View this post on Instagram I have never shared what my body looks like with no clothes on, but I wanted to share with you what I looked like 10 months ago and the progress I’ve made since April 2018. I went off #sugar #coldturkey in Mar 2018 and starred #keto appx June/July 2018. My weight last year I believe was 189 (too tired to look for the scale pics ) and now I go back and forth between 159-161lbs. My waistline was 47” and it is now 35” (Lord on my wishlist is 29” waist … 27” if you’re in a good mood ) just want to encourage you to take one step towards your health… then another… then another… small changes everyday (more water… more sleep… exercise… meditation… prayer… forgiveness… less sugar… less carbs…) yield big #results in one year. I am really putting my fat belly out there for ridicule but I am passionate about wanting YOU to feel better… find your purpose and get past fear. In speaking to Wendy Williams last July Sherri told the TV host her heart-breaking motivation to get right: ‘Sometimes you go through stuff and you want to just grab something sweet; ex-husbands, things like that,’ she explained. ‘And I was doing that and Jeffrey was in the backseat, Wendy, and I was eating something I wasn’t supposed to. ‘He said, “Mommy, if you die, who’s going to be my bodyguard?” … and literally I said, “Sherri, you’ve got to do something different.”‘ Damn…that’ll do it. Congrats to Sherri, looks like she’s walking the good walk.

Tamar Braxton and Lolo Jones are at each other’s necks again on social media, and clearly they both want smoke. Lolo shared a video of herself on Instagram prepping for the Summer Olympics, and shaded the hell out of former Celebrity Big Brother alliance member Ricky Williams, who evicted her from the house. She wrote, “Praying I get thru practice … also Lord if you could give me a new pair of lungs bc I can’t breathe and my asthma pump is 50m away. She commented under the olympian’s post: “Yeah forgive @williams because at this point you are doing the MOST!! It was a game Lolo and to be honest we all bullsh***d each other. Getoverit.com #stillloveya” The CBB winner may still love Lolo, but judging by the runner’s clapback, she doesn’t feel the same about Tay Tay. Lolo clapped back telling Tamar that she was just joking with the caption, but: Use the $240K and buy some more wigs. Can’t wait to see ya. We all know that Tamar isn’t letting anyone get the last word. She wrote back, “I will buy me a wig right after you buy you a husband.” Do you think these a just jokes? Or is it on site for Tamar and Lolo?

Check out the clip and description below: “I have been at THE TALK since the day it started 9 years ago, and the cast, crew and staff have become family to me over the years. But right now, I need to spend more time at home with my husband and our young son, so I’ve decided to leave THE TALK. I want to thank everyone at the show for the wonderful years together. I will always, always cherish the memories we shared. Most important, I want to thank you, the viewers, for allowing me into your home every day. It was a privilege that I will forever be grateful for. To everyone behind the scenes, I send you my love. I will miss you all very, very much. To Eve: you’re the newest one at the table, but I feel like I’ve known you forever.
