A bigoted, below average white woman named Anna Lushchinskaya began to curse, berate, spit at, slur, and attack an Asian woman at 7:50am for no apparent reason. Literally the whole world is laughing at you.” The woman then slaps at him and he pounces and holds her to the ground. “We’ve gotta detain her till the cops come. I’m not going to hit a woman, but do not spit on me,” he says, and then puts her into a headlock. Good news! You now have one more abomination to throw in the face of your idiot friend who keeps insisting you need to give the Trump administration a chance. Unfortunately, it comes at the expense of a generation of a schoolchildren. Moments ago, Betsy DeVos – Trump’s pick as U.S. Secretary of Education – was confirmed for the position in a vote so close that a tie had to be broken by Vice President Mike Pence. The 51-50 vote officially makes DeVos one of the controversial cabinet members in American history. And why are so many unhappy about the appointment? Well, there’s the fact that DeVos will be in charge of our nation’s public schools, despite the fact that she never attended one, worked in one, or sent her children to one. And the fact that she favors privatizing public schools, despite the fact that such systems promote racial segregation and fail to benefit others besides wealthy CEOs like herself and Trump. Or how about the fact that openly bought her post through millions in campaign contributions to Trump and many of the Republican senators who voted today. Here’s a helpful look at how her cash was distributed. Little Marco must be tough to buy off! Two Republican senators did vote against the appointment, proving that there is some opposition to Trump’s billionaires first agenda. Just not enough to make any real difference. This is far from the only controversial cabinet appointment made by Trump, and the president seems intent on privatizing or eliminating any of federal programs and services. There were cries of outrage when Rex Tillerson was appointed Secretary of State because the Exxon-Mobil CEO seems to have been chosen for no other reason than that he’s a close business ally to Vladimir Putin. Millions were infuriated when Rick Perry was chosen as Secretary of Energy because he admitted to being clueless as to what the department does, and had previously spoken of doing away with it. Then there’s Scott Pruitt, tapped by Trump to head the Environmental Protection Agency – which he spent his entire career as Oklahoma’s Attorney General at odds with, and often suing. And yet the DeVos nomination somehow seems even worse. Almost like the people of this country care about their children’s future. Did Trump overplay his hand with this one? Danielle Bregoli FLIPS THE EFF OUT on Airline Passenger

Danielle Bregoli, best known as the “Cash Me Outside” girl due to a memorable appearance on the Dr. Phil show last year, has now gone viral for a reason outside of her very odd word usage. Only 13 years old, Bregoli earned her 15 Minutes of Fame several months ago when she mouthed off at the talk show audience while appearing opposite the aforementioned hack of a psychologist. Bregoli and her mother were guests on the program, featured in a segment about the former’s out-of-control attitude. And it was on full display not long after she stepped on to the stage. “All these hos laughin’ like there’s something funny,” Bregoli said at one point, gesturing to the crowd and later taunting them with the catchphrase that has made her Internet famous: “Cash me outside, howbow dah?” The odd word choice… the accent… pretty much everything about Danielle Bregoli caused her to become the subject of quite a few memes, along with plenty of social media commentary throughout Facebook and Twitter. On Monday, meanwhile, Bregoli got into a VERY heated dispute with a fellow passenger on board a Spirit Airlines flight. According to TMZ, Bregoli took issue with a woman who wasn't happy with how long Bregoli's mother was taking to put away her carry-on bag. Words were exchanged and then a punch was thrown by Bregoli. The alleged victim then made a “citizen's arrest,” TMZ writes, until the cops arrived and all three people involved in the confrontation were escorted off the plane. No arrests were made. But a lawsuit may be forthcoming. And Bregoli isn't denying that an assault took place. “She got her ass whupped by a 13-year-old,” Bregoli, who has close to 800,000 followers on Facebook and 3 million on Instagram, said in a video posted to both those platforms this afternoon. Report: Sam Worthington Gets Arrested, Goes Method, Says He’s A DEA Agent

Eat your heart out, Strasberg: Actor Sam Worthington ( Avatar , Clash of the Titans ), in Atlanta filming Ten with Arnold Schwarzenegger , was pepper-sprayed by a doorman after allegedly becoming disruptive on Saturday, then was handcuffed and arrested for disorderly conduct — and still managed to remain in character! Kinda . Per TMZ : Cops say the “Avatar” star was at Vortex, a restaurant in Atlanta, when he was refused entrance because people at the door felt he was too intoxicated … this after he got into an argument because he didn’t have the ID required to get inside the club. According to the police report, a witness told cops Worthington became disorderly. He allegedly pushed the doorman twice and the doorman responded by pepper spraying him and putting him in cuffs until the cops arrived. And then… AND THEN (!): The bouncer — Jerry Link — tells TMZ, he maced Worthington when the actor went belligerent outside the bar … and Worthington screamed, “I’m a DEA agent! You f**ked up now!” For what it’s worth, the charge against Worthington was dropped. Worthington stars opposite Schwarzenegger, Josh Holloway, Terrence Howard, Joe Mangianello, and more in the David Ayer -directed Ten , about a team of DEA agents whose members are slowly offed after stealing millions from a cartel house.
