Teresa Giudice: Has She Already Filed For Divorce From Joe Giudice?

From the moment Joe Giudice began serving his four-year prison sentence on tax fraud charges, it was rumored that he might not be permitted to continue living in America after being released. The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star was born in Italy and never became an American citizen. As such, from the moment he pled guilty to a felony Joe became a candidate for deportation . In October of 2018, the judge in Joe’s case ruled that Giudice would be ordered to return to Italy following his release from prison. With the question of Joe’s fate decided, a new one emerged: Would Teresa Giudice follow her husband to Italy , thus leaving behind the life and career she worked so hard to build in America? Well, according to a new report from Radar Online, Joe might want to start working on his Italian Tinder profile. “She is talking about divorce, absolutely,” a source close to the situation tells Radar later that day. “There is no way Teresa is going to uproot her life. He did this, why should she suffer?” the insider continues. “Teresa won’t be moving to Italy with Joe, period. In no uncertain terms would she even consider uprooting her life with the girls and moving.” To be fair, Teresa was also convicted of tax fraud , but her sentence was much lighter than Joe’s. The couple received permission to serve their sentences successively for the sake of their four daughters. And Teresa reportedly believes it was all for naught if they force the girls to relocate to another country where they don’t even speak the language. Two of the Giudice daughters are attempting to start music careers , and Teresa is realistic enough about her level of fame to know that she doesn’t possess enough clout to help them achieve their dreams overseas. But despite rumors to the contrary, it seems Teresa has not yet filed for divorce from Joe. Instead, she’ll be waiting until Joe is released to begin the proceedings. Sum Bunni Has Sumthing Harsh to Say About Offset

Offset’s alleged side piece is here to step forward. In the wake of Cardi B splitting from her husband and baby daddy, Sum Bunni (aka Summer Bunni) has become a (hilarious) household name among those who care about the lives of these artists. She’s a quasi recording artist who admitted a few weeks back to having an affair with Offset. Not only did Sum Bunni own up to this unethical action , she profusely apologized for Cardi B for any role she may have played in the relationship’s demise. “I have not messed with Offset since he had his baby. I didn’t know how serious his marriage was, you know … I feel ashamed,” Bunno said through tears to TMZ, adding in an interview: “To Cardi B and to her fans and to her family and to her situation: “These were never my intentions and I never wanted to break up a happy home or be a cause of someone just saying, like, ’F-ck it,’ to get a divorce or anything like that.” Along with her one-on-one affair with Offset, it also appears as if Bunni agreed to arrange a threesome between herself, the rapper and some singer named Cuban Doll Here, look: there are text messages that appear to prove this sexual situation was discussed. But here’s the thing: Offset has denied sticking his penis inside of Sum Bunni. As part of a lengthy videotaped apology (below), Offset said the following shortly after this chatter spread around the Internet: I didn’t f-ck that girl but I was entertaining it, and I love you, I hope you forgive me. So true,” Bunni tells this website , adding; “It’s nothing to lie about, I just don’t feel like we should lie. It’s out there, just tell the truth. But Offset has owned up to what happened, he’s apologized, but he entertained me for a while.” For the record, Cuban Doll has said she’s never even met Offset , let alone participated in a mini orgy with the star. Summer Bunni goes on to say she met Offset about a year ago and the two were intimate “that night.” They continued seeing each other and talking “anytime I was in L.A. and he was in L.A.” up until news broke of the affair, which was only about a monty ago. How serious was this fling? “We were like friends, but you know, he liked the sauce,” Bunni uproariously explains. She estimates that they had sex about four or five times, including at the home Offset shares with Cardi B. Bunni concludes by saying she thought Offset and Cardi B’s marriage “wasn’t serious,” just based on how little he talked about his wife and how she never saw or heard Cardi call Offset. And now she’s upset that Offset has simply dismissed her entirely. “My feelings are really hurt, I want him to know my feelings are really hurt. Teresa Giudice and Daughters Will Visit Joe for One Final Christmas

