Michael Rapaport believes that any publicity is good publicity. He has therefore set his sights on a new celebrity target. In the wake of trashing Ariana Grande for her appearance , Rapaport has returned to Instagram and gone after someone else far more famous than he’ll ever be. And it all started with what is new social media photo from Kardashian. The former sex tape star snapped a selfie of her bikini body standing inside her closet – chock full of a purse collection that costs more than the average American makes in a year – on Wednesday night and wrote as a caption: “I need a spray tan.” To be clear, this is extraordinarily lame and insulting. All Kardashian is really doing here is showing off her ridiculous figure and her even more ridiculous purse collection/ But we’ll give her a pass momentarily in order to focus on Rapaport’s response to the image. “You hate yourself,” he simply left as a comment. Now, look: One could absolutely analyze Kardashian’s need for attention and penchant for posing with very little clothing on as a sign of some larger insecurity. No doubt. She craves the compliments most followers are giving her alongside this snapshot because she needs to feel loved by strangers in order to fill some sort of void deep within herself. But we somehow doubt Rapaport is really offering up such a diagnosis. He’s just being a troll. And Noah Cyrus has called him out for it. “@michaelrapaport bruh. Why you soooo mad. Stop attacking women for likes,” Miley’s sister clapped back at the actor. Also on Wednesday, Rapaport shared an old photo of Grande for some reason and decided to simply slam her looks for no reason whatsoever. This is what he wrote, as you can see below: “Ariana Grande is 27 acts 12, you take off those boots she hides her legs in, the cat eye make-up, and the genie pony tail, and I think there’s hotter women working the counter at Starbucks. No disrespect to Starbucks.” You’d hope the guy could at least be funny while he’s being cruel. But alas. After receiving endless backlash to such a mean remark, Rapaport chose not to apologize. Instead, he doubled down and tried to somehow argue that a double standard was at work because… he insults Donald Trump with impunity? A resident of Bluffton, South Carolina was pulled over for reckless driving last Saturday morning and arrested on a number of charges. This, despite the fact that she was white. That statement may seem like a ridiculous non-sequitor, but it was actually the argument used by Lauren Elizabeth Cutshaw at the time over her run-in with the law. As documented by The New York Post, the 32-year old was caught by police officers blowing through a four-way stop sign at 60 miles per hour around 1:45 a.m. on August 4. With eyes described in the official report as bloodshot and glossy, Cutshaw told the cops that she had only two glasses of wine. But she was allegedly slurring her words and there was a strong scent of alcohol emanating from the vehicle. “I mean, I was celebrating my birthday,” Cutshaw told the cops when they asked her how big the glasses were for her pair of drinks, according to the report. This is a rather aburd excuse for two reasons: Her birthday is on August 9. One’s birthday is not an excuse for breaking the law. But this seemingly typical arrest has gone viral for a different reason. Cutshaw gave the officers what she believes were perfectly reasonable explanations for why they shouldn’t place her under arrest. To wit: She maintained perfect grades during all of her school years… she was a cheerleader … she was a member of a sorority. Oh, and also: “I’m a white, clean girl,” Cutshaw said, according to the report. For some reason, however, this defense did not mean anything to the arresting officers. When the officers asked what, exactly, Lauren meant by this announcement, she replied: “You’re a cop, you should know what that means.” (Translation: You guys only shoot and harass black people. So come on! Give me a break! ) What did mean something to these authority figures? The fact that Cutshaw failed sobriety tests; and that a breathalyzer showed that her blood alcohol at the time was .18 percent (the legal limit in South Carolina is 0.08 percent). The report actually cited Cutshaw’s “white” remark, noting: “Making statements such as these as a means to justify not being arrested are unusual in my experience as a law enforcement officer and I believe further demonstrate the suspect’s level of intoxication.” And also of her white privilege. In the end, Lauren was booked on charges of speeding, disregarding a stop sign, simple possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Not all heroes wear capes. But some heroes, it seems, shop at Target. A surveillance video is making the rounds after it shows one seriously creepy dudes snapping upskirt photos of girls … and then paying the price. It was a father, out shopping with his daughter, who noticed what the man was up to and took action. Take a look: On Wednesday, August 1, 29-year-old Jorge A. Ibarra Jr. was arrested. The arrest was over “suspicion of invasion of privacy,” which seems like a major understatement after you watch this video and hear the story of what went down. See, surveillance photos appear to have captured him snapping “upskirt” photos of girls, some of whom were minors, at a Target store in Cypress, California. If you're not familiar, “upskirts” are what they sound like — a man takes pictures up a skirt, hoping for a glimpse at a girl's thighs and underwear and any potential glimpse of their butt or genitals that might come with it. Upskirting is gross, it's predatory, it's a nightmarish invasion of privacy, and, in this case, it will get you tackled in a Target store. Ismael Duarte is the hero of the hour. He was shopping with his 15-year-old daughter on Tuesday, July 1 while Ibarra was allegedly on the prowl. According to Duarte, he noticed that something was odd about Ibarra's behavior. It sounds like it didn't take long before he realized that the man was (allegedly) snapping upskirt photos of unsuspecting women, including his own daughter and another girl. Duarte leapt into action, chasing and tackling Ibarra, who fled the store. “My daughter, and the girl that actually was getting their picture taken without her being known,” Duarte says. “That’s what got me” The surveillance video appears to show Duarte kicking the man's phone away and then chasing the man, confronting him, and perhaps pushing him. The man, later identified as Ibarra (who looks 46 and not 29; we don't know what that's about), flees from Target. Duarte gave chase. Though Ibarra did get away, Duarte was able to snap a photo of the man in his car. Duarte provided his photo and a description of what happened to the police. Though he wishes that he had somehow been able to do more, Duarte says that he did not appreciate Target's security team's inaction during the confrontation. “All they did was stand behind,” Duarte laments. “And that's very disappointing.” Target released a statement, affirming that “the safety and security of our guests is very important to us and we have no tolerance for this behavior in our stores.” “Immediately upon learning of these recent incidents,” Target continues. “Our teams called police to investigate and shared video footage with them.” Target concludes: “We will continue to help law enforcement in any ways that we can be of support to their investigation.” Ibarra was arrested and booked at Orange County jail on $25,000 bail. It may be tempting for some individuals to dismiss upskirt photos as a hobby of perverts. But there are victims — the women involved. There are plenty of moral and legal rationales saying that a person has the right to record video of anything that they can see in a public place (though sharing that video is another matter), but upskirts are not part of public view. That's someone peeking inside someone else's clothing. In this case, it sounds like at least one of the alleged victims was a minor. Good for Duarte and the police for taking action.

