent incidents,” Target continues. “Our teams called police to investigate and shared video footage with them.” Target concludes: “We will continue to help law enforcement in any ways that we can be of support to their investigation.” Ibarra was arrested and booked at Orange County jail on $25,000 bail. It may be tempting for some individuals to dismiss upskirt photos as a hobby of perverts. But there are victims — the women involved. There are plenty of moral and legal rationales saying that a person has the right to record video of anything that they can see in a public place (though sharing that video is another matter), but upskirts are not part of public view. That's someone peeking inside someone else's clothing. In this case, it sounds like at least one of the alleged victims was a minor. Good for Duarte and the police for taking action.

Danielle Bregoli FLIPS THE EFF OUT on Airline Passenger

Danielle Bregoli, best known as the “Cash Me Outside” girl due to a memorable appearance on the Dr. Phil show last year, has now gone viral for a reason outside of her very odd word usage. Only 13 years old, Bregoli earned her 15 Minutes of Fame several months ago when she mouthed off at the talk show audience while appearing opposite the aforementioned hack of a psychologist. Bregoli and her mother were guests on the program, featured in a segment about the former’s out-of-control attitude. And it was on full display not long after she stepped on to the stage. “All these hos laughin’ like there’s something funny,” Bregoli said at one point, gesturing to the crowd and later taunting them with the catchphrase that has made her Internet famous: “Cash me outside, howbow dah?” The odd word choice… the accent… pretty much everything about Danielle Bregoli caused her to become the subject of quite a few memes, along with plenty of social media commentary throughout Facebook and Twitter. On Monday, meanwhile, Bregoli got into a VERY heated dispute with a fellow passenger on board a Spirit Airlines flight. According to TMZ, Bregoli took issue with a woman who wasn't happy with how long Bregoli's mother was taking to put away her carry-on bag. Words were exchanged and then a punch was thrown by Bregoli. The alleged victim then made a “citizen's arrest,” TMZ writes, until the cops arrived and all three people involved in the confrontation were escorted off the plane. No arrests were made. But a lawsuit may be forthcoming. And Bregoli isn't denying that an assault took place. “She got her ass whupped by a 13-year-old,” Bregoli, who has close to 800,000 followers on Facebook and 3 million on Instagram, said in a video posted to both those platforms this afternoon. Michael Jace Found Guilty of Killing His Wife

Michael Jace, an actor best known for his role on FX’s The Shield, has been found guilty of murder. Jace was convicted of second-degree murder today for shooting his wife, April Jace, in front of the couple’s two young children in 2014, E! News has confirmed. He will appear in front of a judge on June 10 for sentencing and faces 40 years to life in state prison. An attorney for Jace had tried to argue in court that his client merely meant to wound his wife during a fight between the pair, which took place after April said she wanted a divorce. Jurors deliberated for fewer than three hours over the course of two days before arriving at the verdict.  The ruling was changed from first-degree to second-degree murder because the jury didn’t believe the crime was premeditated. Evidence, however, proved that Jace shot April three times during their confrontation. Jace was arrested after Los Angeles police officers responded to a 911 call. He was placed under arrest and held in jail on $2 million bail, at which time a protective order was issued for him to stay 100 yards away from his and April’s two sons. “I was just angry,” Jace told investigators, based on a transcript released Thursday. “All I intended to do was shoot her in the leg. And then I shot her in the leg and that was it.” Jace stood out for his role on The Shield, but also had appearances in Boogie Nights, Forrest Gump and the TNT drama Southland. BOSSIP Exclusive: Judge Denies Bobby Brown’s $1.1 Million Lawsuit Against National Enquirer

Federal Judge Denies Bobby Brown In $1.1 Million Lawsuit Against National Enquirer It’s all bad being Bobby Brown. The former R&B sensation was hit with the news that a federal court judge has dismissed his 1.1 million dollar lawsuit against the National Enquirer over an article stating he planned to re-marry Whitney Houston. All he had to do was follow the court’s order. Back in 2013, Brown sued The National Enquirer and the author of an article that ran shortly after Whitney Houston’s death which claimed the two had gotten back together and were planning to remarry. Brown’s argument is that the article defamed him by claiming the two had been planning a Vegas wedding prior to her death. Additionally, the article cited quotes, attributed to Brown, which purported that he told friends that not only could he have prevented Houston’s death, but that he broke up with his fiancee to reconcile with her and also that his fiancee was completely understanding. Brown and his fiancee vehemently state that all the “quotes” were LIES and claimed the magazine KNEW as much before publishing. The tabloid then fired back. The Enquirer openly admits they NEVER spoke to Brown about the information they published. However, they deny they did anything wrong and shoot down Brown’s accusations that they knowingly published false information. Shortly after their response, both parties reached a settlement and the singer dismissed them from the legal battle However, Brown continued his lawsuit against the writer of the article Derrick Handspike. Then earlier this year, Brown filed docs in the case demanding the court slap the writer of the article with a default judgement. Brown explained that he wants the court to order Handspike to pay up 1.18 million dollars for authoring the lies about him and Whitney Houston. Stating that due to the article, he lost 100k in contracts/offers alone. The other $1 million comes from damages that he has caused and will continue to cause Brown in the future due to the article being printed. On August 14th, the federal court judge came back with his decision in the case. The order explains that despite being warned numerous times to serve Handspike with the complaint … he didn’t follow the court’s order and blew off trying to serve the author for months. Further, the judge doesn’t believe Brown’s claim that the author was evading service due to him having no proof to back up his claim. The judge ordered the case to be closed and said he would not grant Brown any extensions to serve Handspike which means the case is dismissed forever and Brown was awarded nothing. Like we said, it’s all bad being Bobby Brown.