Just a few months ago, it looked like Teresa Giudice was deep in denial about Joe’s deportation . Now that the season is upon us, she can no longer ignore her husband’s fate. Though she’s not feeling the Christmas spirit, Teresa plans to visit Joe, with the girls, right before the holiday. A source tells Us Weekly that Teresa Giudice will absolutely be visiting her husband, Joe, just before Christmas. And she won’t come alone. Teresa is planning to bring their four daughters: Gia, age 17, Gabriella, age 14, Milania, age 12, and Audriana, age 9. This could be their last almost Christmas as a family on American soil. Teresa is, according to the report, then planning to head off on vacation. Just two weeks ago, Teresa opened up and revealed that she — very understandably — is not feeling that Christmas cheer. “I’m not all about the holidays since Joe is away and since my mom passed,” she shares. Any holiday following a major death in the family is heartbreaking. “I think we’re going to go to my brother’s on Christmas Eve,” Teresa shared. “That’s what we did last year. We haven’t talked about it yet.” She freely admitted that she is “not as excited about the holidays anymore.” WHile Joe’s incarceration is a major factor, there’s also the matter of her dad. In October, Teresa’s father was hospitalized. He needed to undergo treatment for pneumonia and a hematoma. “He just got home from the hospital,” Teresa shared. “We’re taking it slow,” she added. Teresa revealed: “He’s still weak, and it’s going to take a long time for him to feel better.” So he’s not exactly up for being the life of anybody’s Christmas party. Christmas is widely considered to be an important time to be with family for those who are able to do so. Even those who are not Christians and do not celebrate the holiday may find themselves visiting with family thanks to the national holiday. This is why Teresa’s situation really stings at the moment. It’s not just that Joe is behind bars and cannot be with his family this year for more than just a visit. The issue is that Joe will very likely never again be able to celebrate Christmas with his family at their family home. Not in New Jersey or anywhere else in the United States, anyway. Following the end of Teresa’s shorter sentence, Joe Giudice reported to prison in March of 2016. His sentence is for 41 months, and he is expected to be released during the first half of 2019. Unfortunately, what should be a happy occassion is instead something that the entire Giudice family is dreading. Because upon his release, Joe will very likely be deported to Italy. Though Joe was born in Italy, his parents brought him to the United States when he was one year old. America is the only country that he has ever known. Joe is not an American citizen, however, and contrary to what some had assumed, his marriage to Teresa does not automatically change that. Jenni Farley: Roger Mathews Lies! We’re Still Getting Divorced!

Ever since the world learned that Jenni Farley and Roger Mathews are getting divorced , Jersey Shore fans have behaved as though their own parents are separating. Jenni and Roger are the show’s most beloved couple, and the idea of them calling it quits has simply been too much for many Shore viewers to bear. Making the situation even sadder is the fact that the decision to split was not mutual — far from it, in fact. Roger has been begging Farley to take him back , but for a long time, it seemed as though his pleas were falling on deaf ears. Earlier this week, however, fans were encouraged by a tiny glimmer of hope. The couple posed together for photos at a media event, which naturally led to rumors of that Jenni and Roger were getting back together . Unfortunately, a source close to the couple says that’s just wishful thinking on the part of fans. Speaking with Radar Online, the insider confirmed that Farley and Mathews are “not getting back together.”  The source notes that this week’s event was a family-friendly party sponsored by Dreamworks, and Roger and Jenni attended together for the sake of their two children. “She will always put her children first and this year is no exception,” the informant says. “She wants her kids to have as normal of a life as possible.” Of course, things are far from normal right now, as Roger has been pulling out all the stops to win her back. He even went so far as to publicly celebrate his anniversary with Jenni despite their estrangement. The source confirms that there was no cheating or infidelity involved in the decision to separate. In fact, there was no precipitous event of any kind — Jenni simply decided she doesn’t want to be married anymore. “Roger has been trying everything he can to change her mind, but her mind is made up,” the insider continued. “She’s done.” As Shore fans know, JWoww is not the type to be swayed by heartfelt displays of emotion. But you can bet Roger won’t be giving up in his efforts to win his wife back. We wish these two all the best. Teresa Giudice: Deep in Denial about Joe’s Looming Deportation?

