Just in case you missed the memo, here you have it: Big Sean is not a fan of Donald Trump. It might come as a bit of surprise, considering Sean is Kanye West's protege — he's even on Kanye's record label — and Kanye is basically one of Trump's closest friends . (After Putin, natch.) But as it turns out, Sean doesn't share Kanye's views. And we know this because the guy just rapped about murdering Trump. See, Big Sean is promoting his brand new album, I Decided. He stopped by Hot 97 to talk about it, and while he was there, he did a little bit of freestyling. And that's when things went bad. At one point, Sean rapped “I might just kill ISIS with the same ice pick that I murder Donald Trump in the same night with.” This probably goes without saying, but … Sean, honey, you can't rap about murdering the president. You simply can't do it. We get that you have a lot of feelings about what's going on, and that's fair. It's actually more than fair. But murder is bad, and fantasizing about murder isn't all that great either. Maybe try to focus your outrage in a different, more productive way. Leah Messer has been dealt quite the hand in life, hasn't she? Not only did she get pregnant at 16, but she got pregnant with twins. And not only did she get pregnant with twins, but one of those twins was born with a debilitating disease. She also has two failed marriages under her belt at a very young age and she's struggled with an alleged prescription pill problem, but let's stick to that twin thing for now, OK? One of Leah's twins, Ali, has a rare form of muscular dystrophy . At this point in her life, the disease is really affecting her mobility. Ali has a wheelchair that she's encouraged to use at all times, and a helmet for the times she does walk around, since she suffers a lot of falls. But Leah isn't too big on the helmet . Or the wheelchair, for that matter. In this sneak peek from next week's brand new episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah talks with a friend about Ali's issues. She still seems to be in denial about the severity of Ali's disease, and understandably so. She says that even though Ali's supposed to use her wheelchair, she's never tell her that she couldn't walk if she wanted to walk. Leah even says that she didn't know if she'd ever be able to accept that her daughter's condition is declining. Watch the heartbreaking footage below:

In what is being hailed as little short of a medical miracle, Joshua and Jacob Spates have survived being separated after 13 hours in surgery. The eight-month-old twins from Memphis, Tennessee, are continuing to recover under the watchful eyes of doctors but they have already overcome what is likely to be the biggest obstacle they will ever face. The twins were joined at the rear of the pelvis and gastrointestinal tract and had to be separated because of the severity of Jacob’s heart condition. The boys’ mother, Adrienne Spates, said the babies are doing well since their operation, on August 29. Jacob remains in intensive care and needs a few more operations, while Joshua is already out of the unit and is being prepared to go home. Dr Max Langham, one of the surgeons at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, said: ‘Joshua’s doing great, and hopefully he’ll be up and going and have a pretty normal lifespan. He told TODAY that while Jacob has more serious heart problems ‘our cardiology team has very high hopes his treatment… will be successful’. ‘If they had not been separated, sometime in the next year or two, they probably would have passed,’ Dr Langham said. Just two dozen conjoined twins have ever been successfully separated anywhere in the world. The condition is extremely rare, only about one in every 200,000 live births is a set of conjoined twins and about 15 per cent of these are joined in a similar way to Joshua and Jacob. Fewer than a third of conjoined twins survive more than one day. Joshua and Jacob are one of only six such cases in Memphis history. Doctors at the hospital said practice was the key to separating the twins successfully. This had included the anaesthesia team sewing together two Cabbage Patch dolls to practise flipping them without tangling the various lines that would be attached during surgery. This is great!