Perez, and Taurean C. Sanderlin. This is what Shaw had to say about his use of the GoFundMe money, “There are four families that are grieving right now. So much life was lost for no reason. I feel like it could be very selfish of me if I didn’t point it out. And I apologize.” The GoFundMe page had an initial ending goal of $15,000 but ended up receiving more than eleven times that amount after the story became national news and raised over $165K. Shaw continues, “I did that completely out of a selfish act. I was completely doing it just to save myself. I don’t want people to think that I was the Terminator or Superman or anybody like that.” Even though he didn’t intend to be a hero, his actions are showing us otherwise.

Actors Rebecca Hall and Timothée Chalamet, among others, have donated their proceeds from his upcoming movie, “A Rainy Day in New York” and others, including Mira Sorvino and Greta Gerwig, have renounced their previous work with Allen. His adoptive daughter Dylan Farrow appeared on CBS “This Morning” with Gayle King to talk about the sex abuse she allegedly suffered at his hands as a 7-year-old. “I loved my father. I respected him. He was my hero. And that doesn’t obviously take away from what he did,” Dylan Farrow began her harrowing retelling of the sexual abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of Woody Allen on “CBS This Morning” on Thursday. “But it does make the betrayal and the hurt that much more intense.” “I was taken to a small attic crawl space in my mother’s country house in Connecticut by my father. He instructed me to lay down on my stomach and play with my brother’s toy train that was set up,” she said in her first television interview, echoing the same account she gave in her 2014 New York Times op-ed. “And he sat behind me in the doorway, and as I played with the toy train, I was sexually assaulted. As a 7-year-old I would have said, ‘He touched my private parts.’ As a 32-year-old, he touched my labia and my vulva with his fingers.” Farrow also accused Allen of following her around, adding, “He was always touching me and cuddling me. If I said I wanted to go off by myself, he wouldn’t let me … He would ask me to get into bed with him when he only had his underwear on or when I only had my underwear on. He wasn’t like this with [brother and Mia and Allen’s biological son] Ronan.” We’ve covered this story before, and revealed how Allen accused Dylan’s mother , his ex-wife Mia Farrow, of coaching Dylan into her accusations because she was angry he’d left her for her own adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn. “What I don’t understand is how is this crazy story about me being brainwashed and coached is more believable than me being sexually assaulted by my father,” Dylan said on “This Morning.” “Every step of the way, my mother has told me to tell the truth. She has never coached me.” Dylan cried in front of Gayle King while watching footage of Allen denying the allegations in a 1993 television interview. “I’m really sorry,” she said b. “I thought I could handle it … He’s lying, and he’s been lying for so long and it is difficult for me to see him and to hear his voice. The rollout for Taylor Swift’s upcoming album has not gone as smoothly as the singer had likely hoped. Her first release off “Reputation” was widely panned by critics, who also thought the Look What You Made Me Do video was, frankly, pretty lame. So now the question is this: Did Swift look to change up the negative narrative by acting like her bitter rival, Kim Kardashian? Did she actually get naked for the just-unveiled “… Ready For It” video? That’s what some folks are speculating after watching the footage below, which does appear to depict Taylor in her birthday suit. Taylor Swift Drops Revealing Music Video for “… Ready For It” But only if you look very quickly and not very closely, that is. With some Internet users wondering whether she had chosen to bare it ALL for public consumption, an act that would run contrary to her fairly conservative persona, Swift wrote the following on Instagram yesterday: “It truly warms my heart that so many ppl had so much to say about this bodysuit.” The singer, of course, is being sarcastic. A lot of the comments online from those who believed she really did go nude weren’t exactly positive. As trolls so very often do, they criticized Swift and body-shamed the heck out of her, all while thinking she really did take her clothes off for the video. In reality, she simply wore a bodysuit. To make this point extra clear, Swift shared a number of pictures on social media of her in said bodysuit. She took followers behind the scenes of her shoot for this video, which was inspired by the science-fiction genre and which features many special effects and pretend robots. It’s interesting footage, that’s for sure. And it contains plenty of Easter Eggs for Swifties, such as a reference to boyfriend Joe Alwyn , along with references to past Taylor Swift music videos. To make it apparent once more, however, it does NOT include any shots of Taylor Swift naked. Thankfully, most of Taylor’s loyal fans are well aware of this fact. They have rushed to their hero’s defense on Twitter and other platforms. Wrote one supporter: Do people not understand wtf a bodysuit is? The way the media is spinning this Taylor Swift music video teaser is crazy. And another: That awkward moment when people are trying to shame Taylor Swift for being naked, and it’s just a bodysuit. And a couple more: Swift’s sixth studio album comes out on November 10. Will you buy it?