It feels like the Giudice family is in ruins thanks to Joe’s very likely deportation next year. Teresa, however, seems to be keeping busy and even staying positive. It’s not because she’s happy about Joe getting the boot. According a report, she’s deep in denial. HollywoodLife   reports that Teresa is still struggling to accept the reality of what Joe’s deportation will mean. “Teresa is absolutely heartbroken over the news that Joe will not be allowed back into America once he’s deported,” and insider states. We knew this — but we didn’t know the whole story. “However,” the source characterizes. “She is still a bit delusional and does not believe it will actually happen.” Whoa, there. Delusional is a little harsh. In denial sounds more accurate and a lot more polite. Per the insider: “She thinks Joe will somehow, magically be able to remain in the States.” The source says that Teresa is clinging to this hope “despite what the judges are saying and all the signs and facts that point to the contrary.” The insider goes on to allege that Teresa is “majorly in denial about what is going on.” Ah, there it is. “Teresa is not really an emotional person,” the source says. “And lives in denial with a lot of things in her life.” People who are deeply in touch with their own thoughts and feelings may be more grounded in reality. “But,” the insider notes. “Her oldest daughter Gia realizes this is in fact a reality.” Well Gia is 17 going on 18, and seems to have a good head on her shoulders. Apparently, Teresa’s current behavior has her loved ones a little worried. “Family and friends alike both see that Teresa is out running around like crazy and traveling,” the source reports. It is evident, the insider says, that Teresa is “doing her best to distract herself from what is actually going on.” She’s also a busy person in general, but sure. “They wish she’d stay home more with her girls,” the source says. “As her girls are her world.” “However,” the insider explains. “She’s doing it to numb the pain.” Rumors that Teresa will divorce Joe have persisted since even before the shocking deportation ruling on October 10. But this particular inside source doesn’t see it happening. “Teresa would never leave Joe,” the source claims. “Because she doesn’t want to actually go through a divorce.” Yeah — divorce is zero fun. “But of course,” the insider continues. “She’s angry and resentful.” Joe getting into trouble like this is really doing a number on their whole family. “She’s most concerned about her daughters,” the source affirms. “And making sure they’re OK.” That’s good to hear. Children are resilient, but they lack the coping mechanisms and perspective of adults. Those four girls are going to need a lot of emotional support. Fortunately, as Teresa recently made very clear during an appearance on Good Morning America , she’s there for them. “I have to stay strong,” Teresa stated. Teresa explained: “I have four beautiful daughters and they need their mommy.” We’re usually (though not always) leery of reports on other people’s feelings. Sometimes, even those closest to us, we don’t show our actual state of mind. Maybe Teresa is trying to stay busy because she’s in debt and she has four children and a soon-to-be-deported husband to support. Maybe Teresa is speaking positively about Joe’s chances because she wants to have a good attitude. No one wants to give up on a loved one. And staying positive doesn’t hurt anyone. Teresa Giudice: My Husband Getting Deported Just Sucks!

Teresa Giudice talked more candidly than ever before today about the very unusual and unfortunate situation affecting her family. Appearing as a guest on Good Morning America, the Real Housewives of New Jersey mainstay discussed her husband’s deportation at length. (It really is true: Joe Giudice will be deported back to Italy after he’s released from prison in 2019 because he committed a felony and he never became a U.S. citizen, despite moving here for good as a child.) Teresa described the sentencing, which a judge handed down last month, as “heartbreaking” during her spot on GMA. She then elaborated as follows: “Very sad. The girls are really upset. You know, it’s hard for them … Adults can handle anything. It’s hard for children to go through this. They’re asking themselves, ‘Why is this happening to me?’ “Like, ‘I want my daddy to come home.'” Teresa and Joe are parents to a quartet of daughters: Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 12, and Audriana, 9. Both Gia and Milania have made public pleas for the deportation ruling to be overturned, with the former writing on Instagram : “My father is no threat to society. He is one of the most warm hearted people I know. “My father did his time. And learned from his mistakes. Isn’t being in there supposed to make you realize your mistakes so you can become a better person?” Teresa, meanwhile, says she’s been getting support herself from Gia, saying on Good Morning America: “I tell her every day she’s like the rock of her sisters. She’s helping me, you know, explain things to them – because my third daughter is having a really hard time with this.” In 2014, Teresa and Joe each pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud, including mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Moreover, Joe admitted that he did not pay approximately $200,000 in taxes. It totally sucks that four young girls will be living far apart from their father, but it’s hard to have too much sympathy for rich people who break the law and try to game the system. Teresa served 11 months behind bars in 2015; Joe’s 41-month sentence started the following year. Then, on October 10, a judge found the restaurateur “deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” ordering him to leave the United States when his sentence concludes in March. Giudice has said she will remain by Joe’s side even when he leaves the country, but various insiders have said otherwise. They predict a divorce. “I never thought I would be in this position,” Teresa said on GMA, adding: “We’ve been through a lot. Teresa Giudice REFUSES to Let Bravo Film Joe’s Deportation Appeal

As Joe Giudice faces almost certain deportation, Teresa has asked fans to pray for her family as they launch their desperate appeal. Teresa is still a Real Housewife, and Bravo is offering her a hefty payday if she’ll let their cameras film this tense process. Curiously, Teresa has said no. Perhaps she is not as icy as people seem to think. RadarOnline reports that Teresa Giudice passed on a sizable offer to film her family’s trials and tribulations as they appeal Joe’s deportation. Specifically, Bravo has reportedly offered Teresa $500,000 — a cool half million. But Teresa turned it down. “Teresa refused to film any special scenes,” the insider reveals. She is balking at this lucrative opportunity “because the attorney told her not to do anything until the final decision is made.” Her pleas for leniency might not go over well with a judge who learns that she’s exploiting the drama of it all for a payday. “She’s terrified to do anything to harm Joe,” the source explains. Joe’s imprisonment has been bad enough on his family, but that at least was understandable. His upcoming deportation to Italy is exacting a serious toll. “This situation is so bad for Teresa,” the insider says. The source adds: “She’s not talking about it at all.” “She’s afraid that anything she says can be used against Joe,” the insider laments. Being a public figure can really backfire when it comes to having your day in court. The report says that Milania recently visited her father in prison, but that Teresa was otherwise occupied at the time. “Milania has a close relationship with her dad,” the source says.  The insider says that she had to see him because “she’s been so upset by everything.” Of course! She’s a preteen and her father is her whole world. “Joe’s family was shocked that Teresa didn’t go with her daughter,” the source claims. The insider then takes a harsher tone when discussing Teresa. “Actions speak louder than words with Teresa,” the source says. “She tells everyone she is so devastated,” the insider continues. The source finds it odd that she asks for prayers “but then she doesn’t go visit him and doesn’t even go with Milania.” That seems unfair, especially considering that we know what Teresa was up to at the time. That source’s judgmental tone aside, Teresa has four daughters, not just one. We don’t know who went with Milania (it’s hard to imagine that a 12-year-old waltzed into the prison visiting area on her own). Teresa was out looking at universities with Gia, who just a few months away from turning 18. When people say that life goes on , they mean that Teresa’s first responsibility is as a parent, not as a grieving wife. She’s looking to Gia’s future. We are sure that Joe wouldn’t have it any other way. As for Teresa’s refusal to film, most of us can’t imagine turning down half a million dollars under most circumstances. But she has to be wondering how she would feel if the judge denies Joe’s appeal and mentions that she had turned it into a media circus. As we said, being a public figure can backfire. Courts like to set an example and no prosecutor or judge wants to be accused of going easy on someone just because they’re famous. From Dance Moms to Jersey Shore , stars of reality shows have learned that they can and will be put behind bars if they break the law. Teresa and Joe already learned that lesson the hard way. Harvey Weinstein Ex-Assistant Sues: He Made Me Clean Up His Semen!

We all heard the horrifying story of what Harvey Weinstein allegedly did to his former assistant . But, as you can imagine, the 65-year-old former mega-producer had multiple assistants over the years. One of those assistants, Sandeep Rehal, is now suing over the way that she says Harvey Weinstein treated her. This goes beyond what most of us think of as workplace sexual harassment. The accusation that she says that she was regularly required to clean up semen and condoms, which is gross , barely scratches the surface. TMZ reports that Sandeep Rehal is suing Harvey Weinstein and also Rob Weinstein for “unspecified damages.” She says that she started working as Harvey Weinstein’s personal assistant in 2013. According to her accusations, while she worked as his assistant, if they sat together in a car, he would rub her between her thighs. She describes how he would allegedly press against her when they walked, and use derogatory language to refer to her — calling her things like “c–t” and “p–sy.” Sandeep accuses Harvey Weinstein of repeatedly using the line: “What’s wrong Sandeep, is the tampon up too far today?” Obviously, that’s inexcusable to say under any circumstances, because it’s sexist and vile. In a workplace environment, it’s normally a reason to go to HR. She also describes Harvey Weinstein in a way that matches the description of him as a leering, power-mad ogre that we’ve heard so much, saying that he was fond of the phrase: “I am Harvey Weinstein and you are at Weinstein University. I decide whether or not you graduate.” And then it gets worse. Sandeep says that Harvey Weinstein had her manage an updated list of “available women” for his sexual conquests.  She did even more to facilitate that, making sure that he was stocked with Caverject shots for erectile dysfunction. To be clear, TMZ isn’t suggesting that Sandeep is saying that she helped him plan Weinstein’s alleged rapes of various actresses. Just that she managed his itinerary. But then comes what might be the grossest part that doesn’t involve Weinstein touching or speaking to her. She says that she was regularly required to clean semen from Harvey Weinstein’s couch, and to pick up his used condoms. Ewww . She also had to obtain clean underwear for him, but out of context, getting clothes for your boss is often a pretty standard job for personal assistants. (In context … it’s still icky) In response, Harvey Weinstein’s representation tells TMZ : “Mr. Weinstein categorically denies these claims and his lawyers will respond in the appropriate legal forum with evidence proving they are untrue.” So, your pretty standard denial. A little different from the “remembering things differently” line that came out in response to Lupita Nyong’o’s disturbing story . “The evidence will show these claims for money are in the realm of a science fiction movie.” Sandeep Rehal isn’t even the only woman suing, of course. It sounds like Weinstein’s lawyers are going to be very, very busy.  There has been backlash against the #MeToo movement, mostly by men who think think that each of the accused is being portrayed as being equal to the others. (They aren’t; people have been very clear that James Franco is no Harvey Weinstein , because of course he isn’t) And then there are the usual irritating defenses — reductions to the absurd like “what, I can’t talk to women anymore?” to which most of us just want to respond: “If that’s your takeaway, then yes.” Because if you can’t tell the difference between talking to a woman and saying inappropriate things to her, you shouldn’t be talking to anyone. But even the most devoted contrarians seem to agree that Harvey Weinstein sounds horrifying. He was the string that was pulled to unravel so many sex monsters. Teresa Giudice: I’m Scared Joe Will Get Deported! I Wanna Stay Here!

Things have been better for Teresa Giudice. She served her time in prison. Her husband is now serving his sentence. Also, The Real Housewives of New Jersey may be facing cancellation … and some say that she’s a big part of what is tanking the brand. To make matters worse, she’s reportedly terrified that Joe will get out of prison only to be deported. If he is, will she go with him? Bankruptcy is no fun, but bankruptcy fraud is worse. At least, that’s what our court system says. They sentenced both Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, to prison. For the sake of the children, the court very wisely allowed Teresa to serve her (shorter) sentence first, followed by her husband.  If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime, or so they say. But it turns out that the prison sentences may just be the start of the Giudice family’s troubles. RadarOnline reports that Teresa Giudice fears that Joe will be sent to Italy, because he’s not actually an American citizen. “Teresa is terrified Joe will be deported upon his release in less than two years.” Growing up, many of us always assumed that marrying an American citizen granted automatic citizenship unless the union was found to be fraudulent. The reality is much more complex. Apparently, any sense of peace that the public has perceived from Teresa has been a facade. “She’s keeping good attitude in public and good happy face.” Happy  isn’t really the mood that a lot of people associate with the infamous table-flipping Housewife, but … sure. “But lawyers have told her it’s not an easy task to win because of the felony charge — something he knew when the accepted plea deal.” Basically, they’re going to have an immigration fight on their hands when he finishes his sentence. Meanwhile, Joe reportedly has some fears of his own. “Joe is terrified that she and the kids won’t come with him if he’s deported.” Anybody else’s first thought: Well why would they ? Teresa’s joked about Italy being beautiful anyway (it really is), but vacationing somewhere is very different from living in a different culture, immersed in another language. Besides, Teresa might not exactly be motivated to pack up her entire life for Joe. “Teresa said she still hasn’t forgiven him for this whole mess!” The fact of the matter is that no relationship lasts forever. You either break up or you die. And there have been some indicators, including cheating rumors , that suggest that Teresa and Joe’s union won’t end in death. “Teresa and Joe’s marriage is not as it once was. They’re both changed people.” That happens over time. Especially when something dramatic, like both serving prison time, happens. “Both of them have grown so if he must go Teresa doesn’t think she’s going with him. At least not how she feels today.” Honestly, Teresa has to think of more than just herself. Together, the couple has four children: Gia, Gabriella, Milania (an awkward name to have these days), and Audriana. Does she really want her children to live in Italy? Teresa Giudice Defends Donald Trump, Slams Accusers

Did you need another reason to hate Teresa Giudice? Was her bankruptcy fraud not enough? The whining about her life? The self-centered attitude? The lack of self-awareness? The mind-numbingly spoiled behavior she displays at every opportunity? That’s okay. This Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has now given critics plenty more ammunition. Speaking to Extra on Tuesday night in New York City, Giudice defended spoke out in favor of Donald Trump. This might be acceptable * if she was a fan of his economic policies … or believed he could best defeat ISIS … or simply thought Hillary Clinton was too corrupt to hold the highest office in the land. ( * Who are we kidding? Trump is a lying, dangerous, wildly ignorant bigot; there’s no acceptable reason to vote for him.) However, Giudice did not defend the GOP nominee against any attacks against his policy positions. She defended Trump against accusations that he has committed sexual assault or sexual harassment on numerous occasions. Asked about the multitude of women who have made these claims in recent weeks, Giudice said the following to the entertainment program: “I mean, I don’t understand, why come out with it now? Why didn’t they come out with it when it happened?” She added: “If a man touched me, I would come out with it right away. “I wouldn’t wait till he was trying to be President and then come out with it. When people come out [saying that], they only want their 15 minutes of fame.” SIGH . Must we really go over this again? Of course Giudice would say this. First, it’s easy to simply say this. Try experiencing actual sexual assault, Teresa. Second, Giudice is rich and entitled and has absolutely no idea what it might be like for a woman to be neither of these things; and to then be inappropriately touched by a powerful millionaire. Third, what if these women did wait until Trump was trying to be President? What if the incidents took place many years ago, but the alleged victims didn’t think it would be worth the disruption of their personal lives or professional lives to bring allegations against someone as powerful as Trump back then? What if they feared no one would believe them? That they would suffer the sort of insults and mockery that Trump has become known for? But now Trump is seeking to actually become President – and they think it’s maybe worth sharing their stories in order to prevent such a hideous human being from having his finger on the nuclear codes? Would that be so bad? Would that not actually be admirable, especially when none of these women has actually filed a lawsuit or sought any money or pose for any tabloid covers? So, naturally, he must be a good person, right?!? Those who watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online are well aware that Giudice simply sucks as a person. But it’s eye-opening for the rest of us to see such idiocy on full display. The important (and hilarious) thing here is that Giudice cannot even vote on November 8 because she remains on supervised release after her prison stint. Not that she’s even brave enough to claim she would vote for Trump. “I think they’re both great,” she told Extra of Clinton and Trump. “May the best person win.” Fortunately, based on every respected poll out there, it looks like she will.
